very cold on arrival definitely could do with the heat is being turned on before and maybe a thicker duvet during the winter months
4.5 / 5.0
Warm, well equipped, quiet, easy to find just off main road.
Wet room type shower. Television too high on wall to view comfortably

Apartment was comfortable and convenient for our visit.
Nothing to complain about.
3.0 / 5.0
Sofa was very uncomfortable, room was hot and no fan

Location, Wi - fi both excellent as were the cooking appliances and fridge. Car park very spacious. Lighting good.
.Tv reception very hit and miss. Ok for us but breakup of signal made viewing impossible at times. Bed was very low and difficult to access for people with mobility issues. Also ensuite shower and toilet a little cramped and would have been impossible for large people or those with mobility issues. Also bed a trifle small for us.

Practical and great shower.
Inside was great but outside could do with a sweep up. Cobwebs on bench. Could do with a blind on the inside of window of the door.

Clean, modern apartment with excellent shower and kitchen facilities, easy to access for a person with restricted mobility. Easy parking. We stayed in the Hazel apartment (not Sycamore as listed), as this had more space for wheelchair access.

Location for us was great
Noisy room because of plumbing in other rooms and walls very thin.
TV mounted in the wrong place so you can't lay in bed and watch it easy fix though. Toilet tight burnt my arm on the radiator next to it as so narrow.
3.5 / 5.0
Near restaurant and friends.
Lots of spiders. Double bed very small.

Great rural location and not far from lovely places to visit including Framlingham and Woodbridge.
Only small grumble was that it was very warm overnight in the apartment. Worked out that it was the underfloor heating so lowered the temperature.

I’ve stayed here twice now, see my other review for a detailed opinion of the facilities etc. Everything is great, can’t fault it in any way. So i will use this review to say the staff at the management company - Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages - are a joy to deal with, extremely helpful and very attentive. Thank you in particular to Liz.

Great location for exploring the best of the Suffolk coast. Very clean, modern ground floor apartment, perfect for 2, probably ok for 4 at a push. Comfy double bed with quality linen, nice walk in shower. Good kitchen facilities, cosy living room, the smart TV has Netflix etc and the WiFi is excellent.
Decent pub within walking distance (The Greyhound), serving excellent food. 5 minutes drive to a co op and a fish and chip shop. All in all a quiet location, set a few metres back from a road but that wasn’t an issue at all, there was no noise from traffic.
This isn’t a ‘dislike’ or criticism as it’s subjective, but the courtyard area is quite communal which means you could find yourself having a cold beer or g&t with neighbours right outside your apartment. If you’re sociable then I’d definitely add this to the positives, but if you want total seclusion and no interaction with others, then bear it in mind.
