The condo was comfortable and located where it was very easy to go to other points of interest.
5.0 / 5.0
The apartment is spacious and has open floor plan with high ceilings and modern clean design. Beds were super comfortable, and communication with host was very easy.
Would rent again! we were all happy with our choice.
A few places for improvement:
More towels would be appreciated. Three towels were provided for three people for three days…
One or two extras would be a nicer touch.
Check in procedure required a few extra steps including dowloading an app, and enabling with password, in addition to locked entry. Glad we read instructions ahead of time- would have been a little stressful to trouble shoot steps while trying to get in.

Convenient to downtown restaurants. Clean and safe.

Spacious condo in an excellent location close to downtown. Very clean, nice furnishings and comfortable. The condo is on ground level next to parking lot which made it very easy to come and go. Please note one bedroom is next to lot and the lights from cars and street light can make it bright. I brought an eye mask so it wasn’t a problem for me. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay at this property in Asheville. You can walk to most things you would like to do downtown which was super convenient and the reason we chose to stay here. The condo was clean and the property management was very responsive to emails. The kitchen was adequately equipped but I was glad I wasn't planning on doing major cooking. The condo is located on the main level and right by the parking lot which was convenient but the lights from the parking lot shine directly into the master bedroom window. They were super bright and the shades were useless in keeping out the light. This is really the only complaint I have for the condo. I would stay again but only if they install some blackout shades on those windows!

Great property and easy to access. It is in the city so there are early AM noises (dumpsters being emptied, people talking etc) that you can hear from the unit since it is street facing and ground level. Overall, great property and fits the description. Would go back and stay again.

Reviewer Comments:
We were specifically looking at downtown accomodations. This location was perfect in terms of walkability to coffee, bakery, shops, galleries, restaurants. We only drove a few times. Property access was easy. Property was clean and quiet. We would stay here again.

Very nice accommodations. Pre check in instructions were helpful and thorough (especially to find additional parking, which was no issue). Loved the location, perfect to be close to everything and walk, yet still tucked away so it wasn’t too loud. We’ve been to Asheville a few times, usually staying on Biltmore Ave. in a hotel, and we thought this location was much better as it was very clean and quiet. This was the first time with our little one (17 monther) and we had a great time. I would stay here again and will recommend to others. Thank you!

The property is on the new side. Great location to breweries. Good parking.
Now the issues. The first outside entrance door from the upper parking lot electronic lock scanner would not recognize the app, The second entrance door inside the stairwell worked fine.
In the master bedroom the bottom vanity drawer all the way on the left side falls out when opened, the toilet paper roll holder loose and falling off, mold in bottom of shower, master shower control cartridge was installed wrong. It moves to the left 1/8 of a turn and drips water and to the right 1/2 turn. When you shut it off you have to have the handle pointing straight down or it will drip. The kitchen cabinet under the sink left side door falling off....upstairs tenants you can hear them walking. Other than that it was nice.

Nice modern and clean apartment in the heart of downtown Asheville steps away from great restaurants and all the breweries.

Property was in great condition. Location was just what we wanted.
Problem was:
1. TV/Cable in both bedrooms did not work TV came on but cable did not work in either bedroom
2. Safety in showers and tub area was a concern because there were no grab bars.
tub in bathroom was a little slippery and you had to be careful during your shower and entering and exiting .
3. Kitchen was pretty minimal.
Served our needs. Would stay here again.

Great location. Unit had a few minor evidences of lack of attention like two burned out bulbs in the bathroom and some shower mold.

The condo was in an excellent location; walking distance to all the downtown restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Based on the listing pictures I had anticipated a view of the mountains and skyline, unfortunately it was a ground floor condo looking at the parking lot; blinds/drapes did not block the light from the parking lot.
4.0 / 5.0
Our only issues were the condo is located on the first floor so you have to keep the blinds shut at all times because passerby's will see directly into unit. The other issue is that the master is located in the back of the unit facing the parking lot. Unfortunately the lights from the parking lot come through the sides of the curtains so the room does not get very dark.

My husband and I came to Asheville for a family wedding over Labor Day weekend. The condo was in a perfect central location and it was very comfortable snd super clean snd well appointed.
I reached out to management 2x for support and received a response in minutes.
Wonderful property and we highly recommend.

Great base of operations for Asheville visit
This condo was comfortable, clean, and very well located for all of our Asheville adventures during our short visit. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't have to move it until we checked out because we were close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do.
This unit is on the corner at street level, and it appears that right by the attached patio is a popular spot for groups to meet before walking downtown, so that took some getting used to, but the privacy shades seemed very effective in letting in the light but keeping people from looking into the condo.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything we needed
Clean and modern with comfy beds and private baths. Quiet neighborhood. Views out the windows are of the parking lot and the street (it’s on the ground floor) but the curtains rise up from the floor and provide excellent privacy while still allowing light to enter , if you want.

Amazing Asheville Location
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was easy to access from the parking spot and in a VERY convenient location to downtown Asheville making walking for coffee, food, drinks, and shopping super accessible. We were two couples and loved having two comfortable king sized beds and two full bathrooms that adjoined the bedrooms. We parked our second car in the Biltmore Ave garage for $20/day and it was an easy 2 minute walk away. The light does come in bright in the morning, even with the blinds and blackout curtains, so if you're sensitive bring a sleep mask. As others have mentioned there is some street noise though other than sirens and the garbage truck, it's minimal. Condo has everything we needed to cook our own breakfasts, make coffee, clean up after ourselves, and do a load of laundry mid-week. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come here again!

Good location
My husband and I stayed at this property for five nights. It's great for short term rentals focused on exploring Asheville, especially downtown.
The condo was very clean. Unfortunately, the kitchen was barely equipped. It's obviously meant for people who plan to eat out or reheat leftovers for every meal. One dish towel, no dish rags, no hot pad or oven mit. A pot, one pan. The management folks brought over a mixing bowl and some plates after I complained.
This condo is at ground level and very bright at night with curtains drawn. The upstairs neighbors were very noisy (moving out while we were there, then cleaning, etc.).
The pillows on the beds are the smallest I've ever seen. The mattress is comfortable, though.
Bottom line: very clean and conveniently located for a group who wants to explore Asheville. Responsive management. It just wasn't what I expected. I expect a stocked kitchen, for instance. The vibe: staying in a modern unit that a complex shows to renters and buyers.
If you want quiet, views, or want to cook and enjoy the rental, look elsewhere.

Excellent property
We enjoyed our stay and we were very happy with this apartment. The building doors did have a bit of a problem with the security code- entry. Some of the buttons were not working properly.
Excellent location and parking. The pictures were exactly what it looked like inside.

Nice Apartment very convenient to downtown.
We enjoyed our stay and loved that we could walk to downtown stores and restaurants and not have to move the car. Apartment (216) was same floor as parking lot and close to outside doors, so loading and unloading the car was very convenient. Furniture and beds were comfortable.
Apartment was not as clean as we would have liked. Dirty common cup in bathroom, smudges on kitchen appliance handles. Would have appreciated an extra blanket for each bedroom (there was one for master bedroom but not the other bedroom). Would also have appreciated some hand dishwashing liquid in the kitchen to wash up a few of our own things that were not dishwasher appropriate. Kitchen was adequately supplied for our needs, but the lack of any serving bowls or serving plates would make it difficult for someone who actually wanted to cook and serve a meal. The surrounding area is somewhat noisy at night - many sirens (just a few blocks from fire station and police station) and some street noise, but no more than would be expected from a downtown city location.

Great location and easy access/parking.
Excellent experience overall. Please consider buying a large blackout shades for the main bedroom (the light comes in from the side of the blinds). The parking lot light is very bright and is located right outside the window. Thanks.

Quiet, clean, and great location
This rental is among the best locations for a VRBO in Asheville, if you want to be within walking distances of shops and restaurants and have easy, quick access to the interstate. No complaints at all, though families with little ones should know there's no bathtub available (showers only).

EXCELLENT LOCATION
We wanted to have a girls weekend in Asheville to tour some breweries after a spa day at Grove Park Inn. This unit was in the perfect place to walk around downtown. We parked the car and didn't use it again until leaving town. The place is clean, beds comfortable, wife and TVs were easy to use. Would certainly stay again.

Great location! Great property!
My wife and I met up with our regular traveling partners for three nights in Asheville In February. The condo couldn’t have been in a better place for our winter adventure, and we stumbled on some great finds just by exploring the neighborhood. The Chestnut restaurant was amazing, and the Urban Trail was a thorough introduction to the history and personalities of this legendary city.

Nice location
It’s a beautiful condo, comfy beds, right in downtown Asheville in a secure building. Despite being on the second floor, this condo actually is at ground level with the side street and guest parking lot, if that is a consideration. It would be nice to have a few hangers to use in the lovely large closets. All in all a very nice weekend stay.
