Amazing! Upper floor of the house, lovingly decorated and with great views of the water from the balcony, especially at sunset. The best is a fantastic host!

Stunning property and location

You get the whole floor for you for a unique experience. Perfectly silent, gigantic room, all amenities. Fantastic. Charlie is truly a lovely and helpful person

Peaceful and quiet in a beautiful location

Beautiful view, immaculately clean, all amenities were thought of.

Being a solo female traveler, I would have liked a private entrance. But the property owner was extremely respectful of my privacy. I do think a door separating the suite from the main home would benefit greatly. But again, absolutely no particular issue.

Beautiful views and EV friendly

Spacious 2 room suite (entire upper floor) with panoramic views of salt marshes and the bay. Beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Charlie (our host) was great, knowledgeable and helpful, and provided lots of great information about the area. During our stay, we were able to charge our EV overnight from the regular house outlet (120V, 12A) for a reasonable fee. The house is in a peaceful, quiet setting, with lovely cafe & restaurant at Tiverton Four Corners about 2+ miles away.

Had a great stay - will book again next year!

The suite was beautiful- very well maintained and very clean. The host Charlie was very nice - had everything we needed stocked. Breakfast was great and recommended a great restaurant for dinner too!

An interesting stay, a wonderful host, the breakfast part of this BNB was adequate but not entirely what we might be use

it’s an interesting property because after you find it and get into the room you realize that you are living on someone’s third floor, beautifully redecorated to be like a splendid apartment. However, there’s a sense of being wide open to everything and everyone right below you since there is no door to close off and have complete privacy from the downstairs. For us it was not a problem but for some, we believe, it would be a bit off pudding

After dark it was a bit treacherous frankly to find the place

Overall a great location and place to stay. Very quiet and comfortable.

Spacious, very clean, great view of marsh land and bay, and very comfortable

Breakfast is marginal. Options need a little upgrade.

Really nice, loved it! We both did very comfortable

very comfortable, clean, large space, specially the varanda and the view amazing! the host was really nice and with a special touch. Very well equipped with food drinks and all you need for toiletries. just an amazing place

the same entrance as the owner not a private entrance host/owner can walk up anytime he wanted because it’s an open entrance

This place is so beautiful, it is huge and beautifully decorated,The location is excellent! our host Charlie was so attentive, he took care of us so well. Told us the best places to eat and gave us info on the area. The suite is so large with a balcony with an amazing water view. The suite was stocked with anything you could possibly need. And so was the fridge and pantry. Fresh fruit bowls everyday and warm muffins with butter.

Booking.com stated that we needed to bring our own linens or pay for them. This is not the case. The linens were high quality, so soft and luxurious. And no charge, Also booking.com states that a $150 cash deposit is required at check-in. This is wrong too! It would be great if BOOKING.COM gave the right info.

Beautiful scenery and nice towns close by.

The location was nice farm land and nice by the sea.

Nothing I can think of, it was everything we expected with beautiful views.

Beautiful setting & serene. The area is on the second floor. It had a nice breakfast area, beautiful large living room with a small balcony to sit and watch the sunset. The bedroom also had a sitting area and a queen bed.

Spotlessly clean and lots of room! Adorable kitchen/living room area with separate bedroom and spacious bathroom. The view of the ocean is gorgeous. Charlie was a fantastic and accommodating host. We will definitely be back! Sarah & Ed Cappellina
