It was Ok, we only came to town for the HP event

Breakfast was good.

We were separated on entirely different floors; there was a university ladies' volleyball group and another large, loud group also staying at the same time as our visit

Convenient location, very clean and well maintained, various off-site restaurants available

Breakfast that was offered was well prepared and provided a wide selection. An attendant was available to refill food that was running low. Dining area was very clean and adequate tables available.

Traffic from the highway could be heard during the evening on our side of the building. It was not loud enough to keep us awake and not really something you can remedy. However, it was convenient to be close to the highway when we headed out in the morning.

Great place to stay for a good nights sleep and breakfast before starting the day.

Location right off highway and close to downtown Staunton. Clean, comfortable, and updated room and bath. Breakfast and all the time coffee a plus.

Wishing the indoor pool was warmer, too cold for us.

It was a very nice and we had friends traveling a day behind us and we recommended this hotel

The breakfast was wonderful 🥰

I can’t really think of anything,except at breakfast the cinnamon rolls were not available , but that was because the hotel had been so busy over the weekend Probably just as well because I love them, but don’t need the calories 🤣

Very good deal and enjoyable hotel.

The breakfast was far better than the free similar breakfasts had at other hotels. Whoever was in charge of food preparation really seemed to care and it was the best "fast, free" hot breakfast I've had at a hotel. I think there was even fresh rosemary on the hash browns.

The pancake maker wasn't working. Walls could be a bit more sound insulated—I could hear someone snoring next door and had to turn up the HVAC fan to drown them out.

Clean quiet room close to I-81

Facility and room were very clean, parking was convenient and plentiful, hot breakfast was good.

Television was unplugged and not ready for use on arrival. Location is away from downtown Staunton and area restaurants, need car for stay here, bit expensive for where it is located

Excellent place to stay in Staunton

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. There were many breakfast options to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.

Exceptional

First of all the greeting upon our arrival by the Front Desk was enjoyable. Friendly, great attitude. The overall hotel was excellent and still in pristine condition after 3 years. The room was exactly the same which says a lot for the excellent people that work there in all capacities. Breakfast was done well and there was plenty of choices.

The pillows are too soft but, this is like many other hotels as well.

We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Overall good value.

The breakfast was good - a nice variety of food options and comfortable seating area. We ate a bit later and hot foods were running low, but the staff was attentive and refilled eggs and bacon. Also really like that soap, shampoo, and lotion were provided in pumps. And Dove products are a great choice.

We didn’t realize that we needed to request daily room service to have our beds made and towels refreshed. Would recommend having the front desk staff mention that at check in.

Will definitely be staying here again.

Has the appearance of being brand new (and is pretty new; only 3 years old). Very friendly staff. Luggage dolly best I ever used. clean and comfortable room. Two elevators. Pool area was immaculate and heated pool is actually heated (set at 85 degrees!). Breakfast was exceptional.

Just cannot think of any downside. Maybe a slightly reduced price rate?
