A great Art deco hotel in a fantastic location

The staff were fantastic and very obliging. When I did have an issue with the air conditioning they tried to rectify it straight away.

Breakfast was good but I think $8 for a cappucino or a latte is very expensive especially as you have to add the tax and then tip. Also there is not enough storage in the bathroom for our amenties or in the bedroom for our clothes.

Good but would only stay again if got a quiet room.

The location was great. Size of the room we had was good. Room was clean.

The room was so loud. We were "upgraded" to a room overlooking Ocean Drive but it was right above the restaurant and didn't quieten down until 1:30am every morning. Would have preferred our original room in the tower.

Considering the room price and its location, staying here is a pretty good choice.

The hotel's location is very great, just across the street from the beach. The staff are nice and the room rates are quite reasonable. I booked a Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, but when I arrived, I was given an Oceanfront King Oasis Suite (1 King bed + 1 sofa bed). I understand that the hotel upgraded my room because the latter seems more expensive, but actually the sofa bed is not as comfortable as a regular bed. There is valet parking, or you can park at a municipal parking lot one block away for $20 per night. Compared to the $50 or $60 parking fees in Miami, this is quite good.

There were stains on the sheets and towels. Additionally, there are dining and bar facilities downstairs, so if your room is on a lower floor, it can be a bit noisy at night.

Location very good, but the rest...

The position of the Hotel was good. That's was unfortunately the only positive thing.

very arrogant staff at the reception. . The room maid in the morning was very loud and closed the doors very loudly. and that the walls are very thin, you could hear it very clearly. The room decor seemed new but was already heavily used, if you look closely.

Great location, easy access to beautiful beach, appealing decor and landscaping.

Room was very comfortable and appeals. The decor was lovely and modern. The lobby was very attractively done in a funky art deco style. The outdoor spaces were very beautiful and relaxing.

1) The TV didn’t work the 2nd night. 2) The gate to the entrance to our room didn’t work. 3) The bike rack with the electric bike didn’t open. 4) if we wanted a refill of decaf coffee at breakfast, we would have to pay for a 2nd cup.

Pool område var egentlig det eneste som levede op til stardarden.

Værelse: Var ikke som bestilt. Skab til vores tøj var mangelfuldt og ikke særlig anvendeligt. Generelt lidt nuset og slidt - TV hængste skævt, låge til minibar hængte skævt og kunne ikke lukkes. Badeværelse: Bruser hang meget lavt og ikke særlig anvendelig. Ingen aflægningsplads til vores toiletsager og håndklædestang hang ikke fast i væggen. Forudbestilt morgenmad: Fungerende slet ikke! Vi blev opkrævet dagligt for bestilling på menukortet og tillagt service charge 20% + Tax.

Je n’y retournerais pas. Le rapport qualité/prix n’est vraiment pas là.

La musique jouer dans la section de la piscine, l’aménagement de la chambre. La courtoisie du personnel. La section de la plage disponible avec les chaises.

Mon expérience à cet hôtel a été teintée de plusieurs aspects décevants. Tout d'abord, la difficulté à localiser l'établissement a posé problème dès mon arrivée. L'enseigne extérieure affiche l'ancien nom de l'hôtel en néon bleu. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude et manque de pression dans la douche. L'absence d'un service de ménage quotidien automatique, nécessitant la pose d'une plaquette sur la poignée de porte, a entraîné une journée sans service de chambre et un problème persistant le lendemain malgré la plaquette en place.

El Hotel pésimo, el servicio de Booking y el Hotel, tramposo, oscuro, una avidez por cobrar.

No ofrecieron desayuno, no cumplieron con la oferta ofrecida al contratar el servicio. Cada pedido implicaba un costo por ejemplo, usar las bicicletas, el valet parking, cualquier servicio que requeríamos como huésped exigía una contraprestación, nunca aclarado en la oferta de booking…cuando reclamamos al lugar, nos respondieron “…Uds. contrataron por Booking, si hubieran contratado de manera directa con el Hotel…”.

No me gustó el trato tramposo….nunca más vamos a contratar por Booking, Uds. deberían ser más claros, nosotros como consumidores tenemos derechos, que Uds. con ofertas de este tipo avasallan, por lo que reitero esta es la última vez que requerimos sus servicios.

Great place with a lot of work to do on service

Great location and amenities, we used both the pool, the fitness center and the beach which were great!

The staff was really unpleasant, especially at check-in, and generally speaking no one made any effort to make us feel welcome or make the stay pleasant. This is supposed to be a high end hotel for the area, and the level of service was below standard.

My hotel room 3304 smelt so horrible when I first open the door. The sink was broke water was everywhere. The shower had no door so the water from the shower was everywhere had to continuously get floor towels. The rooms are so small! Pools were dirty Elevator was dirty and it was only 1 it was so slow

Can’t wait to come back & stay!

The location is amazing! Right on Ocean Dr across from the beach. Bar is right on main floor. The pool area is perfect. There is a bar by pool area as well. The staff was very attentive and polite. Always greeted with a smile. The room was clean and bright. My husband and I am had stayed to celebrate my birthday. I am definitely coming back!

Best rooftop pool and views!

My husband and I stayed the night before going on our cruise. This hotel is beautiful (looks brand new) rooms are spacious and has 2 pools. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and great spot to see the sunset over looking the ocean. Location is walkable to everything. This is our new go to hotel on the beach!

Beautiful hotel in a great location

The property is pretty new and the staff was very accommodating. 2 connecting buildings so we had 2 pools to choose from everyday!

Minor thing was that there was only one elevator and it was quite dated. Sometimes you had to wait for awhile.

I can’t believe this hotel is not rated higher on Booking.com, it deserves to be. I will definitely stay here again.

I was genuinely impressed with The Gabriel! The staff were all SO nice and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located, immaculately clean and the rooms are beautifully decorated. I was upgraded free of charge which was a lovely surprise. I have already recommended this hotel to friends since I stayed.

I was disappointed that the check in wasn’t until 4pm, however, my room was ready before then (at 2pm) and the front desk sent a text message to inform me and my bags were taken up.

Not worthy of the Hilton brand, which is why I chose it.

Staff were friendly.

The Wi-Fi doesn’t work. the phone in the room doesn’t work. I could have lived with both of these things, however the worst thing is from the moment I came into the room there has been continuous construction work it sounds like a pneumatic drill. it is now 9:30pm and it is still going on.

The front desk person could not have been any more annoyed with our presents. he was very late, and he didn’t want to be

that you pay for valet when actually you park yourself on the street as close to the hotel if you can get. The directions for this were extremely confusing. Next we were given a room in the stairwell. When it was clear that there are other open available rooms, do you think the hotel would upgrade you or move you to a different room.
