Insanely overpriced for the quality.

The staff was friendly this time.

The room was filthy.. paying an extra $50 for a non smoking room I expected it to at the very least be clean but it wasn't.. i wore socks the entire time and after my third trip to the bathroom the bottoms of them were brown from the floor being so dirty... The location was noisy, loud people outside, traffic etc. the room was way too dark, and at some point in the night there was a strange chemical smell seeping into the room from the AC... I had a wonderful time with my partner outside of this room but this stay felt like a punishment.

It was ok, with all the roaches that shared my room, I deserve a discount.

Bed was uncomfortable and room had roaches.

Schmutzig. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Zimmer war nicht sauber. Ablagen nicht gewischt, Boden sehr schmutzig (Essensreste, Schutz an den Rändern) und Urinflecken am WC. Wir haben daraufhin reklamiert. Chefin sehr uneinsichtig und leicht cholerisch. U.a wurden wir darüber belehrt, dass man ja "nicht auf dem Boden schläft". Insgesamt war aber selbst für US-Verhältnisse und die Preisklasse m.E. das ganze nicht zumutbar. Wir haben uns entschlossen zu stornieren und nicht nur das Zimmer zu wechseln. Zum Glück war der Herr des Hauses sehr freundlich und professionell und hat uns das Geld ohne Theater zurückerstattet.

Nothing it was disgusting

It was filthy, I was forced to have a smoking room. My clothes and luggage still smell like smoke 3 days later. The person next door blasted gangster rap and did drugs well Past 3 am. I felt very unsafe.

Not a good experience

The bed was comfortable.

It was 95 degrees in the room when we arrived at 9pm. AC was not turning on at all. Temp outside was 85. The bathroom wall behind the door was dirty. The exhaust fan was falling down on one end and didn't fit are area near the light. The tub was clogged. Paint was chipping near the shower head. The trash cans outside were fifty outside the room. They could have done better.

Horrible I would not stay here.

There was nothing really to like about this location.

The room smelled, had bugs crawling all over the place, there was zero housekeeping and you can’t even request to get clean towels. The owner of the hotel is horrible l, first he got in an argument with one of my kids then turned around threatened to kick us out the hotel. Then when I decided to checkout after the whole ordeal he wanted to continue to argue.

Good value for the money

Working at the Williamsburg airport so the location was great. Weekly rates were a good value.Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking right outside my room. The room had adequate amenities.

Internet was adequate but not fast. The room had some cosmetic issues that should be fixed, like a previous leak stain in the bathroom. I was there for several weeks and the maid service did not make the bed most days.

Disappointing.

The bed was comfortable.

The room wasn't that clean. No place to hang my clothes. Bath room was nasty. People in and out all threw the night. It seems like if you are a person of color they put you all the way in the rear of the hotel away from everyone else.

Glass of beer in fridge and dirty men's underwear in the corner. Bed spread was not for king bed.

While located in a convenient area and quiet, it's not a very attractive hotel. I was disappointed.

The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet.

The TV remote was missing a battery. On the second night, I asked for another battery and the clerk asked "What happened to the other battery?" However, she did provide another. However, though the TV turned on, it displayed "No signal" and I was unable to watch anything. The bathroom was unclean. There were urine stains all over the seat. There were hairs in the tub. The faucet over the sink was loose. There were other stains of unknown origin in the room. When I left, the clerk wasn't at the front desk so I had to call him.
