About this house rental
Self contained 3 bedroom house with stunning views, free parking, 2 bathrooms, all recently refurbished to a high standard. By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking here, you can park one car on the private drive and one on the road immediately outside.
The living room has a 40 inch tv and I've recently added a projector which you can connect up to via hdmi.
The kitchen has an American fridge freezer Neff oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine (both filtered and cafetiere). Also there are all kinds of pots and pans, cutlery, knives, chopping boards etc. If you are going to need something specific give me a shout and if I don't have it already, I'll see if I can get it.
There is a travel cot available (let me know if it will be required), 3 large comfy beds and fresh bedding / towels provided.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and over bath shower, the other with a disco shower!
The house is a perfect base for exploring Brighton and the South Downs.
Please no parties, or music after 11pm, house is in a lovely quiet residential area and I wouldn't like to disturb the neighbours, plus I live in the flat adjacent / underneath.
There isn't access to a garden but Woodingdean Central Park is at the bottom of the road with all kinds of play equipment and football goals, tennis courts, great for families.

A great property in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Downs hillside. I enjoyed watching all of the birds playing outside the livingroom window in the mornings and evenings.
We stayed for a week from June 3-10, 2024.The property is as listed. Although, after we washed some of our clothes we didn't have a clothing dryer to dry them. So, we used laundry racks with fans blowing air on our clothes to dry them.
Johnathan was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. The property was quite easy to check into. With free parking either in the driveway or on the street in front of the property. There is a park within walking distance also for kids. We had a nice welcome basket waiting for us in the kitchen with some snacks and drinks upon arrival. I highly recommend this location. We would definately stay here again.

The house is very fun and quirky and has a lot of character. With 2 showers a good sized kitchen and 3 double beds the house was very accommodating to our needs. The views from the living room window are also lovely as we are only 10 minutes from Brighton pier which is a massive plus. The owner is great and would happily pop over if you had any questions.

We stayed at Jonathons place for just over 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The house has everything you need and is really comfortable. The views are stunning out of the lounge window and there was an abundance of wildlife to keep us entertained. The neighbourhood is really quiet and is away from the hustle of Brighton. Check in was really easy and Jonathon was on hand if we had any queries. Would really reccommend this to anyone and will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Family stay in Brighton
The house and its equipment are as described. Good communication with Jonathan who gave us useful places to visit before our stay and a welcoming basket at our arrival. The house is comfortable, clean and close to commodities. Several walking trails allow you to discover the surroundings. The train from Brighton to London Victoria is very convenient to visit London (one hour trip). We recommand the house and will come back with pleasure.

Weekend break
We stayed for two nights at this property while taking part in a walking challenge over the south downs. Communication with Johnathan was great - no problems locating the key. The property was clean, tidy and very quirky. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise and the view from the living room absolutely stunning. No hesitation recommending as a base to explore the beautiful south coast!

Loads of really nice decor touches. Comfy beds, amazing view and the best kitted out kitchen I've ever had. This property has packed in loads of features, and it's a unique stay.
Great location, close enough to Brighton to get in really easily, and quiet at night. A great base to explire the surrounding areas too.

Stunning accommodations
The location, the facilities, the cleaning mess of the accommodation is outstanding. The location is quiet and not far from Brighton. My children love the environment, the facilities in the building and besides, Jonathan (owner of the property) provided all that are needed in the house.
I will always want to come back to book this same accommodation.
Thanks to the landlord (Jonathan).

The check-in process was so easy. When we arrived, we found a well needed basket of goodies after our long travel day. Jonathan was so thoughtful to prep the house with basic provisions, so we did not have to go out as it was tier 4 conditions within the pandemic. The basket was filled with candies, bread, treats, wine. We also found beers and pizza in the freezer. The house is roomy for England standards with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, and comfortable living and kitchen areas. The décor is fun, bright and cheery with all the necessities as towels, blankets, sheets, etc. The living area has a large picture window which was just a treat each day to see the rolling green hills of the Downs. Also, out the window is wildlife such as many birds, foxes, squirrels, and the occasional house cat. We found the view so peaceful and the neighborhood quiet. The house is on a lovely family neighborhood street.Excellent location – close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Convenient for bus transportation as well. A block or two walk to pick up busses to shops and downtown Brighton. The on-street parking was such a plus. We never had a problem finding a spot directly in front of the house.Jonathan was an excellent host. He was very attentive to our requests. I would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to return in the summer.Thank you Jonathan!!
