Great deal and experience! Baywatch unit E3 has a Gorgeous view of the Bay! Private balcony with high top table and chairs to enjoy your coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening. Sleeps 6 comfortably! Great kitchen to have cook outs or have fun playing family games on the kitchen island. Kitchen has been updated with new microwave and stove and oven combo. Our cozy living room has a 50 inch smart TV with a comfortable sofa sleeper. Master bedroom has a king size bed with an updated shower and second bedroom has a full bed with a full bath. Unit has been recently freshly painted and added new bedding and furniture pieces. This condo is Steps away from putting your toes in the sand or taking a swim in the Bay. There are daily rentals for kayaking or paddle boards. This unit has 2 bouys to tie up your boat or jet skis. Baywatch has a beautiful pool, long pier to fish, and a fire pit to enjoy at sunset! 5 minute Walk to the white sandy beach on the Gulf side. Close walk to Peg Leg Pete’s very close drive to Board walk and other water front restaurants, shops , spas, dolphin cruise, museums, and kid friendly adventure parks.

We loved it and didn't want to leave! After leaving the place, our boys kept saying they wanted to go "home" later that day. Very clean, modern, bright, comfy king size bed in the master room, and a perfect place to stay with many amenities - including chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards in the outdoor closet. Many memories made as a family during this stay!

The condo was great! Very clean and stocked well. We enjoyed the view of the bay along with the short walk to the beach. Lana was easy to reach and always responded quickly! My daughter got married on the beach and it was absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be back to visit.

Super clean, beautiful space, nice little porch overlooking the bay, nice long pier for fishing or just watching the sunset, well maintained property, extremely comfortable beds, huge master shower, 3 minute drive to the main beach or Boardwalk where there are live bands and shops, 5 minute walk to the gulf across the street from the condo, 5 minutes walk to a great restaurant (Peg Leg Pete's), just far enough away from the main area to be peaceful. The host was great and so thoughtful. We even had a couple of kayaks available to use. I have nothing bad to say and can't say enough good things about our stay . Thank you, Lana, for everything!

We stayed recently for the Blue Angels, and this is the perfect location for that. It's not a bad walk to the center pier if you want to be in the center of the show, or you can just walk about half way, which is still a great vantage point. The unit has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it has a great view of the bay from the patio. The unit was very clean and the owner was very responsive if we needed anything or had any questions. If we go back to Pensacola for the Blue Angels, we will definitely stay here again.

The entire experience was incredible. Lana was a great host. She was very accommodating, responsive, and even checked on us during our stay. The condo is perfect. It has everything you need for a great family experience. It’s right on the water and there are tons of water activities available onsite for everyone. There is a pier right outside the back of the condo that had the most breathtaking sunset. Our family will be returning. We highly recommend to anyone looking to take the perfect family getaway.

Whether you love the beach or hate it, this property is PERFECT. The view of the bay is amazing and the walk or drive to the Gulf is short and easy! We have stayed at 3 different condos on the island and this one is easily my favorite. We will be back here for sure!

Overall the condo was very clean and updated with a wonderful view and access to the bay. However, I wish it had an elevator as we had to drag our luggage up and down the stairs. No elevator means the condo is inaccessible to anyone in a wheelchair or who is elderly. Also to get to the beach side you have to walk about a 1/4 a mile down the road in either direction before you can get to the beach. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work so I had to go buy a bag of ice.

It was exactly as the pictures and description. The host was very responsive to any questions and very accommodating. Being able to use their beach chairs, umbrellas and swim toys a huge bonus!!! Absolutely loved the location!!! There is even a trolley that runs late afternoon into the evening. Highly recommend and hope we can stay here again!!!

We had an amazing time! The condo overlooks the water and you can hear the waves from the bay. The sunset views are beautiful. We had coffee breakfast and dinner on the balcony. Very peaceful. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable, and felt right at home. We definitely plan to stay again in the future!

The location is great, we've stayed in the condo building before. But first time in this unit. The pull out bed was broke so all 3 of our kids had to sleep in one room, they weren't to happy about that. The unit could use some updates but over all it was good. Can't beat the location though.

The condo was beautifully decorated. Amazing view of the bay from the deck and master bedroom! Love that this condo is on the 1st floor. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and kids loved the boogie boards that were provided. We will definitely be renting this property again! Property manager was very nice! 1st time using VRBO, we will be using it again!

This condo was just as the pictures showed - it was easy to access and had covered parking, was right on the very calm bay and right across the street from a couple of public beach accesses, and had very comfortable beds. We felt right at home and absolutely loved our stay. We would definitely book this property again!

Would have given this property 5 stars, however it is advertised to sleep 6 guests but the sofa bed is busted and will not open so we only had 2 beds for 5 adults. Rather uncomfortable. If you are staying here any time soon make sure you have an air mattress with you. Other than that, this is a cute little condo in a perfect area, beach is right across the street and very close to town. The condo did have everything we needed, towels, beach toys, etc. Just wish we would have known about the bed situation ahead of time!

Condo was so quiet and relaxing with the water lapping on the bay just outside our windows. Everything we needed was included and we felt completely safe. Centrally located on the island with public ocean access across the road. We’d happily stay again...thanks for the memories! ❤️
