New construction (2021) conveniently located in the 7 South area, close to Oaklawn Racing 🏇and Casino, Historic Downtown Hot Springs, marinas, shopping, entertainment and many other attractions. Ideal location to experience everything the area has to offer.

Featuring new modern decor, condo is located on the third floor for amazing views of the lake. There is an elevator and stairs conveniently located nearby. One reserved parking space and additional guest parking near the pool.
Open the front door accessing the keyless entry and see lake views from the kitchen, dining area, and living area, all the way to the lakefront balcony. Hardwood floors throughout with an open floor plan.
The kitchen is well equipped, with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and full size washer and dryer. The bedroom to the left has a king size bed and large closet, with bathroom next to it. Dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6, and a bar with Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker. For your convenience, we supply coffee, sweetener, and creamer.
The main living area has cozy, comfortable furnishings with a sleeper sofa and 2 recliners.
There is a 55" smart tv, in case you just want to relax and watch your favorite movie or sports game. You may access the large balcony from here as well.
The oversized primary bedroom suite has a king bed, smart tv, walk in closet and luxury bedding. Sliding doors lead out to the large furnished balcony. The spa like bathroom has double vanities with granite countertops, and a large spacious rain shower.
You'll enjoy waterfront views with a cup of coffee in the morning while watching activity on the lake or relaxing in the evening watching serene sunsets. This is the perfect place to watch fireworks on holidays.

You will be so pleased with this lovely, spacious, quiet, and comfortable unit! 2 small extras we enjoyed: My husband loved the nice shower head in the spacious master bathroom. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed the master bedroom to darken completely for restful sleeping. Bed was comfortable w/nice linens. Beautiful, large kitchen and the large dining table would be so great for guests with family to enjoy sharing a meal together at one table. The elevator was a huge plus! Kind, helpful host responds quickly. The large balcony on the lake completes this sweet spot for your next getaway!

The condo is spacious and perfect for 4 adults. The view of Lake Hamilton is beautiful. We ate several meals at the condo and enjoyed visiting and playing games. Having two separate restrooms was an added plus. Thank you for the use of your home. We will be back!

The property was great. Clean and easy to get too. Very close to everything such as shopping and many restaurants to go eat. The view was beautiful day or night. The listing is even better in person. It was the perfect location and more than comfortable accommodations. It had everything you would need for your retreat to Hot Springs. The pool was a great addition. The property manager was very nice and let us check-in early once the cleaning were finished. We stayed on the 4th of July and were super surprised and excited to end up having our own firework show! Next door they went all out and we had the best view! I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay . The condo was so beautiful and well decorated and so very clean , it looked brand new . Brenda was so accommodating and helped us quickly with anything we needed . The lake was beautiful . There was one evening where there was fireworks and we could watch it from the balcony was really nice . We will definitely stay there again in the future .

Four of us stayed here (two couples), plus we had another couple that stayed at a nearby hotel, who came to the condo to visit. The bedrooms were as advertised. We enjoyed looking out over Lake Hamilton. We would have enjoyed the balcony (very large, with several places to sit), but it was a bit too cold for us.
We usually prepare a few meals when we travel, but this time we did not. The kitchen is very well stocked, and it has dining spaces for 6.
The condo was very quiet, away from everything, but we were close enough to all the action.
We'll be back.

Beautiful property with stunning views of Lake Hamilton. This is a top notch condo and the property owner is super nice and very helpful. Condo is at Lookout Point very nice and quiet. Would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a super nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend. The condo was super clean and still smelled new. We had a perfect view of the fireworks right from the balcony. The USB ports in the outlets and on the dresser were a nice touch. The location of the condo was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The washer and dryer were nice to have, and there were plenty of dishes and pots/pans for cooking.

We really enjoyed this Lake Hamilton condo which has beautiful views and is lakefront on the 3rd floor of the complex. The condo is extremely clean (I wish I could give 10 stars for cleanliness!) It is great that the owner provides coffee pods as well as body wash and soap and shampoo. She also gives you enough “starter” supply of trash bags and dish soap/dishwasher tabs which is greatly appreciated. This is a restful place- nice and quiet as well as very spacious for family of 4. The only negatives about this complex (completely out of the owner’s control) but there is no community grill and no ladder for lake swimming access- maybe the HOA can consider these easy additions!
The community pool and associated bathroom are clean and easily accessible. The location of this condo is within 10 minutes of downtown Hot Springs and about 30-40 minutes to Lake Ouachita.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything provided. Could use another set of cooking spoons, some casseroles dishes and a few more pots.. Will definitely book again

Lakeside condo
Every morning we watched the boats navigate up and down the lake as we enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the balcony. Our beds were comfortable, and the shower in the master bathroom was fabulous. There was plenty of space to prepare meals in the kitchen that had a nice assortment of pots, pans, and utensils.

We had the best time together and the view and location were great right off of Lake Hamilton. The property is so clean and beautiful. We loved the patio view and the master bathroom was so nice and spacious. Great property and Brenda was easy to communicate with as well. We would love to come back to stay here for sure.

Beautiful condo - very clean, updated and filled with everything we needed. Completely comfortable!! Perfect location for us...centrally located to visit many great Arkansas outdoor activities (Garvan Gardens, Hot Springs Observation Tower, Lake Ouchita, Lake Catherine, Charlton Recreation Area - all within very easy drive).

Very clean, organized and beautiful with great location!
My husband and I really enjoyed this beautiful property. It was so clean, cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and it was so close to hiking trails and downtown Hot Springs. We also were just a few minutes away from the botanic gardens and Anthony Chapel. We would love to return again in the future!! Brenda is also very good at responding when you have questions.

We stayed here 8 days to enjoy the area, golf, relax, etc. The space was beautiful and just like the online pictures. It had everything we needed to make this our home base and cook most of our meals here. We would stay here again if we were coming back.

This property was perfect for me and my husbands 30th Anniversary long weekend trip!! A beautiful place to stay and we loved the balcony! It has a very large open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living area so there is plenty of room for entertaining and hanging out!!

Beautiful decor, cleanliness, and detail. Upon arriving, I could not imagine a better place to stay in Hot Springs. The bed was super comfortable and they had a great coffee bar for the guests. The lake view from the balcony (which definitely felt bigger in person) was an amazing touch as well. Brenda did a great job communicating with us, would highly recommended staying at this location.

Fabulous, spacious condo with a great view!
We took our yearly trip to Hot Springs during March to change things up. We chose this condo to be able to spread out and because of the lake view and location. It is even better in person than the pictures! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything. The lake view is beautiful, there’s an elevator for those who can’t take the stairs, and the condo is fully stocked. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something other than a standard hotel. It was so perfect!

We loved our stay at your property. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. We enjoyed the view from the balcony, although it was a little breezy. It took us about 20 min to get to historic downtown. Most attractions were within 15 min. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. There is also a Walmart and a Kroger within 5 min away. We will stay here again.
