I love the location, but the price has increased greatly, and it is no longer a good value.

The location.. The friendliness of the staff. The booking site paid for my taxi from the airport to the hotel. (but this is no longer offered!)

1) The TV /computer room is no longer available as it was originally. It is now used for hotel laundry. 2) From the time I checked out until I left, my luggage was not stored in a secure location, as promised. 3) The price is now as high as city center hotels that include breakfast. 4) TV channels did not have basic news programs in English. (FOX, CNN, BBC, etc.) 5) Website info about elevator is contradictory. (I had an Israeli verify that there was a working elevator.) 6) The lights near the bed didn't all work (either the light itself, or the bulb.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Cleaning staff and front desk were amazing in going above and beyond to meet all of our needs. We would definitely stay next time we come to Jerusalem.

perfect location, 10 minutes by walk and you will reach to the old Jaffa, room was large and very comfortable, very clean and quite. Surrounded with a cafes, restaurants, shops.... highly recommendation, we enjoyed our stay !!

A great location super helpful freindly stall especially Omar who did everything to make us comfortable

The property is in central Jerusalem close to everything you could possibly need The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help with everything

The rooms are a little tired the soft furnishings do need an urgent upgrade. When we arrived our bed sheets were not clean this was quickly resolved by the very apologetic night staff who did everything they could do resolve the issue .

Don't come or you will regret. We booked for two nights and they charged me and my friends repeatedly. We wrote emails later but they never reply to our request of refund. Terrible management.

The Right Spot

It was a friendly, quaint place to stay my first two nights in Israel. Great food nearby and easy to walk. Beautiful evening music in City Center. Extremely helpful and accommodating staff.

Very central and convenient.

No food served but that wasn't a problem with so many eateries around. Plus we had a kitchenette with everything necessary.

Reception desk wasn't always manned. Repairs could have been sorted sooner. Our safe could not lock and we were told that it had been like that for over a week!! The balcony wasn't very clean.

location on Main Street and front a single door so make sure you have the exact address.Room is really good value for money and would easily stay again.Everthing is available locally and you are in the modern area of Jerusalem with plenty of eating places nearby and transport easily accessible.Room and bathroom facilities very good.

Near the center of JLM

Good location near Mahane Yehuda market and near many bus stops. The room was clean and bathroom too and the little kitchen with kettle, microwave and fridge was convenient for coffee or tea during the stay.

The room was quite cold due to the presence of drafts in the window, even setting on heating system for some hours. Moreover, the reception was very nice but they gave us wrong information about transportation, by booking a wrong sherut and we ended up in a place far away kilometers from the destination we asked for - causing a huge delay in our journey and appointments.

Jerusalem Accommodation.

The room for 3 people was good and spacious. Clean and it was cleaned everyday. They replace clean towels and bedding daily. The location is perfect. The manager helped us how to go places using the tram/train.

The soap was so small/tiny. It's hard to use. Elevator is small/compact. I wish the front desk speaks more English but that was find. We managed to get answers to our questions. And they were very nice.

The location - 20 minutes walking from the old city.

We booked two rooms and even though one was definitely cleaner then the other, neither was up to the best standards considering the price you pay. The floor on my room looked like it wasn't vacuumed in a while.

Nice room with excellent location in the heart of Jerusalem

Nice and big room and good room service. The location is excellent, you can get anywhere with light rail and buses. Nearby lively shopping street, with street musicians, etc.

Not all rooms have balcony. We had a half balcony with no door but a window. Really weird but also funny.
