The staff was very friendly, always smiling and ready to help. In the restaurant we enjoyed the food was fantastic with plenty of choices. Thanks a lot to our housekeeper, she was amazing. For sure will come back again.

The facilities were very nice. There were 2 pools and access to a beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given an upgrade to a room with a shared pool which was appreciated. There was a good selection of food available, the salads were delicious. The shop opposite the hotel had everything we needed to buy during the holiday (snacks, toiletries, souvenirs, ring for the pool) and the staff were super nice. We probably won't return but we had a lovely stay.
The hotel was far from anywhere. It was a long walk to the nearest town and there were just 2 shops, an agent to book trips and one restaurant. The hotel was very quiet and didn't have much atmosphere. They had an issue with one of the pools while we were there and the water became quite dirty with bugs floating on the surface and scum in the corners which they just left there rather than cleaning it. I think they compensated by adding extra chemicals as our hair and swimsuits became green. They appeared to be short on cleaners as they didn't always get around to cleaning our room or making our beds. I had to ask at reception when we ran out of toilet paper, soap etc..

very good and variable food, good drinks, friendly stuff, nice clean pools, had an excellent time
chargeable sunbeds by the sea, main pool closes 19:00h.

The location and food was good.
The food tastes good, and its fresh. Nothing extraordinary but it will do.
Location is right next to the beach. Cant complain there.
Rooms are a bit old, facilities are not taken care of.
There are 2 main public toilettes for everyone to use and they are not kept clean or stocked at all time.
You cannot call yourself an all inclusive hotel when you only have crap frozen pizza and popcorn between meals.

great food and service
beach with stones in water

Very good food!
You should pay extra charge for sun chairs on the beach :( We stayed on the pool area.

the only thing I can say was good is there breakfast, sorry 2 things the floor manager was excellent
toilets by the pool were disgusting, not cleaned during the day, bins for drying your hands only emptied at the end of the day, they stank of urine , our room was not cleaned for 2 days only after complaining they came up and done it at 6pm as we were getting ready to go out, the all inclusive drinks were so weak we went out and brought our own, I could go on
4.5
Very friendly and ready to help personal. 3 pools child can choose where to play. Good food and you always have much to choose from. Live music was 2 times in the week we stayed.

loved the location away from mainland. the hospitality was so good! Theodora, Cresha, Celia and I’m sure I’m forgetting others were very welcoming and made us feel at home.

The staff and the managers were very nice. The food was good, we had a lot of choices. The pools were clean. The pool for the kids is perfect. We could always find sunbeds available, on the beach or next to the pool. They cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. We had tea and coffee in the room, but no water. We enjoyed 1 night of greek music and 1 night of magic show.
The pillows were very hard, the kids couldn't sleep on it. I asked for a big double bed and I received 2 small beds next to each other. It was difficult to sleep in the middle, because the beds were slipping away. The room was kind of crowded with the supplementary bed and the bathroom was very, very small. The fridge was empty. We expected at least a bottle of water. There are a lot of rocks in the water, but if you go 500 m on the left side, you'll find a nice sandy beach. The playground kids area could be improved.

The beautiful beach is nearby with sunbeds and parasols.
Lovely pools for old and youngsters. The food was fabulous.
As we arrived at 8am,but booked and paid the room from the previous afternoon (15:00) unfortunately our room wasn't ready. We were asked to have breakfast and wait for "refreshing" our room. I wasn't happy because we travelled all night. So I complained at the reception.
= I really missed the chest of drawers in the bedroom and an airer on the balcony.
= The decorations were very poor for the 4star Hotel. There wasn't any in our room.

What I liked the most was the view from my terrace.
The general manager is helpfull and friendly.
Meals, besides wealthy, were really anonymous and not of great quality .
Young staff was lovely and efficient not quite as the older one .
4.5
Very nice staff and looking for everything for the children. The hotel is clean and safe and family size.
There is a pool for families and one to swim. The access to the sea and beach is direct from the pool bar and very easy. Food and cocktails provided and diversified. Quality is good.
The matress of the beds are a little too hard and the bathroom small.
The cocktails are with soda and no juice this could be improved.

The hotel was just recently renovated. The room was very clean and had plenty of space for our family. The bathroom was immaculate and very well equipped. We had a balcony with a view to the pool, the gardens and the sea! The hotel has 3 big swimming pools and a couple of shallow ones for kids.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We asked for a baby cot and it was provided immediately.
The food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was rich and had plenty of tasteful choices. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable, relaxing accommodation.
The location is perfect as it is next to the sea and close by local shops and attractions.
