The location was good, our sea view was perfect and it was very relaxing sitting out on the terrace šāļøš
I loved that there was an iron and ironing board in the room š
Little bit dated but had everything that we needed, so nothing to really dislike.

Location and close parking at a reasonable overnight cost.
Room was a little tired but sea views were stunning.

Amazing view, one of the few hotels with that view in the area!staff very friendly, bed was clean! Of course is an old big building and hard to maintain, but the room view was stunning, had the sea in front of us, and the access to balcony is so beautifully even though is an old building! Would come here again, maybe in the same room!
Not refreshed as it can be, but is understandable, is a very building and old!

We didn't have breakfast. Location was excellent. We had a standard room which was great value.v

Good view for me, (rubbish for friends)
The whole place seems very 'tired'.
Paintwork chipped everywhere, lift scratched paintwork
The window didn't fit the frame and there was a gap in the window that left a draft
Lack of parking facilities (though was lucky to get street parking

Location
The heating didn't work and it was freezing.
The kettle was disgustingly dirty
There is damp on the walls behind the wardrobe which made my clothes smell of damp.
The TV signal didn't work
The bed was bowed in the middle and very uncomfortable.
The room given was not the one I booked through booking.com

Above everything the staff were so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our dog welcome too. Breakfast was really good and great value. Location couldn't be better.
A bit if decorating needed (water stain on the ceiling, handprints on paint around light switch but nothing major and it is end of season). And the evening menu and food could have been better.

Both room and view were perfect, right above the sea. Just inside the town wall and close to the centre of things
Biscuits with the tea and coffee

It was perfectly situated, we had an amazing room with a balcony overlooking the sea, the view was incredible.
The decor is dated and worn BUT it really didn't matter!

The hotel did not represent good value for money.
It was a depressing looking place, with grubby finger marks along the walls in many places. The carpets gave off an unpleasant odour and in some floors it was horrid. We asked to
Move rooms as the room smelt unclean and the bathroom stank of urine. We were moved quickly and other rooms were better.
The decor is saddening throughout. The smell of fried food in reception is pervasive.
The staff are pleasant but complaints about no cold water and a shower that did not work were not dealt with at all over a two day period.
The hotel was just not pleasant or comfortable.
The photos used on your website are grossly mis representative indeed. The terrace was closed.
It was such a huge disappointment that Iām not using your website again.
We were duped. It spoiled our holiday.

The views! 110% I would stay here again, just for the views. The staff were also highly professional and polite. Good value for money, considering the location. It has so much potential. Just needs some TLC.
Old. Outdated. Not a designer hotel, furniture is mismatched. The table in the bedroom was ready to go at any moment. The cleanliness was quite poor. Walls and doors were dirty. Cup and tspoon in the room were not washed properly, still had remnants of someoneās tea/coffee on it. Breakfast was not great.

We have a small dog. So it was lovely to be able to stay in this hotel with stunning views of the tenby beach and caldey island.
Check out time is a bit early.

Room was big, warm and clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice size TV, good breakfast and value for money
The hotel is run down, and decoration needs updating, so do carpets and common areas

The hotel was very tired looking could do wit a makeover. Breakfast was basic. No car park. But tenby itself was great.
Breakfast and the room was very old fashioned. Tired looking.

loved the views
The bed was so uncomfortable and the curtain in tatters.
The terrace( the reason for booking) was unavailable

Staff were good, the location is incredible by the town walls and overlooking the beach. Lots of bar and restaurant space to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast is a buffet with lots of choice. Tenby is such a lovely place to visit.
For over Ā£100 a night the room flattered to deceive. Unloved feel about the room (rotten window frames and heavily stained curtains and nets). The room looked like someone had thrown the leftovers in there and said that'll do - mustard yellow headboard, pink lightshades, purple stained chairs. Went for a seaview room and ended up with ripped up terracing outside our room and danger tape.
8.0
Poor water pressure. Seagull tapping on the window.
6.0
location is great and bar staff are fab
rooms are very outdated and not the cleanest
3.0
Location was great, view of tenby was beautiful!!
Shower didnt work, upon telling reception their only solution was to mark it down for maintenance. Only on stressing that it was very inconvenient not having a working shower did they suggest giving us the keys to a single room two floors down to use the shower. This resolved the issue i suppose but really wasn't the best... It more frustrating that we had to push for this solution and they expected us to be fine without a working shower...
