This property was everything I needed

The house is very nice and clean. It is in the middle of woods, so very peaceful. We had a storm and the power went out and it shut the water pump off. I contacted the owner and she had a neighbor come and fix it right away. It was a wonderful experience all around

The cabin was very nice. It was very peaceful. The girls loved watching the nature in the pond. Loved observing the water snakes in their natural habitat. We would definitely stay here again.
4.8
The property was well cared for- both the house and the yard. A plant lover planned and planted all the bushes, flowers hostas, etc and everything was thriving. This was the most quiet spot I have ever been to. The woods were magnificent-we walked and walked spotting many indigenous treasures including Rattlesnake Plantain Orchids in bloom. Vogel State Park was 3 minutes away. A very nice get-away!

Very private. Nice neighbor sells chicken and quail eggs which were very delicious. All furnishings were adequate except the master bed mattress. It was way too soft and the frame around it was a shin buster. Other than that it was a great place to stay and convenient to places we wanted to visit. Hiking trail was nice too.

The property is beautiful and the inside is very comfortable. Overall is enjoyed my stay. The only reason I give 3 Stars, I stayed in many cabins this is the first time they have requested to wash all the bedding I used before leaving, also the outside areas need maintenance and be more careful with the garbage bin.
I hope they are taken into account by the owner as good faith suggestions for improvement.

My family had a fantastic vacation! The house was perfect and any issues we had ( water heater alarm that was false alarm, and we accidentally locked ourselves out) all was handled in a few minutes and the owner aaa very quick to respond. The children loved having access to some trails that they could explore but still in hearing distance of the house. Highly recommend for a get away that will give you true peace and quiet and some beautiful memories.

Quite and relaxing. Close to things to do. Only con was no dressers so could not unpack clothes.

Place was phenomenal. Peaceful and a little boys dream. If you want quiet, clean and comfortable. This place rocks. Beautiful inside with a wooded secluded lot was perfect. Lots of inferesting places to explore for our little nephew. Modern inside with a rustic feel. We only stayed one night for a wedding but if and out of the way secluded getaway is what you need this is your place. Only drawback is make sure you have all your access codes etc in hand before you get there as your cell service is a bit sparse. We recommend highly and give 5 stars wish we had more time to explors

My family and I had such a fun experience. We also brought our dogs, and they also loved roaming the property. The property has trails my family and I explored, the creek in the back is so beautiful and peaceful to hear when you walk outside. We even roasted marshmallows one night on the campfire. The cabin has games, boos and even toys for the kids to play with! This one of the best cabins my family and I have stayed at. It is also close to fun sightseeing such as Vogel State Park and Brasstown Bald.

Beautiful property. Plenty close by to do. Scenic drives. Can really enjoy nature and just let time slow down being just far enough away to not hear much outside of nature. Yet still close enough to get essentials. Thank you for the beautiful house.

Check in was super easy! The property was perfect to ready for our stay with clean sheets and plenty of towels & most amenities you might need if you forget something in a pinch.
The outside has so much potential to be beautiful with some TLC, but we did come at the beginning of spring so it’s possible they do more to spruce up the outdoors in the bloomed weather.
It is close to lots of things-definitely go into town for Grinds and Glazes Bakery & visit Helen for Anna Ruby Falls.
Great trip!

We had a great time. Cabin was very clean and secluded. Very cold outsidein February, but toasty inside. Very relaxing stay, hope to return again. Host was very prompt in responding to us.

Great property. WiFi wasn’t working and property owner was quick to respond and way more upset than we were. It was nice to be a bit disconnected from technology. I really appreciated that she was quick to respond though. Will probably comeback again next year

We were absolutely in heaven driving down the windy roads to the cabin. It’s a short ride from the main high way but we felt so far away and secluded! The cabin was so cute and cozy with everything you need and this location is ideal distance to Vogel State Park just minutes away. We were also able to drive to Brasstown Bald which is the highest elevation in GA , then drove to Tallulah Gorge and hiked down to the gorge floor and got back to the cabin all before dark. The market up the street is great for local homemade goodies. Buy the jams and the soaps! Living Waters vineyard was fantastic. Bring back some wine and enjoy the gorgeous view from the cabin and listen to the creek! We will be back! Most unique property we’ve stayed at from years of mountain trips!

Our stay was pleasant and would stay again but did have 2 concerns that were addressed with the owner.
1. Arrived after dark to find the door to the home left wide open. We were traveling with kids and when called the owner to advise, was told that nearest neighbor was a 90 yr old woman and not to worry since the door probably didn’t latch from the cleaning company. My son in law was able to check the home to ensure it was safe to enter. Still a little nerve wracking to find that open.
2. The upstairs was comfortable and warm; however, the heat did not warm the downstairs where my son in law and kids stayed. It was in the chilly side especially with temps high 40s during the day and nights where in the 20s. Attempted to contact owner and was not able to. Left a message via VRBO app and it was not answered.
We enjoyed the area but do not recommend driving in at night due to the road being so winding and dark. It was hard to navigate.
Overall the cabin was nice and served its purpose to sleep and eat at. The area was beautiful and we had a fun time sightseeing in the surrounding areas.

We Enjoyed Our Vacation In This Beautiful Cabin… Host Was Quick To Respond When Needed… Would Highly Recommend…

Our family enjoyed the beautiful and quiet location of this cabin. It is close to hiking trails and not too far from Helen.
4.8
Quiet and secluded cabin for a couples get away. Definitely room in the house for at least 8 people, more if you have smaller kids. Central point to visit Helen, Elijah, Blue Ridge, Cleveland and Dahlonega. Very close to Neels Gap, historic stop on the Appalachian Trail. We actually were visiting the cool store at the gap and talked to a man that had been on the AT for 4 months and would make it to the end of the trail the next day. We hiked to three beautiful waterfalls. Amicacola was our favorite.

Cabin and location are the perfect getaway. The whole family enjoyed the mountain experience immensely. Looking to making this an annual trip!!!
4.8
Enjoyed the house and yard. Was hoping to at least see a deer but nothing! Had everything we needed. House could use a thorough cleaning and airing out however.
4.8
It was so peaceful and just what we needed. It was rainy unfortunately but we spent as much time as we could on the beautiful property .
4.8
The house was cold and clean and very welcoming upon arrival. We felt right at home and loved everything about the house and property. The pond was so cute. My husband happened upon a black bear in the mountains behind the house but they both ran from each other without incident. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it as well as stay again. Our trip into Helen was fun as well.

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the trails through the woods and so did our dog. The house and property was very nice. The road in was narrow and was tight for our big dually. It was so nice to get away and the temperatures were so much cooler than Florida. Thanks again!

Our stay was perfect. The cabin is wonderful with plenty of space. More than I expected. Very clean, maintained, and well stocked. It's off the beaten path but not too far. Loved the trails around the property and the serenity of the outdoors. Will be booking again for sure!

Our two families (and dogs) had a great long weekend. The cabin was perfect for watching football, toasting New Year’s, board games, and just down the road from beautiful hiking. Our kids loved the game room/bunk beds and walking on the property. Owner was super attentive when we needed something, and check out was easy. Comfy beds!

We had a great time wish we would have stayed longer. We mostly enjoyed being in the property.... shooting arrows we bought at Wallmart. Walking the trails. We took two dogs and they would not want to come in the house. Saw deer! Visited Orchard, went to Blue Ridge town, Blairsville town. The local little store at the foot of the cabin mountain was SUPER! The cabin itself was WONDERFUL!! Had enough room for 8 of us. Very tasteful and simple but with all the ameneties❤️

A group of 7 of us stayed at this cabin for Oktoberfest. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. I wish we would've had more time to explore it a bit more. The cabin itself was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Communication with the host was seamless! The only suggestion we have is to provide more mirrors (there were only two and they were located in the bathrooms). Some full length mirrors in the bedrooms would be very helpful. Other than that, the entire experience was great! Will definitely plan to stay again!

Peaceful beautiful cabin. We’ll equipped! Loved the exterior and the interior.

Cozy and Secluded
We had a great weekend staying at this pretty property! We thought it was very comfy and cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit and the relaxing sound of the creek. My son and his friends enjoyed having their own space and the foosball table. Natalie was a wonderful hostess and very quick to respond to any questions and was even gracious enough to give us a late checkout. Definitely recommend this cabin!

Beautiful remote mountain cabin experience in north Georiga
We were all incredibly impressed with this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very helpful with directions and suggestions for activities nearby the property which there were plenty of. There is enough space and beautiful hiking on the property itself that one would not even have to leave it to experience a fantastic mountain vacation; however, the surrounding hikes are truly magnificent. The cabin itself is hard to leave at times due to how cozy and accommodating it is. We all highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting to escape to the beautiful nature of north Georgia.

Great spot in the woods
Beautiful, relaxing property. Short hiking trail was lovely. Bring coffee and filters! :) Thanks for a great stay.

Nice little place to stay
Overall a pretty nice place to stay. The roads were a little precarious, which I was provided this info a few days before my stay was to start, but should probably put this in the listing. There was an issue with the Wi-fi, but the owner was very prompt in responding to my call & it was a quick fix. We did enjoy the deck with the fire pit as it was very cold a few nights.
4.8
Clean and Peaceful
We had a wonderful short visit to the property. The house has been well maintained, was clean, and had many spots inside and out to "hang out." It worked well for our family of 4. It's less than 10 minutes from the hiking spots on Blood Mountain, and about 15 minutes from Blairsville.
4.8
A wonderful cabin nestled on the mountainside.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint secluded cabin! The trails on the property and the stream running just outside the master bedroom were exactly what we were looking for in this vacation! I loved it so much I think I may book another trip and take a mother/daughter trip.
4.8
Cozy, quiet cabin in the woods
The cabin was located on a gorgeous property, as pictured. The cabin was clean and stocked with the basics you would expect in the kitchen and for the bedding, towels, etc. The beds upstairs are on platforms that stick out beyond the mattress, so you have to be extra careful not to bang your shins. Other than that, it was a lovely and relaxing weekend.
