This private studio worked out perfect for me. The place is new and clean and I was impressed. If you need a clean, private, lovely place to stay for a while, this is it.

We have never used VRBO but this was a great first experience. We knew we would only be sleeping there as we were visiting family for a birthday celebration and it was perfect. Everything was clean and neat and check in was contactless. It was easy to find and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay again !! Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Check-in was seamless. I didn't even meet the owner, which was fine because i had everything I needed. I was given a code for access to the room in an email. I loved the private access and proximity of my car to the entrance, The room was clean and for the most part had upgrades, and the bed was comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close enough to the events I was in town for. I appreciated the quality of the place so I made sure to leave it in a respectable condition.
Thank you 'owner'! I would definitely recommend and book this place again if I am back in Tampa and it is available.

The pictures of the place on line are true as of Feb 4th-11/24.
The place is a very nicely renovated garage attached to a house in a middle class neighbourhood. The entrance is through a private fenced in area with motion sensored lighting. The unit is about the size of a standard hotel room but you would pay allot more for a hotel room that is as nice as this place. The place was extremely clean, bug free. The kitchennete allows for micro waving food and there are only two place settings of dishes and cutlery which are set up on the table as you walk in. It has an apartment sized fridge. Nice touches: a can of coffee was provided for use in a normal 4 cup coffee maker with reusable filter, all soaps - dish, shampoo, conditioner, body wash are provided in dispensers. As a single traveller I felt safe coming back to unit late at night and walking around the neighbourhood during the day.
It is close to major highways and about 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport.

The property is located in a quiet residential area. It's a converted garage but doesn't look like it on the inside. Looks like a normal room except the only window is in the door But, for about 1/3 the cost of a hotel room, it saved us hundreds for the 6 days we stayed,

I travel a lot personally and professionally. This place was great. It was perfect size for two. There was alot of thoughtful personal touches like extra blankets, dining table set, and toiletries available. The only time we heard a rooster is when we were outside. We felt very safe and the neighborhood was great. Close to shopping and dining options.
