Great location but could be cleaner.

Excellent location for touring Suffolk. Lots of bars, restaurants and takeaways within a short walking distance. Quirky property. Bathroom for each bedroom.

There are lots of comments in the guest book about poor cleanliness - I don't think anyone has read them! Certainly there were issues: drawers full of dust, placemats not wiped, no bin-liners and bins not wiped out. Not really enough lounge seating for 5 people. Single bed for 5th person is really a day bed.

Personally I didn't like the mattress topper, too soft. But my son was fine with his, so down to personal preference. I removed mine

Lovely modernised period property with a fabulous location

Lovely property- great for a weekend away - our second visit to this property. Hosts and location fantastic. Downstairs bedroom and bathrooms very comfortable and cosy beds, rooms stayed cool even on a very warm night. Property is in a lovely condition and clearly well looked after.

Sofa a little hard and tired; could do with updating. Upstairs third bedroom could be re-configured for more comfort- desk seems unnecessarily large.

Very good

A great size house in a lovely village. Had everything we needed. Nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. In the middle of the village with plenty of places to eat

Beds were very soft, which we are not use too.

great location, very comfortable, good size rooms and multiple bathrooms, well equipped.

only minor point for some guests would be the stairs which are relatively steep and narrow, but not an issue for us.

Excellent and enjoys le, stay in vdry well equipped property.

Weren't sure where to park in. Ar Park on arrival as, went straight to car park and instructions on which bays to use where in house. Shame there was no outside area. Verge in car park doesn't really count.

The positioning of the mirror cupboard in the bathroom given the style of sink makes use of the handbasin problematic. The grid over the manhole outside the fron door could do with attention to stop the loud intrusive clatter every time a vehicle goes over it. I also find the £100 cleaning fee a real cheek. £1080 is high enough to have cleaning as inclusive.

Birthday visit to Long Melford.

Kitchen was well equipped. Location was central so town facilities were a short walk away. Beds were comfortable. Very airy feel , plus heating system was effective when required, although some know how of a modern system would be useful.

Bedroom 2 ( without the ensuite) had no drawer unit. There were 2 chests which were locked. OK , that is fine, but surely some drawers for clothes would be useful. The bathroom cabinets were a hindrance for using the basin. A flat mirror there would have been more useful and positioning the cabinet elsewhere.

the water pressure was quite poor when two showers running at the same time. we had to shower at different times.

wouldn’t choose if I knew the full facts of location and £109 cleaning fee was excessive considering the amount of clean

spacious…warm….loved the Bose….

location…behind a pub…(not disclosed in description)7am Sunday morning 2 juggernauts delivering beer literally in front of the front door!!! The view from round window was of bins and people smoking outside pub….not very holiday-like or relaxing! Dreadful! Bed had a spring mattress which was very uncomfortable.
