The first thing we noticed when we got in was how nice and clean it smelled. There were wonderful extra thoughtful touches that made the time very special. The cottage was well stocked, very clean, and had fresh flowers throughout. We only stayed one evening but if we ever get the chance we will be back for a longer stay.

We have stayed in a few vrbo's and I have to say by far this is the best one we have ever stayed in.Theona has to be one of the nicest people I think I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She has thought of everything her attention to detail is amazing the house was wonderful.

This was one of the most detailed places I've ever stayed. No detail was ignored. Everything was excellent. Even my wife was highly impressed, and that's not easy to do. Theona was very helpful and super prompt in replying I will be back!

We loved our stay in Edenton. It is a beautiful small town and this cottage was perfect for our visit. Communication with our host was easy and the cottage met our needs in every way. It was a pleasant and peaceful setting. I wouldn’t have definitely rent this cottage again.

Repeat lodger. I spend a week now and then in Edenton working for the local hospital and have stayed in this property in the past. Wonderful place to stay for the week and will be back in a few short weeks!

We had a family event in Edenton and this was the perfect place to stay. We had a bit of a getaway during our getaway. This home is lovely, quaint and modern all at once. The bedding was like sleeping in a cloud. We enjoyed the home very much. Highly recommend

The property owners were very good to us and went out of their way to make sure everything was a smooth stay. I had a bassboat and the neighbors allowed me to keep my boat on their property if needed. A very nice house to stay in and awesome owners, highly recommend if you are looking a place in Edenton, NC

This was a perfect “home” for us during our visit to Edenton. The cottage is beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly have asked for. Theona was a great host and responded promptly to any questions we had and made great suggestions for things to see and do. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what was needed for 2 people needing 2 rooms. Clean, comfortable, nicely updated smaller cottage in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Edenton. Owner provided some nice amenities. Would stay there again when having to come back in town, thanks.

As soon as we opened the door, we were all in Awe...It was the cutest little house decorated perfectly. All the amenities were perfect, and it made you feel that you were right at home. This is a 5 star place to stay while you are in Edenton, NC. You can't beat it. The owners are professional and kind. We absolutely loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay in Edenton. Theona's cottage is immaculate and so cozy. The town is fully walkable. We did dinner downtown and then walked to a collegiate league baseball game. What a wonderful, historical town! My son left an item after we checked out and Theona was immensely helpful in getting us back to the property to retrieve the item. Love this town - love this cottage!

This quaint cottage was fabulous. It was decorated exquisitely. The screened in porch was fabulous - we sat out there in the morning, afternoon and evening. The location was perfect to walk to shops, restaurants, and Vinyl Night. The host is very responsive. All the amenities you could want. Loved charming Edenton.

What an amazingly cozy home! From the moment you walk in, the house is inviting with beautiful details throughout. The rooms are well appointed and decorated immaculately. Beyond the gorgeous esthetics…the home feels so warm and lived in! My family loved staying here, from enjoying the best weather on the screened in porch to having the best time cooking in the kitchen. Don’t walk…RUN to stay at this home. You will not regret it!
