Piacevole soggiorno

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un bel weekend a Venezia, alloggiando presso Kyra's House. L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione e ci siamo trovati bene!

Es muy céntrico y la cocina tiene muchos utensilios

Me gustó todo las instalaciones son un poco viejas pero está muy bien si lo que quieres es visitar Venecia

Z chęcią wrócimy.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Świetna baza wypadowa to wszystkich dużych atrakcji. Bardzo blisko do środków transportu publicznego.

Спасибо))) Мы хорошо провели время в Венеции и хотим вернуться сюда снова.

В квартире есть все необходимое, чтобы почувствовать себя в Венеции по-домашнему. Прекрасное расположение по отношению к основным достопримнчательностям. Нас очень дружелюбно встретили. И мы чувствовали себя комфортно.

Мы бы с удовольствием снова поселились здесь, хотя Дом как будто просит немного больше заботы о себе, а в целом все хорощо. Спасибо)))

Lovely, comfortable, spacious appartment.

The property was at an excellent location. Attractions like Sant Marco’s Square were very close by. The rooms were very large and spacious; the house was very clean and there were lots of useful items - the bathroom had lots of towels and soap and the kitchen was complete with a fridge, freezer, cooker and washing machine. If you need to contact the owner, there is a very fast response.

Very pleasant stay

Due to Italian rail strike, we arrived at the apartment at 4am Was in touch with the owners who were very helpful and informed us how to enter apartment. Came in the morning to get the boiler working All OK Very close to Accamedia ferry stop

Fabrizio is a gentleman! Very nice host. Kyra's House is very well located in San Marco island.

Venice was pleasant, as usual, but the accommodation was not satisfactory

It was spacious. Easy to get to where we wanted to be

The toilet leaked. There was a leak at the entrance that smelled bad, we had to sweep the water out of the entrance on a regular basis, the stairs were a health hazard due to the leak and the stairs were very slippery. Someone came to look at the leak, made a big hole in the wall that actually made the whole situation worse. The box bed in the 2nd bedroom was broken, my husband had to fix it. There was no kettle in the kitchen. Then they still had the audacity to charge us 100 euro in taxes.

Great location!

Location excellent. Basic kitchen set up but plenty of clean towels and bedding and hot water. Helpful check-in and good communication throughout. Kindly let us check in early and leave our bags in the lobby until our flight.

The location and room set up was perfect for us. No corkscrew, squeaky couple of single beds and broken toaster but I'm sure these can be easily rectified!

Location, friendly manager

Runned down appartment with falling out sockets, talgled wires, paint coming off the walls, mouldy bathroom, squeaky beds, mattresses sliding off bed bases etc. Urgently requires at least deep cleaning to keep serving people. Soft furniture and curtains expressively stinks of spicy food cooking, hard surfaces are greasy and sticky. I appreciate property offers kitchenware, but some items had food remains stuck to it. Smallest shower cabin I've seen. Very nasty experience, tried to stay inside just for sleeping at night.

Great location, large apartment. Clean bedding

I know it's old and that is fine and part of the charm, but it was dirty. Dirty shower, dirty dishes, I actually found old food in the cupboard looking for a kettle...no kettle...no wine opener. Would be nicer if cleaner...also no TV, but all in all enjoyed it...oh no side tables in the bedroom

Very good

It was extremely kind of our landlord that he let us leave our luggage for some more time in the appartment after check-out. If you walk along this narrow street, you find yourself at Canal Grande.Authentic and romantic.

Value for money.

Apartment was specious, cleaned. Near to the ferry stand. Comfortable as well. They had full furnished kitchen as well, all facilities. Owner behavior was also very good. I don't see any issues living in this apartment.

You cannot find it with Google directions, just call the owner and he will guide to the right direction. It was near the ferry stand academia bridge. but because of Google direction it wasted our an hour.

Pleasant

The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. The house was clean. The location is great, very central.

The TV wasn't working. The owner sent one of his employees to try and solve the problem but the cable was damaged, so there was nothing he could do. Given the fact that it is listed as one of the facilities included with the stay, we were very disappointed with the fact that it wasn't working and the owner didn't even call us to apologize or try to solve the problem. The trash bin in the kitchen was also broken and the shower's drain was very clogged. We woke up sometimes during the night because of noises on the street. Other than that, the house is fine and we had a pleasant stay.
