Lovely little flat, had everything I needed for my stay. I was alone, but it was spacious enough for two.
It was cold. The host was very helpful and told me how to turn the temp up, but the radiators didn’t get very hot and it would be so much better if it had a working fire
4.1
Good location, great price.
Parking is on-street parking, so can be challenging finding a spot, depending on the time of day.
4.1
The location was perfect for us. It was easy to access with coded entry panel.
The apartment, particularly the kitchen area was not clean at all. The welcome pack stated that there was a complimentary bottle of milk in the fridge, however, all we found in the fridge was dirt from previous visitors. The kitchen worktop even had crumbs from the toaster which hadn't been cleaned up before we arrived. The spec for the aprarment also stated that there was a sofa-bed, however, there was not. the only alternative bed was a camp bed, which had definitely seen better days!

The flat had everything you needed. It was conveniently located
Parking was difficult

digital doorlock
I did not like that a motion-sensing light would turn on when I rolled over in bed. Also when entering the bathroom at night a very bright light would switch on and I could not over-ride this. I asked the host if he could alter it but - despite being an electrical engineer as a profession - he could not vary this.. This matters to me because the bright light makes it harder to get back to sleep

Lovely place so close to city centre

Great cosy little place

Lovely welcoming flat, very helpful hosts nothing was too much trouble, have stayed before and will stay again. Great Location for visiting Plymouth.
4.1
Lovely compact studio which was nice and ckean. Nice little kitchen and even a washing machine.
Location was great for events at the football stadium.
4.1
Very nice flat, clean and comfortable. Everything what you need was in.
Nothing, everything was perfect.
4.1
Clean, quiet, spacious, perfect for a self-catering stay in Plymouth
The flat was cold - central heating had been turned off (but in May the weather can be cool as was the case when I stayed), with no possibility eg an electric radiator, to get heat.
The flat is several miles from Plymouth centre - there was no information in the flat as to public transport (bus) routes or taxi firms.

Good location
On street parking was very difficult at times, also having to walk through a bedroom to get to a bathroom was not ideal however if only 1 person or a couple this wouldn't be an issue

Amazing value for money! Many small and easily overlooked things present in the suite show real care for the quality of the stay!

Stayed in the property a year ago so knew what to expect. Everything you need for a couple fo nights.
Parking in the area is an issue but having stayed before we knew to expect it this time. No control over the heating

The owners were on sight to help when key code didnt want to work for us,p they lady i spoke to was very kind to provid travel infomation to me when i asked.
The kitchen area was lovely, looked new and well equipped but we didnt get the full benifit of using it due to leaving earlier than planned and being out some of the time.table and chairs were nice for dinning, although saying 2 separate beds could be suplied i didnt think it would be the garden put u up type.!
Up the hill has coop or out flat turn left 1st right down hill is a local shop both are good
Camp beds only good enough for children 3 to 9 years of age there are better camp beds on the market you could provide to accomodate teenagers up to 14,
sofa bed was broken bottom end legs were bent and mattress dirty and uncomfortable for use by adult (adult tried sleeping on mattress and both single mattresses on the lounge floor which Is NOT what we paid for!! Still not comfortable. ,also NOT COMFORTABLE for use as a sofa to watch tv RECOMEND RENEW ASAP.(while sirting out this issue we found papers and bits behind the sofa Double bed goes up against a wall so if needed to get out of bed in the night other person is disturbed ,also both rooms are fitted with sensor lights for night so when moving in bed in either room irritatingly a yellow light circles several times then fades ALSO the bathroom is located in bed room and extractor fan and light come on as bathroom is entered which again at night awakes other sleepers, fan humms for next 5 minutes or so a pull cord to decide these function would be appriciated .mirror in bathroom is off centre to comfortably use.and lastly parking is on road which we found unacommodating after 4pm road is full so parking was half mile away! Or in another road ,roads around are very hilly!! We were told this but we had a looong walk back with cases!]Tv areal not sutable as picture fuzzes when someone walks infront of it or microwave is in use.??
Was not a comfortable stay at all for 3/4 adults would stronly not advise it for 3/4adults .After one night one adult paid £80+ to go home on the train and 4th adult (when they joined us )didnt want to stay the 3rd night as the beds were not comfortable so we lost money as we left night early.
This unit i'd only recommend for one adult(or 2 young adults) with 2 young children however children would be left with access to kitchen area and exit doors.
Sadly no hairdryer!!! Wish id known i would have put mine in. Complimentry hair conditioner would also be a nice .idea.

The flat had full cooking facilities and was spacious. The shower was lovely and the whole flat was clean and well decorated.
There is a coded entry which is very secure and saves carrying keys, or cards around.
The TV signal could be weak at times. A small issue as the rest of the stay was perfect.

As it was a one bedroom apartment no breakfast was provided, nor any any meals, however there was a small local supermarket fairly close by, for basic foods to buy of which was very helpful, the general apartment was good, if you was a very young couple or a single person needing somewhere to stop for one night on route to somewhere else, it had almost everything you would want for a one night stopover (but no more than one night) but its needed alot of improvement and is not worth the cost being asked for per night
The parking outside the address is very poor, in our case we had to park a very long distance from the apartment, (something to think about if you wanted to stay overnight), as it's all residential parking so no outside parking, the entrance to the flat is up some very steep stairs, of which if you had a walking disability (as I do) not very easy to access, the flat is accessed by a door entrance code, which didn't always work first time, however the owner is on hand, to help and was very friendly, once inside, the atmosphere was very dated, and very basic, the settee was very old and collapsed in the middle making it very difficult to sit on comfortably the television had an indoor aerial of which every time you walked past, you lost the signal, and since the aerial was also very close to the microwave oven (in the kitchen section) if you used the microwave again the television signal was completely lost, in the bedroom section was a double bed of which was pushed against a side wall, so if your partner wanted to get into or out they need to climb over to reach the other side and one person would be facing a wall all night (as we had too) the bathroom section was fine, however there is no bath, and the mirror over the bathroom sink is off set making it very hard to use, for shaving, the light was connected to the extraction system and was very noisy, the flat has got two movement sensors in the celling, one of which is almost directly above the main bed, therefore any sight movement a light comes on, and wakes you up if like me your a light sleeper, the view from the only rear window was of a cement mixer and the rear of a neighbouring garage (so not the best of viewing), the flat did have a good range of general equipment to use, however it had an iron but no ironing board, also no hairdryer we asked for extra bedding of which was provided but not suitable for adults, my only other concern was we had NO hot water from any taps during our...

Everything it was lovely
Nothing not to like oh except parking. But that's not really there issue :)

This suite is lovely, very clean and cosy (salon, bedroom and ventilated bathroom), fitted with the newest electrical equipment and a TV. There's a kitchenette with all that is needed (plates, cups, kettle, electrical burners etc...) so you can prepare your own food or your own coffee.
The smoke detector in the bedroom produces some gentle light when it detects movement, so you're not in total darkness when you fumble to find the switch of the bed table's lamp in the middle of the night.
We have a lot of privacy as well.
It's not too far away from the city centre (15-20 mins), so you can leave your car in the street and walk to the city centre (driving in Plymouth can be quite challenging if you're not used to it).
If you come by car, parking in the street is free of charge (good news, it's not the case everywhere in Plymouth), but there are a lot of cars and it's best to arrive soon enough (say, before 6 o'clock) so you can be sure to find a parking space not too far from the house.

Location, kitchen area,
On street parking (it says off road on booking.com) fire alarm in middle of night, scaffolding all over the building. Public areas were still being built as it is work in progress to convert the house to apartments..

Well everything was absolutely beautiful the bed was the best and comfiest sleep I've ever had. Really need that mattress haha.
Nothing was wrong all amazing
4.1
There was no breakfast included as it was a self-service self catering apartment which was up to standard and quite good and the instructions given by the owner were clear cut
Nothing as everything was spot on and I have no reason to complain. Well done to the host. Keep up the good work. I wish I had an opportunity to rent it for 3 months

Location was good and the kitchen facilities were modern and clean.
Wasn’t aware it was street parking and sometimes ended parking a fair way from the accommodation.
The rooms smelt musty especially the bathroom and my clothes ended up smelling too.
4.1
Really nice flat with plenty of room.
Good facilities with Wifi, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge-freezer, Hob, Microwave.
Nice powerful shower.
Close to the city centre.
Recommended for a base to explore Plymouth from!
Street Parking is not ideal but a small inconvenience when compared to the other features.
