Amazing stay!

Absolutely amazing! Clean, comfortable and a great location. Was pleased to see Avon hand gels 😍 as this is all i use and there was some toys for my boys to play with which was lovely!! Would highly recommend 👌

very nice location, pond features very nice, everything you need just a stones throw away, plus beds are really comfy, had a lovely sleep….. all good!

was a little, Just a little dusty not really an issue but all round was perfect

Superb

I liked the location on the site as it was close to the restuarant and bar. The caravan was clean and beds were confortable.

Would have been nice to have some outdoor chairs to sit on especially as weather was nice whilst there.

Hasn’t been very well looked after which is a shame as it’s such a gorgeous holiday home. Needs a deep clean

Property was in a nice location quiet in evenings

The property was grubby needs some tlc gate broken on the decking various lights not working. All pots pans and cutlery was all a bit dirty needed re washing before using.

Comfortable secure and very nice

Drove up from Essex, so was happy with the welcome and ease of access to our accommodation. well placed for Skegness, but not so close as to be bothered by noise and crowds.

passes were needed to use certain on site facilities, but we did not find this out till we arrived.

The caravan itself was lovely and in a very good location. A nice, clean and quiet position. Lovely campsite with just enough to do

There was no gate on the verandah, a broken outdoor chair (dangerous), dirty bedding on the sofa bed and rubbish in the children's bedroom.

Due to family health issues this was a break for the grandkids

Location of accommodatio to leisure centre and restuarant. Site in general was clean and kept tidy by Parkdean employees. Circus across the road was great and very good value for money. Be prepared for high costs

Being met by hosts, so you could check standard of accommodation and note anything that was wrong. Sat in outdoor chair which unfortunately was broken and had no sign to say broken and injured my back, Tried calling hosts several times no answer or no one got back to me. There was a broken door handle on fridge and food in the freezer, Photos certainly eed updating as the table could only sit 4 , carpet rather dirty and no instructions to use tv/dvd could be found , It would have been nice to actually have face to face contact, if not on arrival they could have made themselves known to us.

Everything was in walking distance and bonus there was a bus on site.

The caravan wasn't very clean on arrival, pull out bed was full of rubbish so we ended up sleeping on the sofa after cleaning it. Cooker had also not been cleaned.
