About this house rental
This mountain modern luxury residence will elevate your Telluride vacation. The four-bedroom pet-friendly end unit has ski-in/ski-out access, exquisite living spaces and upscale furnishes along with a panoramic view of the San Juans.

Upon entering this unit, guests are welcomed into an open foyer with views of the entire main floor living space. Floor-to-ceiling windows with stellar views of the surrounding mountains accentuate the wood beam walls. The living room features a large gas fireplace, mounted flat screen TV and surround sound for cuddling up next to the fire after a long day exploring Telluride. Doors from the living room open up to a large deck with seating, a grill and views of the direct ski access.
The living room is open to the kitchen, which has a large island and seating for three at the breakfast bar. A built-in fridge and Viking appliances really bring cooking in this kitchen to the next level. The adjacent dining room seats up to six and has views from a picturesque window. A powder room and private garage finish off this floor.
Up the open staircase is a loft and office area and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has beautiful vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a flat screen TV, sitting area and a large closet. The bathroom is equally as extravagant. It features a standalone soaking tub, walk-in shower with a rain shower head, double vanity and a separate water closet.
The second bedroom is also spacious with a king bed, flat screen TV, views, and an en suite bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a single vanity.
Upon descending to the lower level of this home, guests will find a second living space with a TV, comfortable couch, board games and a door leading to the ski run. A large full-size laundry room is also accessible from here.
Two bedrooms are also located on this level and have direct access to a large patio with a hot tub. The third bedroom has a king bed, built-ins, a flat-screen TV and views of the mountains and hot tub. There is an en suite powder room, as well as a separate bathroom for a standalone shower and vanity. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room, with spacious sleeping quarters both on top and bottom, a flat-screen TV and access to the patio. There are two en suite bathroom spaces; the first has a double vanity and claw foot tub/shower combo, while the other is a small powder room.
While there is a funicular that is available to guests of the Villas at Tristant, this home sits directly upon the Lower Village Bypass ski run with access alongside the unit. Free wifi is included with any stay.

Only here for 2 nights, but we all wish it could have been longer. Absolutely terrific property. Easy walk to Market and Gondola, and elsewhere all over the area, right from the front door! Only small negative was my wife felt the master bathroom lighting was a little dark. Fantastic kitchen which we used with groceries from the Market (first rate selection, BTW). We would stay here again in a heartbeat of back in Telluride.

This is an ideal location, as we were able to ski in and ski out with ease. There is also a nice walking trail that you can easily access; turning one way takes you straight to the market and turning the other way takes you straight to the village core. Plus, we brough our dog along, and there is a wide groomed trail up through the trees that he loved running every day. The home itself was exactly as advertised, had plenty of space, and was very clean and well stocked. We'll definitely be back!

My family (husband + 3 Adult children and their friends/8 total) spent the week in Telluride. Location is great! Easy to walk to gondola and close to everything. We had a few minor maintenance issues which were all solved quickly via text to management. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and loved it! It was my husband and I, my parents, and my father-in-law. It's the perfect spot and the house was really nice! Our dogs loved it too!

This was a great property. It was exactly as advertised. True ski in ski out with access to the village bypass run. Being the end unit is very nice. We had a small issue with noise from the next-door neighbors and they were very responsive to helping us get the other party to quiet down which they did. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful property with all of the amenities we needed. We took our teens and some of their friends. Property is located on an end unit and close to Mountain Village and hiking trails. Very fun property, comfortable beds and amazing location!

Spectacular home in Mountain Village
We absolutely loved this home in Mountain Village. It fit two families very comfortably with room for more. Stunning views, bike trails out the back and moments from either gondola. It was so nice not to have to get in the car to experience everything Mountain Village and Telluride have to offer. The home itself is well cared for, beautiful log home, with everything you should need from grill to hot tub. As a family with young kids we appreciated the second family room on the first floor. We would definitely love to come back in ski season!

Couldn’t Have been a better place!
Managing Company was quick on all responses. Easy in and easy out process. It was a ladies get away (4 couples) and this place fit all of us .... no one had a bad room! All 4 bedrooms had their own bathroom! Views are awesome! Close to everything! We can’t wait to return.

Great location and great views. A short 6-minute walk down to the gondola and amenities. About 8-minutes to walk back up. This home is well-apportioned with everything you'll need. This is a quiet location with views of does, fawns and a couple of foxes. This is really a great location. Bedrooms were exactly as advertised and the deck perfect for morning coffee and/or an evening drink gazing at the San Juans. The Guest Experience manager, Miss Katie, was very responsive and attentive to any questions. Thank you

Great for families
Great stay! Condo is beautiful and the view is amazing. Perfect location to hiking, mountain village gondolas, and town of telluride. Also close to free public Tesla charging. Our whole family had a wonderful time.

Pricey but worth it!
Location was outstanding. Literally walk out the front door or garage, grab your gear, walk 20 feet to the end of the driveway, throw on your skis and ski down the hill to the slopes. Access to the slopes from the lower level bedrooms as well. Easy access in/out from the Double Cabin (double-green) run.
Beautiful place and part of a beautiful condo complex. Outstanding master suite and two of the three other bedrooms were great - ensuite baths, king beds, nicely appointed with interesting vaulted ceilings, etc. Very nice kitchen area with high end Viking appliances. Pictures don't do the main floor justice - more roomy than expected.
We traveled as a couple of 5 high school / college aged kids in tow. Place worked out perfectly for our group - and would also work really well for 3 couples traveling together. 4th bedroom is good for kids and still nicely done. Can't say enough about the place overall.
We did have a couple of things that didn't go so well - but not enough to not rate this place with 5 stars. Cable TV did not work while we were there, time for a new Keurig coffee machine, owners have a cat and our son is very allergic (but must say the place was clean and this turned out not to be a problem), and master bed could be a little more comfortable... Also, while there is a free shuttle service running around Telluride/Mountain Village - and we rarely had to wait more than about 10 minutes for that service - it's not really walkable to the market. It's only 0.6 miles downhill from the place, but icy conditions, altitude, and a narrow road with traffic made it a little unsafe to walk. We walked it several times both up and downhill so it didn't stop us - and easily could have waited for the shuttle. Once you get to the market - you have access to everything due to the free gondola.
Lastly, while it was a result of 39" of snow in 72 hours, we had a couple of issues. First, snow slid off the roof and on to my vehicle and caused some damage. But, probably should have anticipated that and not parked under the eve. Second, because of icy conditions, we had to install chains to get up the hill out of the condo complex. It is relatively steep and our Texas all-weather tires and 2WD's weren't equipped to tackle the hill without chaining up.
I'm sure this place is great in the summer as well - but be warned that there is no A/C - not sure if you would need it.
Would absolutely stay here again! Paradise...
