Wonderful 50th birthday with family and friends

Plenty of space for everyone, lovely modern house, suited everyone of all ages, clean and tidy, plenty of parking

The road to the house is private and in awful shape. Glad we had a minibus cos a car could get lost in some of the potholes 😂

Spacious, modern, good size and good location.

Kitchen cooking equipment could have been cleaner and surprised there was no complimentary shower gels, soaps, shampoos etc. Not many plug sockets in convenient locations to mirrors!

A lovely high quality house in IOW to relax with friends. A car is recommended.

Excellent facilities throughout. clean, and a really great view.

It’s a fair walk from Shanklin after a few drinks when taxis are hard to come by. Could do with another sink / bathroom upstairs. But it was exactly as advertised. These are not complaints.

Will stay again, house and views are beautiful, an excellent place to stay for a family gathering.

The location is amazing. Beautiful views across fields, and Shanklin town roof tops to the serene sea! So quiet, just the sounds of the countryside. The house is well equipped, comfortable furnishings, plenty of techno gadgetry.

The hospitality/house keeping elements could be improved. Only four toilet rolls were left for 8 of us, and an empty box of dishwasher tablets. As I don't own a dishwasher, I didn't feel I wanted to buy a box for a three day stay. There was some food residue on some of the serving dishes, and a variety of large chips on the crockery. An item of clothing had been left behind in our wardrobe. The towels were rather small and thin. Considering the house is well appointed, I wonder if the owner knows the housekeeping is falling short?

Great home and enjoyed staying there. Definitely recommend it for families or larger group.

Amazing home with great views. Spacious entertainment area with all the facilities you need. The rooms are big and have plenty of bathrooms. There is enough parking available for multiple cars and a child friendly home.

The access road is a dirt road and not well maintained.

Stunning house- layout and space. Excellent location and sea views

Turning off main road into lane tricky. Dishwasher difficulties reported to agent- not fully cleaning items .

Enjoyed our stay

we loved the house, the view from the rear was fantastic the kitchen and rear living area was used a lot by us the house being decorated for Christmas was a plus bedrooms were all a good size the house was dog friendly the road itself was very quiet, no passing noisy traffic nicely stocked kitchen, crockery etc great size fridge

There was not really any mirrors close to a plug, for hair drying etc. some of the mirrors were a bit high up for us. we felt that for 6 people upstairs, one bathroom was not really enough. my parents were in the bedroom with the bath in the room and they both said that they couldn't sit up in the bed without hitting their heads, they said the room was lovely and a great size but the layout was not the best (mainly because of the previous listed problem they encountered with the bed). The worst issue we had, was the road leading up to the house, the pot holes were ridiculous and took some manoeuvring

A brilliant place for an extended family such as mine to stay .

The house was lovely especially the bath with the television ! Sat nav directions to get there are frustrating and kept sending us out of our way abit but the house and garden was brilliant !

Once you have your bearings everything is drivable and easy to get to .

Fantastic relaxing home from home

Breakfast in the sun on the patio with the bifold door pulled back was great way to start the day. All the mod cons, everything you need for trip away. Space space and more space. Fantastic views of the sea to watch the ships roll by.

Could have done with a frying pan, and maybe some bigger towels, but apart from that everything was great.
