וילה מרווחת , מצויידת ומעוצבת ברמה מאג גבוהה. בקרבה גדולה לאתרי תיירות ואטרקציות )קאנופי במרחק הליכה קצר, selvatura במרחק 5 דק' נסיעה וכך גם הישוב סנטה אלנה. לא פגשנו את בעלי הנכס, אולם הם הביעו נכונות לסייע לנו בהזמנת כרטיסים לפעילויות. המטבח ופינת האוכל איפשרו לנו להתקין חלק מהארוחות במקום.

בדומה להרבה מקומות אחרים בקוסטה-ריקה, הדרך המובילה לנכס אינה סלולה, ואף מאתגרת לנהיגה , בעיקר בשעות החשיכה.

Ruim huis met twee badkamers en lekkere bedden

Enorm huis, dus veel ruimte. Twee volledige badkamers, lekkere bedden. Koffie, zout, peper en olie aanwezig en een flesje bubbels om ons welkom te heten. Goede instructies en tips van de eigenaar.

Geen ventilatie mogelijkheid of afzuiging in de keuken. Beetje sfeerloos, kil huis.

A lux accommodation in Monteverde!

Gorgeous home in the Monteverde area! Well appointed and exceptionally clean. The decks afforded amazing views of the country side. Easy access to town and the clouds forests. Very comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms with AMAZING showers and hot water!

Great location and value! Beautiful house.

Great location, spacious, new/modern home, great view. Nice touch to provide coffee and a welcome bottle of Prosecco.

It had a strange lingering smell. I can tell it was being masked by all the air freshener that was sprayed before we got there. My daughter kept saying she smelled “wet dog”. Not sure if caretaker stays there with a dog? Other than that, it was a great place!

it is a beautiful house with amazing views. The owners were very nice and helpful.

Make sure to arrive in the daytime. It would be difficult to find at night.

Modern Villa In The Middle Of Jungle

Modern and new villa with everything you need. we were nicely surprised with a bottle of sparkling wine. beautiful nature around and 100% Aventura zip lines are 200 meters from the house. Top to bottom windows everywhere that allows you to enjoy the nature without leaving the house.

it’s a gravel road to the house so be careful when driving.

It is so amazing at this price — super beautiful and minimalistic design and architecture, also we liked the location. Everything for your comfort to have rest after a long day of outdoor activities. Highly recommend. The host was very nice and polite and gave us champagne as a welcome drink.

This is a beautiful, newly constructed house with high-quality wood finishes throughout. All rooms are spacious and I particularly enjoyed the main bathroom window and its view of the large tree in front of the house. Maria, the host, was extremely helpful from the moment we made the reservation. She provided clear instructions for accessing the house and the process was easy to follow. She also sent the location via Waze, and the picture of the house gate made it simple to find the entrance. We had no issues during our stay. The complimentary wine was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. The house is located about 4km from Santa Elena town, and while most of the road is dirt, it is only a 10-minute drive if taken at a leisurely pace. Overall, a great experience.

brand new and modern house. has 2 bedrooms with private bathroom each and a sofa bed in the living room. can be great for famelies.

it's couple of minutes drive from the town center and restaurants but the roads to the house are in terrible shape. the water in the bathrooms was not hot. we didn't contact anyone about it so we don't know if it was a problem that could be fixed.

Nice villa in beautiful surroundings

Beautiful and very spacious villa with everything you need. Less than 10 min drive to the village. Maria the manager/owner was very friendly and helpful.

The roads in the area are in bad condition, 4x4 car is recommended.

Very beautiful and modern home that was very clean. Great amenities. Maria was available of needed and very sweet. Location was great- close enough to everything yet still very quiet.

Shower heads were great, but seemed a bit too high flow for the hot water to keep up so showers were not terribly warm. Sink water was hot, though. Although Maria offered more towels if we sought her out and asked, more in the home would've been nice, especially since nothing dries well in such a humid environment. A few more decorations in the home might help with echoing.

Beautiful new home in a good location. Well appointed. Wonderful host.

The house is very modern and recently constructed. Well appointed kitchen, great water pressure in the shower, and the host was a pleasure to work with, making many helpful recommendations about the area.

No issues, except you should try to arrive during the day on your first arrival. The road can be a bit bumpy.

Great new villa in Monteverde.

The villa appeared to be brand new. High ceilings made for a spacious experience. The hosts worked hard to make our stay great, and they volunteered information about places to see and restaurants to choose. One of the windows leaked water into the kitchen during the heavy rains, and the host fixed this w quickly.

The massive villa still needs some effort to make it feel like a home - the bare walls and carpetless stone floors are a bit too impersonal for me. The driveway, a gravel surface with a 30 degree incline, is a challenge if you drive a standard car - but then again, your probably haven't made it this far on the local roads if your car is not quite sturdy.

Maria is the best host we can except. Kind, helpfull, reactive, etc Brand new house, with high confort level A lot of space Good ratio price / quality

House / water temperature a little bit cold The house is not into the village. I very appreciate to walk (~30 / 40 min) every day to monteverde, but for some people, it could be a little bit far without a car.
