This is such a treat! We have stayed a few times in the last couple of years and it's absolute bliss. Nothing is spared and the hosts are so warm and friendly, not forgetting the lovely family dog Charlie! Room is superbly comfortable with generous welcoming tray, bathroom supplies and lovely towels and bedding. Continental breakfast with home made jams and preserves were just lovely
The fact I had to leave! We will be back

Lyndsey and David are very welcoming hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Loved the converted Shepherd Hut into a Barista Coffee Bar. The gardens are beautiful. The apartment we stayed in is lovely with all mod cons.
Breakfast was very tasty and service spot on.

This is truly an outstanding bnb. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and made our stay memorable. Our stay was part of my husband's birthday celebrations and on the morning there was birthday bunting and a little cake with a lit candle! We were very touched by their thoughtfulness. The house and grounds are picture perfect dating from the 1600s and beautifully renovated by the couple. We loved our immaculate room with comfortable bed and great shower over a roll top bath. It felt more like staying in a 5 star hotel! Breakfast is continental but the choice and quality is excellent. We are only sorry we couldn't have stayed more than one night as we loved this
place and hosts so much.

Hood Lane Farm is the most stunning little place. The standards exceed some 5 star hotels I have stayed at. It is truly wonderful.
The hosts are the loveliest people and do everything they can to make you feel welcome.
Absolutely nothing.

The property is stunning in a lovely rural location. The room was beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed.
The hosts were super helpful, I had to leave early to attend a meeting the next morning, host was up early and had prepared a nice continental breakfast for me. I hope stay again in the future.

Beautiful room with comfortable bed, fab bath and great views!
Lindsay, Dave and Charlie were really friendly and accommodating and breakfast was wonderful.
Perfect location for the NEC - only a 20 minute drive but it felt so rural and a great place to recharge for the next day.
Few options for places to eat locally - we had a great meal at the Swan pub.

What can we say about Hood Lane Farm? Perfect, probably just about covers it. Whether it be the arrangements for my husbands special birthday including an amazing brownie birthday tower, to offering suggestions for good eateries nearby, nothing was too much trouble for Lindsay and Dave. Hood Lane Farm is an absolutely amazing find, in a quiet location and yet so close to major locations. The bedroom suite and bathroom are so homely and comfortable and you are short of nothing. And as for Charlie, I guess I'm one of many who wanted to take him home with us. We will most definitely return and maybe give the glamping pod a go next time.

Could not believe the size of the room! Really lovely stay. We chose this B&B for location - we had a wedding to attend - but would recommend it to anybody. The couple who owns it are extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for you, they even offered to pick us up from the wedding should our taxi not turn up! A very lovely breakfast was included also.
Everything was great!

Impossible not to be impressed with this place. Picture perfect location. The grounds are immaculate - every bush and blade of grass clipped to perfection. The accommodation is so beautifully and tastefully done. An old farmhouse but with all modern conveniences. Cosy & warm, thick clean carpets, fresh laundered and pressed linen, immaculately clean (and I mean absolutely spotless everywhere - not a speck of dust to be found). The hosts are warm, friendly & super helpful but leave you to get on with work, reading the paper etc if you want to be left alone. There is a cool local pub for decent grub and a nicely kept pint. The breakfast was fabulous: you choose what you want the night before and you are presented with delicious, fresh food - berries, fruit juice, warm croissants, delicious coffee, chilled yogurts, every cereal you could ask for, marmalade, jams, fresh fruit, fresh bread, hams, cheeses - you name it. Just completely perfect. Book early though! I tried to book again for two weeks time and it's completely booked.
It would just be silly to complain about this place. It is so lovely. I supoose the stairs, low ceilings and shower might not suit the very infirm or disabled. My mum - in her 80s and pretty fit - would find it perfectly OK. So unless you have significant mobility issues you will love it.

Extremely welcoming, great facilities and absolutely immaculate in a totally refurbished 17th century building. Fantastic.
A little tricky to spot the entrance from the road, couple more hints to locate it is all it needs.

We were upgraded to " The Pod", a detached new building away from the main farmhouse, really well made with all the comforts, peaceful, with superb views and easy parking. Soft bed, lovely clean bedding, a shower that got hot straight away (instead of having to wait 5 minutes at other places..!) and a choice of food already waiting in the fridge. In summer, there is a firepit and benches to sit outside, and a covered area at the front of The Pod to eat out, totally private. We missed out on the coffee Hut sadly as we needed to get to the NEC but it looks great
David and Lindsay are a lovely couple, great communications and we will hopefully return and definately recommend to friends

Genuinely one of the nicest B&B’s I’ve ever stayed in - the room is beautiful, luxuriously finished, so comfortable and has everything you needed and more. Lindsay and David were so lovely and kind and really made me feel at home. Couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area!

What a find! The most beautiful building with a lovely couple who made me feel so welcome and so comfortable in their home. My bedroom was lush and the bathroom was palatial! I'd not eaten when I arrived and they rustled me up a delicious pizza 😋 My chums stayed at the overpriced NEC hotels, I stayed here instead and had a pretty drive into the venue and personal service! Breakfast was fab and Charlie the dog was a bonus!
Literally nothing.

WOW. Traveling for last over 20 years, but this for sure Nb. 1 accusation I have ever stayed. From the very first welcome, throughout spotlessly clean and treated properly with beautiful garden. My main topic in head was: To Enjoooy!
Really nothing.
