Pretty straightforward self check-in/check out. It was a 20 minute walk to Shamrock Quay (where I was working during my stay) and 20 minute walk to central SH the other way. I like walking so that worked out well. Very responsive on through the messaging service on the booking.com app and friendly, etc. The place was clean with good internet.
Probably the most uncomfortable/poorest quality mattress I've every come across during all of my travels... There was an issue with the shower mixer throughout my stay so I could basically only manage mild/lukewarm water - which was fine in the end because it was a hot few days...

Proximity to the place I was studying was excellent. Good shower and easy access to the property on arrival.
Luxury is a bit of a strong word for this flat. The bed was incredibly spring ridden and uncomfortable. Details missing such as parking information - the parking on the road is permit only and everywhere has restrictions. If you are in the bottom flat, there is a lot of light and a lot of noise when people come through the front door.

the location
the staff treatment in very bad and most of time did not pick up phone.

The room was clean and it was great that there was a mid stay clean. Easy check in.
The location wasn’t great, not very luxury and that all counts not just how the inside looks. Some basic cooking needs were missed and there wasn’t ready access to extra bin bags! Also the wifi was awful and the response was just that it’s down in the area, but previous reviews also said it was bad so I think the router just needs to be in a better place.

It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower has good water pressure and hot water. Had everything I needed for a 5 week stay.
The room was very very small (than it looked in the pictures). The size of the room that they put was definitely not accurate. The whole house was clean and smelt nice but my studio itself had a weird smell that I could not figure out what it was. There was no extractor fan for cooking, so it is easy to set of the smoke alarm when cooking. The neighbourhood seemed a little dodgy but I didn't not experience any major problems.

Apartment adequate for needs
Lack of parking
Area not ideal for accessible standard eating establishments

Not a lot, room was clean. The shower was good.
Everything. The location, area was not good, untidy. Pay car park with few spaces a good walk away. Night club nearby, noisy into the early hours 3am. Bed extremely uncomfortable feel the springs. Wash basin so small. TV reception bad, WiFi unavailable at times apparently problems in area. Garden unkept see photos. Garden furniture grubby, wouldn’t sit on it. Paid cleaning service charge, it didn’t happen. No offer of compensation when complaint’s made.
If I could have found alternative accommodation at price a could afford I would have left straight away. Didn’t meet the advertised as “luxury apartment “

I loved everything but some details that I shared to the Management who apologised and said they will fix after my departure. They sent a treat which I really appreciated. Very efficient check in and check out. Well equipped. 4 bus stops to City Centre/Above Bar and High Street and frequent bus service. Aldi very close. The area was good and quite, convenient to access everything. Near hospital and university facilties. Small supermarkets and take aways in close proximity.
Some details that I shared to the Management who apologised and said they will fix after my departure. Such as blocked basin and cleanliness could be better.

Very receptive host who did try to correct issues when reported
Excellent internet speed
Powerful shower and good amounts of hot water
Had a small fridge and stove, which was useful
Handy to have a washing machine in the building
The advert is completely misleading. First of all, it is not a 'luxury apartment,' it is just a house in a dodgy neighbourhood! The 'one bedroom apartment' is essentially just a bedroom in a 4 bedroom terraced house, with a tiny kitchenette shoved into a corner. Each bedroom is advertised as an apartment, but it isn't, they are just bedrooms!
The windows in the room and bathroom did not shut properly, which meant cold air as well as smell of weed from people smoking it outside (yes, it is that kind of neighbourhood!) coming into the room.
Had a lot of issues with cleaning. The room was not cleaned when I first moved in, and there was rotten food left in the fridge. I had to point this out on the day that I moved in, and was told someone would be over at 8.30pm to clean. Someone finally came over at almost 10pm. When I enquired as to the late arrival, she started saying that she got held at work, then changed her mind mid-sentence and told me that her car broke down! It was such an obvious lie, and shows how unprofessional the cleaning service is. She then said that she will be back on Friday for the weekly cleaning service, and made a point of saying that she had put this in her diary, including the time. Of course, no one showed up on Friday and I had to call back and again and organise the cleaning. I was still charged £45 for the cleaning, which never happened. As an apology, the cleaning lady offered me a cheap bottle of wine and a tiny box of chocolates, worth no more than £7, which of course I declined. I would have preferred to not have been charged the cleaning fee, but this was not offered. This was very poor customer service.
The furniture in the room really requires replacing. We got a message saying to only use the chair to eat. The chair had disgusting stains on it, so I could not bring myself to sit on it.

not a very safe area

This 1 bedroom unit was an excellent spacious size for myself. It was wonderfully clean and felt like a home away from home. It had everything that someone would need in the kitchenette. Overall great place to stay with excellent value for money. I'd happily stay again in the future.

Nothing.
Awful stench from the bathroom. Uncomfortable bed. Lots of cutlery missing. Extremely tiny. Paid GBP 184 for two nights, really a waste. Calling this Luxury Apartments is a hoax.

Nice and cozy place quite close to the city center. Stayed there during the summer visit, liked it a lot. Has everything you need to live.

It’s clean and has the basics of a kitchenette. The property is in a very good condition.
There is no on street parking. The bathroom sink is very small and the mattress for me was not supportive enough. Also it just feels a bit cluttered for me and it would be nice to have Netflix in English.

I liked everything about this stay.
I have nothing to complain about , everything was in perfect condition .
