The home was great - awesome views with 3 balconies (but all balconies were very dirty and furniture was caked with dust/ dirt).
Location was great. Easy walk to the market and gondola across the street. The espresso machine was great as well.
The bad - there was a terrible smell coming from the basement closet that carried into the 2 downstairs bedrooms. (Smelled like a dead rat).
I made Vacasa aware of this 3 days in a row, and everyday I was told that the issue was reported to the “local team”, and I should be hearing from them. Never once heard from the “local team” over our 5 day stay.
Someone was clearly aware of the smell issue, as there were several air fresheners/ odor eaters placed all around the closet when we arrived (which actually seemed to make the smell worse lol).
My car was parked in the condo garage in a guest stop, and the ceiling tiles actually fell on my car due to a leak. Fortunately no major damage to the car.
Overall it was a great spot/ property. Just unfortunately poorly managed.

Nice Condo...decent location

Upon arrival the front door code did not work; check-in is at 4pm and evidently the Vacasa rep in the area goes off-duty at about the same time. The instructions also advised that there was a key in a lock box for both the front door and the gym. The code for the lock box did not work either. After about 45 minutes of waiting and calling I was given a different front door code which did work. No key to the gym could be found nor could a code be found for the lock box which ostensibly held said key. Eventually, I tried the code for the garage entrance on the gym door and that worked. However, the entry instructions provided by Vacasa gave no indication that the codes were the same. Additionally, there was supposed to be a garage door opener in the unit. There was not. Also, the one parking spot for this unit had 4x4 Jeep parked in the unit space all four days I was there. Obviously belongs to the owner of the unit or is allowed to be parked there by the owner of the unit. I was left to either park in another units space or one of two 'unmarked' parking spaces. Never did get a key to the gym or the unit as indicated in the instructions.
All that said, the Unit was very nice; very clean, and had nice amenities. The gym (if you can get into it) is also top shelf. The local Vacasa staff were very courteous and tried to be helpful but they obviously had the wrong information regarding the unit access and need to coordinate with the owner of the unit regarding the parking, access code/key for the unit itself, and the access code/key for the gym.
