Julian was a fabulous host who made our stay memorable. The place was amazing for our family of 6 for a wedding. Plenty of space to hang out, bedrooms were great, place was spotless, a 30 sec walk to the tube. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a great experience. Location is awesome- steps away from tube, lots of restaurants and a grocery store across the street. Young, fun city neighborhood so lots of action and a little noisy, but that didn’t bother us. The rooftop is gorgeous. Common space ia large and great for hanging out. A few things to be aware of:
Listing said sleeps 10. There’s NO way you could fit 10. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. It was a tight squeeze for sleeping. The two upstairs bedrooms each have a full bed and a fold-up cot, but there is not enough floor space to actually set up the cot in the bedroom, so we carried one down the spiral staircase and set it up in the main living room for my daughter to sleep in. Barely space for an open carryon suitcase on the floor in each bedroom. The third bedroom is bunk beds and I can’t imagine three adults being in there. So… comfortably, 6 adults max. Or, four adults and 3-4 small kids, max. Also listing said three full baths, but it’s only 2.5. Bathrooms were nice/modern. Lots of stairs, which was fine for us. Lastly, no AC and it was a warm week. No windows in one of the upstairs bedrooms so we were very hot at night. Main area had a window ac unit so it was comfortable. The location and cool space made it worthwhile, but we felt misled by the sleeping arrangements and would not have paid as much as we did had we known.

Unique London Loft, Great Location
Great location and lots of common space for large groups!

No air conditioning
I wouldn’t return based on the number of stairs and no air conditioning. The stairs were disclosed in the listing but it sure was a lot. Having no air conditioning and it was a heat wave was miserable and none of us were able to sleep as a result of being so miserably hot. Also parking a car in this area is a big problem as parking is super limited. For the price we paid I honestly wish we had gone to a nice hotel. Hard to travel as far as we did and then not be comfortable and miss out on sleep. :-(

Brilliant in every way!
Celebrating a big birthday for a family friend and wanted somewhere outstanding as a London base - the apartment couldn't have filled the requirements any better with good links via Old St tube, space to lounge between theatre, food, drinks and yet more food.
Fabulous time was had by all - the only regret was that we had to hand the keys back...!

Excellent space and location
In my experience, good ‘bang for buck’. Booking process simple and decent comms from owner. Apartment is brilliantly positioned and a perfect space for a family or friends with large open plan living and kitchen area. Decor is thoughtful and quirky. Bathrooms clean. Beds very comfortable (I have a particularly fussy lower back). Location ideal for public transport or walking. Roof terrace an added bonus (bit too chilly to enjoy it :( )
