Perfect stay in very spacious and comfortable room

It was an extremely large room with a super en-suite with bath and cubicle shower. Private breakfast at the time of our choice. Host was extremely courteous and attentive

Really lovely stay! Great hospitality from host and quality breakfast, very comfortable bed & room!

An excellent stay and great value ... really enjoyed a good sleep in a very comfortable king-size bed in a lovely double room, had a quality delicious continental breakfast in my room requested for as an earlier hour.. Shane was a lovely host and couldn't do enough to make my stay comfortable and relaxed and memorable...l will definitely book to stay there again in future.😊👍

Perfect stay, great location, wonderful host.

Wonderful stay, from start to finish. Contacted by owner before we arrived with all the info we needed about where to park, how to get the keys etc. Beautiful little close, felt very safe parking up. Room was perfect, very roomy, had everything we needed and more. The decoration and ornaments were lovely and it felt like a home from home. Close to city centre, with some nice little pubs on the walk into town. Breakfast was lovely. And Shane is a great host, always only a message away, and gave us a great tip about visiting Stamford, a lovely little town nearby. We can't recommend this place enough.

Really exceptional - you will not be disappointed.

A self-selection menu was available in the room - which met our needs and was all of very good quality. The room had a kettle, toaster, fridge and large TV (not used). Excellent bathroom and all very comfortable.

Usually I would have suggestions, but not here.

Above expectations room.

The room was exactly as advertised - it had lots of character and quality decoration lifting it above just being a stale room. Excellent breakfast, and facilities. Far more than I expected for a room I was just using to crash in.

I personally would have preferred less use of scented air fresheners in the room. But that is personal taste

Beautiful art adorning a lovely room

Loved the idea of breakfast being brought outside the room. Beautifully appointed art pieces throughout.

Shower let down the rest of the room. Small, with a hanging set of shelves that got in the way if you used handheld shower. It worked fine, just wasn't up to the standard of the rest of the bathroom.

Good room, with almost everything one could want. Bathroom very good, though shower was a bit tight

Breakfast (continental) was good, but eating in the room without a table was a bit awkward.

A great find and a perfect overnight or longer stay. Would stay there again if in the area.

The place was great and the host was very kind and helpful. We were afforded lots of privacy and felt very comfortable. The breakfast was great and everything was well thought out. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Large room, comfortable, elegant and carefully furnished, with spacious bath/shower room, in quiet area of Peterborough. Nice simple breakfast.

A great place to stay for a short break in the area.

Good location, very peaceful and not far from the city centre. The host, Shane, was very welcoming and helpful. Continental breakfast was tasty and brought to us when we were ready. Great value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend this accommodation.

Host was so friendly and helpful. Accommodation was very clean and the room had everything we needed. We were allowed to stay with out two small dogs with no extra charge. Breakfast arrived on time and was beautifully presented. The bedroom and bathroom are very large/roomy and the small fridge with fresh milk was a great addition. Definitely recommend staying here if your in the area, we'll certainly be returning.

The house is located in a quiet area. The owner Shane is incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, all the necessary amenities are provided for use. We had two dogs with us, and for them the room turned out to be cozy and quiet, so they slept peacefully, like at home. We will definitely come back again. Thanks for the hospitality.

Excellent value for a comfortable stay

The room was great. A fabulous space with a very large on suite. There was loads of space, good storage. Great tv and comfy bed. Shane was a fabulous host who couldn’t have been more helpful, he even lent me his phone charger! We were provided with a simple but more than adequate breakfast which was great as we didn’t need to get up and go out looking for food. For the cost wasn’t expecting breakfast. Excellent value . Thank you.
