Really delighted with this property and the location

Lovely location and beautiful grounds. Loved the tv area with plenty of room and seating. Great kitchen and facilities. Lovely views upstairs. Good off road parking.

Nice big house suitable for a large group. It would have been ok but for the smell

House served our purpose for our 2 night stay, family group of 9.

The location of the property. Quiet area, so no problem sleeping. Plenty of beds and space in the house for our family group of nine.

Some repairs/maintenance need doing eg. downstairs shower door doesn't close properly. Need to tidy up the unused spa area or put up a curtain or window film, so you don't have to look at that area when using that bathroom. That's the only part of the house that lets it down. TV would be better located on the wall above fireplace instead of near the floor.

Location and size with 2 bathrooms.

Not very clean or well maintained. Toilet not flushed Shower doors didn't close properly Lights not working Loose electrical points Not enough mirrors should have been at least one mirror each bedroom

Great for a large group!

Good location and spacious.

Shower facilities were not great. Hard to control water temperature and there was a constant musty smell. It would also be great if the kitchen was stocked with gladwrap and tinfoil. And oven trays that actually fit inside the oven.

I would suggest that inspection on the property to be done few minutes before the guest is leaving.

The comment from your end maybe the cleaner/caretaker as i would say is too much exaggerated, it was mentioned that pee scattered in the toilet area especially toilet basket and the toilet rolls was wet. We are all adults and the youngest is 14 & 15 years old both female, how come the pee scattered in the toilet area and we've cleaned the area premises before we leave. I would suggest that the inspection on the property to be done few minutes before the guest is leaving to avoid issue of disagreement

As we were biking in the Redwoods Park Location was excellent. House was Great, beds very comfortable. clean and tidy with everything we needed. thank you. we all really enjoyed staying for the three nights.

to be very critical driveway gardens and weeds around the place with leaves etc. tidied would make a big first impression impact. Toilet seat lid hinge broken, tap in toilet basin needs attention.

Breakfast and location were indeed okay.

The main sofa in the sitting room is nice but getting old!

Very nice, like the bedrooms, facilities, and the location, very comfortable .

We did not include any meals on our booking. The location is very nice and handy to the special event place where we participated.

The toilet taps are rustied and cupboard handles in the bathroom are rustied; even the curtains are not cleaned, some have mould. Our children are not pleased with the problems. From my husband and I, we enjoyed our stay, no matter about other problems but it's a very nice house. We wished we would have met the host
