Great cottage with everything you need, located centrally. Lovely sitting area at the rear. The location is a main road so 2 bedrooms are a bit noisy with 1 bedroom at the back. Parking is at a car park but the host can arrange parking for a fee.

It was characterful, clean and very comfortable . Excellent location. Lovely outside space .
The host made us very welcome .
It was very noisy from the road but this could not have been changed due to the location.
A picture in the dining room was a little scary but a great talking point .

The property is on a noisy road, so made it difficult to sleep with the windows open. It was a boiling hot weekend, not normal English weather :)

Booked this place to stay with my husband & daughter as one of our other daughters lives in the area and was getting married. Property is beautiful the hosts have literally thought of everything that you might need!! Everything was clean and tidy and there were lots of little extras in the cupboards that we didn’t expect. The fans all around the house were very very appreciated as it was over 30c when we visited!!!
Unfortunately the road outside is very very noisy at night and you it kept us all awake. Absolutely nothing the host can do about this I just thought I’d put it as if I’d have known I could have bought earplugs with me.

not a lot to dislike, situated on a busy road which could be heard through the windows

A really nice and quirky property - the collection of paintings can entertain you for ages
The heating was on too much & the house is quite small so was bloody hot!

A great house to stay in. Really close to city centre. A lovely sunny courtyard garden, with plenty of seating.
The kitchen was well equipped, a great coffee machine, coffee, tea ,and sugar provided. Good, hot shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all provided.
Comfortable beds, lots of hangers provided.
Two large tvs with loads of satellite channels provided and loved having the Echo downstairs so we could ask Alexa to play music for us.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again if we returned to Canterbury...which we might well do as a great city for a short break.
Our only dislike was that when we arrived we found that the property was on a very busy road with double yellow lines outside so no way to pack or unpack car easily. Public Car Park a 5 minute walk away
Also staircase steep and narrow.

The host has thought of everything! There is absolutly everything you could possibly need for your stay. From soaps and shampoo to even a large umbrella by the front door. Particularly handy when it was pouring down one day.
Super comfy beds and plenty of space for our family of 3. The lounge area was a lovely find on the first floor with a super large TV.
The location is excellent. Right in the centre.
The host also organised parking for us with great detail of options for us.
Couldn't have asked for any better communication. Felt very organised!
