It's alright, no bang for your buck

The room was comfortable as was the bed. Staff were very pleasant. Nice view from the deck. Location was nice to go to Center Stage.

Valet parking for $50 was pretty excessive, especially when the valet could not drive my five speed and I had to retrieve my own vehicle. Lobby on the top floor was confusing. Breakfast was only ok.

La luminosité de la chambre, la vue, le petit déjeuner, lits confortables, belle salle de sport, salle de bain avec une vraie douche très agréable, très bonne localisation juste à côté du Métro.

Parking très cher (45$ la nuit), c’était très mal indiqué, il n’est pas possible de garer soi-même sa voiture dans le parking, on est obligé de faire appel à un voiturier. La réception se trouve au 19eme étage (ce qui n’est pas très bien indiqué)

Great stay for your value, great amenities, great location!

We had stayed at a Hampton Inn & Suites just the night prior in Knoxville, TN and that was very nice. I felt the one in Midtown, Atlanta was even nicer. We were there for less than 24h and just needed somewhere to sleep and to workout real quick given all the driving we'd been doing. Everything was perfect. I have also never been to Midtown in Atlanta and that neighborhood is just spectacular. Your staff was also very welcoming and helpful; also, very honest when we asked them about parking. I actually wish we would've stayed longer and had been able to chill for a drink at the bar up top; we had no time for that, but it was a very nice little area and amenity that not all other Hampton Inn & Suites have.

I don't LOVE that you have to pay for parking.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved the variety in breakfast options! Everything was great! I also was very impressed with the level of security. I loved the fact that you had to use your key card to enter the building regardless of the time of day. I also loved that you had to use your key card to use the elevator to get to the floor that I stayed on.

The stay was satisfactory.

Breakfast was good with a nice location right off of the lobby. They had plenty of options for everyone.

The valet area is a little bit cramped and we had to wait to pull in several times. There's not much you can do about this, just noting that this is an issue.

Great location. Across the street from MARTA. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Parking fees are not quite as exorbitant as nearby hotels. Extremely nice for a Hampton Inn.

I make a habit of staying here when in town and will continue to do so.

Staff as always was fantastic to include the valets. Centrally located to what I wanted to see. Breakfast always good.

Two things, AC was rattling and was somewhat irritating. During my 3 night stay not once was room cleaned or restocked with towels.

The bar needs scotch!! Everyone who drinks scotch, drinks Dewars as a basic call brand…please start carrying it at the bar. We stay there every month for the symphony and really wish we could have a scotch at the rooftop bar before heading over to the art center.

Great hotel, very quiet for a big city stay!

One of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at in a big city. Room was nice. The king suite was much smaller than the last one I stayed in at this hotel. Great staff. Nice hotel.

The pillows are tiny. A king bed with the tiniest pillows on it was almost comical. I will say they were comfortable though.

Great stay with superb views over Atlanta in a beautiful neighborhood

Comfortable hotel in a great location. The lobby is on the 20th floor and offers great views over Atlanta. Also a well equipped gym is on the top floor. The room was great and clean and the staff very friendly.

The hotel only offers expensive valet parking, but there are public parking garages nearby.

Facility-wise it's pretty good. Comfy room and good fitness center. Location is fantastic as well.

Valet parking is expensive ($45 per night for regular vehicles). If you are tipping cashless, the additional fee is like 30%. The other parking option is a parking garage near the building.

This hotel has great views with clean and renovated rooms, but the food is fairly limited and the staff acts unhappy.

The lobby is on the top floor and has a great view. The bar/restaurant and breakfast area are attached. There is also an outdoor terrace with a great rooftop view. The room was very clean- no dust that I observed at all. They have maid service everyday and you can tell. The rooms had recently been renovated. The hotel was not very busy on the night I was staying so that was nice. The location to Marta and The Woodruff Arts Center was perfect for walking.

The staff really could use additional training on customer service. Overall, they all seemed depressed and unhappy. Both the woman at the front desk and the bar tender acted grumpy. Neither one smiled at all during our interactions. They seemed as if they did not want to be there working. The bar tender was actually sitting watching TV when I came up to the bar, and instead of immediately getting up, he just asked if I wanted something in this very sighing and reluctant way. It wasn’t until I started pulling out a chair to sit that he slowly began to make his way to the inside of the bar. Also, the food menu was pretty limited. There needs to be an improvement in healthy options of food both at the restaurant and the breakfast. Additional meat, vegetable, and gluten free options should be added to the menus. I would also have preferred if the restaurant was open until 11 or midnight. Our conference sessions ended at 10:00 PM and I had a very hard time finding food in the area.

Parking and breakfast were not the greatest! $45 a day for Valet Parking or the parking deck next door which was $20 per day but you also had to pay each time you left! We spent close to $100 in parking for two days(really Friday night to Sunday morning). But also - valet parking was full and not an option. So apparently there is not sufficient parking for the actual hotel. Only one fruit option - oranges. And not really any choices - either turkey sausage or nothing. Then next day pork or nothing. I know it is a free breakfast but I think some more options would make it better.

Excellent hotel very well priced

Excellent location. Rooms newly renovated, modern design. Roof top bar/lounge very cool, food was good. Free breakfast was generous. Staff was professional and friendly. Would stay here again with out hesitation.
