Best accommodation we stayed in during our NZ trip.

Very clean accommodation with a private garage which was really convenient. And the highlight was the hot tub. coming back after a busy sight seeing day to a hot tub just made it much more exciting coming back to the accommodation each evening. Highly recommend!

Location, style and comfort.

No cleaning cloths to wipe down surfaces. TV instructions were misleading, having to use own account. Not major problems though.

Lovely place to stay

Immaculately clean property with some lovely spaces, two bathrooms were a bonus, comfortable beds, kitchen provided everything, super new fittings and the furnishings were all very coordinated, really nice touch. There was also a good supply of items in case you were unable to go shopping or arrived late, which would tie you over until you could get to a shop. Spa was a bonus but for some reason it didn't heat up on 2 of the nights we were there. Really nice that you could put your vehicle undercover in the garage attached to the house. It seemed super modern and very upmarket, really enjoyed the place

Lots of rules due to being in a complex, owner didn't feel as friendly as the house was. They sent a message stating that we could not have any visitors which was disappointing as our daughter was also on holiday and we would have liked for her to stay for dinner but felt almost "watched" by the owner so didn't want to have her there for long and also one of our group smoked but had to walk out on the road to have a cigarette which was quite some distance from the unit, didn't make sense that there was a good courtyard outside that she could have respectfully used. On one of the days we were surprised to hear someone banging around in the courtyard, then we noticed him wheeling the bins down the driveway, just a little message to let us know that was going to happen would have been nice. There was also an annoying light in the main bedroom that shone all night we couldn't figure how to turn it off

"Great property in a great peaceful location. The rooms was luxurious and very comfortable beds..Love the spa 😍 The huge apartment is clean and spacious. We will be back!! Thank you Camen 🙌

Great property, rude owner- wouldn’t stay again due ++++ rules and unwelcoming attitude

Great property and location! Right at the bottom of Cornet peak and a $25 Uber into town! fantastic pub with live music next door!

Couldn’t figure out how to close the door from outside so had to do garage dash but not a big issue! Also whilst the property was fantastic. The sheer amount of rules made the stay not relaxing. Also finding out that the owner lives next door but doesn’t tell you that felt icky. The attitude and defensiveness from the owner Carmen was mind blowing. I was speechless from the tone of her messages that were in response to my politely worded messages. I asked for sheets for the sofa bed with a smiley face and the responses were “as per my email..” and “as you didn’t advise”. I did acknowledge I didn’t read the lengthy message I received in July for a booking in September which was followed by a four page message the week before. I also didn’t feel receiving a reminder message reminding us about Sunday checkout time at 0845 on Saturday morning after I’d been in the property 14 hours was appropriate. Overall great property and amenities but I felt like a child at a summer camp with all the rules and it felt like Carmen didn’t actually want visitors there- hardly relaxing.

Exceptional beyond words

Great location, perfect for families. Such a beautifully presented property! We had an awesome time and would come back again in a heartbeat! Loved it and would absolutely recommend!

Only thing (which is extremely minor and has nothing to do with the house) is that it is hard getting out of the garage when other cars on neighbouring properties are parked on the driveway. However that doesn’t detract from the property itself as there is a very clear sign on the fence saying “DO NOT PARK IN DRIVEWAY”.

Wonderful stay!

Loved the spaciousness. Very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the spa pool, just wished there was some sunshine in the backyard area late afternoon. Manager very helpful. Otherwise amazing stay

This is the best holiday house we have ever stayed in.

great location. We can easly go to all popular spots.

The bathroom doors need locks. Otherwise, they are perfect.
