Very nice, clean, family home

This is a lovely family home, the bedroom is a good size, the bathroom is private, but external, but still right next to the room, it's also very good size, both extremely clean. There is a large kitchen downstairs, where you was allowed, to use the fridge, and microwave if you wanted to. You will find it very hard, to find a lady as polite, friendly, funny and hospitable as Michelle in this entire country, her family was all very nice people. Nice new build house, very quiet, Aldi & chip shop about 1 mile along the same road. Nice area and streets, town has a lot of shops and bus connections going many places.

Just simple things, no curtain on the tiny window, but the main one did have, i used a tiny towel to block the little overnight. No locks on door, which could worry people, if they have valuables, but after meeting the family, and chatting, they are highly trustworthy, honest, and very kind, wonderful people, so everything is safe and fine. Very low mobile signal on Three/Smarty in the entire area, extreme low data, and near non existent phone calls. These 2 "networks" are really poor everywhere between Nuneaton, through to Leicester and Loughborough as well. Try using a different network. Thank you for the stay, very nice to have met nice people on my travels.

Honest review

Host was very nice, clean room and toilet, good value for money.

Bed was a bit on the springy side, pillows were very soft and flat, also quite loud until about 10.30pm so was a bit difficult to sleep, also would have liked a lock on the bedroom door as being alone I felt a little uneasy that anyone could come into the room as I was asleep.

There is a shared kitchen where you could prepare your breakfast. A kettle along with tea bags, coffee and milk is provided in the room which was very convenient to make a bed coffee in the morning

Good value for money, safe and quiet location

Quiet area, bright, comfortable and clean room, hosts attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay again

Excellent, spot-less, comfortable, quiet location, peaceful and enjoyable.

Parking and location excellent. Affable, friendly hosts, pleasant, roomy bedroom with various creature comforts. Clean and very presentable, Double bed very comfortable too. Beautifully furnished with lovely taste. Bathroom spot-less with again useful items to use as you would have in your own home. If only every private residence was like this who open or share their homes to strangers. Well done Michelle. THANK YOU.

Passing traffic noise can't be helped. The location is good, if windows are open, the noise can be heard but not otherwise.

Nice comfy room. Could maybe put a small jug if milk in there to go with the tea etc. Other than that. Host were lovely. Especially to two delightful little girls.

I can't really fault it.

Lovely cosy warm room, but I wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

Exceptionally clean, warm welcome from host, very cosy room.

Hard to find, Very loud in morning which woke me up, main road is extremely loud, no tv in bedroom, no area to relax other than room which is not fun when there is no tv. signal in area isn’t great either which I couldn’t continue my stay as I was there on work purposes which required sufficient internet/WiFi.

The home owner was very welcoming, even though I literally just needed somewhere to sleep and shower ad I was up there to work, she was very welcoming and lovely to be around. One of the best sleeps I've had over the three nights very soft bed even though I don't usually like soft bed but it was needed. Lovely family thank you.

Nothing was accommodated with what I required.

A Superb Find.

Michelle is really friendly with her guests and very welcoming, even offering use of her kitchen if needed. Everywhere is very clean and comfortable. This is a family home, yet it runs like clockwork and there is no disturbance to guests. She is always on hand to support her guests, yet leaves you to enjoy a relaxing time. She has got the balance right. Don't hesitate to stay here. You will enjoy your stay.

There was nothing to dislike about my stay as such. The only thing I missed was the Internet. However, this being a family home I can understand the complications of making it available to guests.

There could have been a Tv in room , just to give the homeowners there own space and privacy to tenant but also nice to relax without it. It’s not a dislike …. just a small recommendation 👍 . Room was great

Nice stay and convenient location for us - am sure we'll be back

Michelle and family were really welcoming. The room and bathroom were really clean and the coffee machine was a nice touch for the morning.

Small thing, but would have been nice to have a lock on the bedroom door.
