Perfect property. Wonderful location and a great base for exploring the Brecon’s. It was lovely to come back from long walks to a wood burner- very cosy
Nothing it was perfect

The host was very helpful before we arrived providing information regarding the WiFi as my wife needed to work on one of the days we were staying at the property and we were lucky as the property had a super fast fibre connection which was good for her Teams calls.
I also called her to adjust our booking which she did with no additional cost.
She also called us on the day of arrival to make sure we got in ok and even offered us some free tickets for the local food fair.
the weather although you have to love the rain if you visit Wales

Everything as advertised. We very much felt at home away from home and ended up extending our stay. We are thankful to Rachel for accommodating our request - very friendly and attentive. The cottage itself is absolutely lovely and has all that you need for your stay. Quiet and cosy with comfy beds, clean, big enough dining table for 4 and a warm lounge with a wood burner. Great location too as only 5 mins drive to beautiful Abergavenny town. We had a wonderful time exploring Brecon Beacons, waterfalls and hilltops. Highly recommend!
Nothing really - it was perfect for us.

Just returning from having a wonderful stay at the Old Coach House. Abergvenny. The cottage was perfect, great location and very close to Abergvenny. Great for nearby hikes, walks and runs. In terms of the cottage itself we didn’t want for anything and it was really beautiful very well looked after. Would highly recommend!
There was nothing to not like!

The peace and quiet

Lovely property, very private, peaceful and quiet, but not in the middle of nowhere. We easily got an Asda delivery and an Amazon package without any issues.
The only drawback is you have to drive to get to walking trails, but they’re not far away at all. 10 mins into Abergavenny. 10 mins to river/canal walks. There are areas to just take the dog out to do his/her business! Overall very happy with the stay.

It is in a lovely setting and is very cosy inside. We stayed here for a friends wedding in Sant Ffraed house and it was ideal for us.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. It was a great place to stay. We struggled to find a hairdryer but it wasn’t a problem as it turned out one of the group had packed one anyway.

beautiful accommodation! bigger than expected, very comfortable beds, loved the log burner, will come here again for sure!
if I had to say something I’d say the shower could have done with updating but it was ok to use.

It was lovely and quiet, near to Abergavenny and the mountains we wanted to walk up. We had everything we needed in the property to be able to cook and relax. The fact it was dog friendly was a bonus and the garden was secure for the dog.
