The location to the wharf and center of town was good
Everything. The room was deficient in towels, bars for hanging clothes and towels in the bathroom. No ice machine. No small coffee maker. The rooms next to us were rented out to workers who partied outside and inside up to 2 in the morning.

Convenient location to our destination. Hotel staff that checked us in was very friendly and even told some town history. Room was clean, I liked that it was not carpeted.
Only issues was the TV did not work and I found an inscent stick in the bed.

The family that runs this property was very accommodating and pleasant.
The location at first seemed very sketchy but I did not have any unpleasant experiences. Everyone we’ve encountered was nice.
The rooms are outdated but kept clean.

I liked the location. I was in Edenton for a United Women in Faith Spiritual Enrichment Event, and Coach Inn was just a two minute drive away from the church. I live a 3 hours drive away, so was looking for a place to sleep, and I needed a little refrigerator, and a microwave, and a tv: all three were there and working. I needed a table, and there was a table next to the refrigerator. I wasn't there for touring or sightseeing, although apparently there is much to see and do in the area. I liked how spacious the room was. And it was in a quiet neighborhood... at least it was quiet during my stay. There were fast food restaurants nearby, so I was able to grab a breakfast before I went to the scheduled event. The price was great at $69 for two queen beds. The room was clean, the linens were clean, everything looked clean. That's what I wanted.
The lighting in the bathroom and the vanity/sink area was yellow ... but for me that was not a big problem. WiFi was available, but I was unable to connect with it while I was there. I tried several times. I called the manager and he told me it was available, I had the code, but still could not connect. I was there only a short stay, so it wasn't a problem for me. TV reception was poor. Not many channels, but I didn't have to watch it. I had books to read with me. The room looked old, and it looked like some repairs had been made, but I was there for only one night, and it was clean. I was satisfied with that.

No lock on the door, no hair dryer, broken faucet on the sink, peeling bathtub, general disrepair. TV picture fuzzy, half the channels had no volume. cockroach in the drawer of the bedside table. just an awful place.

The location and the staff were nice. The motel style is cute. The price was good.
The room was dirty, the bathroom was in an old, bad condition, the mattress was absolutely uncomfortable, causing headaches, back, neck pain.
3.2
Reasonable prices. Friendly staff
It's not in a good area and I felt afraid staying there. The room was old and there were stains on the furniture

Location was perfect for history tourists.
Noise factor.

The location is perfect for getting to destinations in and around the Inner Banks. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The management is very attentive and personable. The value of what you get is a good choice given the other options available in Edenton. If you are expecting modern and upscale - this is not the place for you. If you want a clean, comfortable place to stay then the Coach House Inn will meet your expectations.
Depending upon the room you get - some fixtures are better than others.

We did not have breakfast, not sure any was available.
It’s a work in progress. We did request a sheet to cover the dinghy chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable and safe.

Friendly front desk. printed out some tickets for us which was nice.
Older motel which has been painted. New flooring. Beds were comfortable. New shower head. Not a lot of attention to detail in remodeling…

The owner of hotel was very nice, we had accidently booked a smoking room he offered to change it we were fine with out room. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk into the little town. Last minute reservation on a holidat weekend under 100 for sure worth it when travelling and needing that one extra day before returning home. My daughter left her lap top there hotel so nice to call us and let us know they packaged it up we paid for UPS pick up
LOL needed a pool and a hot tub every hotel needs that

Friendly staff, close to amenities and historic town, excellent value for money
The fridges need upgrading, as they make a ticking noise. The friendly staff member changed one for us, but it still made a ticking noise throughout the night. Would have liked an ice machine too.
