Nice hotel, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked GT

Very clean, comfortable bed

I prefer bar soap in the shower. I guess everyone likes liquid soap but me.

Stay was excellent, method of booking was not acceptable.

Booking . com had guaranteed our reservations. Upon our arrival, there were no reservations in our name. Luckily, there were 2 rooms available. I DO NOT recommend Booking. com. !!

Bad

Nothing at all

The room 325 ac unit didn't work it was so hott in the room. The staff brought 3 fans. Very disappointing an the room was $300.00

Very disappointed. I didn’t even get my honors points. I

Breakfast was good but they were out of milk only had skim milk. Breakfast staff not a happy person. Coffee was better than most Hamptons as they brewed it stronger but coffee beans itself could be improved

Our room had air cooling but not air conditioning. It was wet. The carpet was wet our cloths that hung in the closet were wet. Our bed was wet. We had a cricket in our room that chirped all night . I later saw it hopping around. We ask for housekeeping for each day. Out of the three days we spent there housekeeping did not come to dump garbage or leave fresh towels until the third afternoons. They didn’t even make the bed they just left some new towels and emptied some of the garbage pails.

Everything was good and comfortable. We likely are going to come back to explore more in the area.

We spent a very pleasant 4th of July week at the hotel. The property was easily accessible and in a central location to pretty much everything we wanted to see in the extended area - recreational or historical. Breakfast and coffee was always well stocked from 6-10 thanks to Ruby in the kitchen. Anything that ran out you just needed to say and she already had the refill lined up.

I know they were swamped with 4th of July visitors and we did not get the every other day complementary cleaning check in we requested, It is probably different when there are less ppl in town.

Great location and good breakfast

Breakfast had plenty to offer, and location was exceptional to dining options and attractions in town. My wife enjoyed the added touch of popcorn and cookies available each night when we returned from dinner.

Pool wasn't open even though it was warm enough to swim. Nighttime coffee was available but not very hot.

Good

-It's in a quiet area 6 min from town. -Rooms were quiet (I was on 3rd.floor away from elevators ) -Bed was fine (not awesome but not terrible) -comfortable feather pillow -clean --late night check in desk gal friendly --reasonable priced drinks offered in lobby (water, juice, Gatorade) -breakfast was average for a chain hotel --AC worked well --ice machine was easy to access --got a cookie at check in 😆 -Doors don't slam shut on their own waking up the whole floor -Plenty of outlets and USB plugs above night table!! 🥳🥳

--They lock all the doors at 11pm which is a problem for a huge group coming in at late hours --Rooms near laundry are very loud --minimal toiletries given (tiny packet with combined shampoo/conditioner) -you have to specially request housekeeping (and even if you do, they may not show up and it's like pulling teeth to get new towels or extra toiletries) --rooms need updating (carpet, bathrooms, TV, beds) --Cable TV offered was ancient -many family members had a lot of trouble with front desk person --No water bottles given --they only make one big thing of coffee a day (should offer a Keurig for guests to make their own in the lobby) --front desk has a huge plastic wall in front of it (gives the impression that it's a bad neighborhood ). Covid is pretty much over. Take this down please

Was in town for Big 50 year Class Reunion weekend.

clean and easily accessible

several cars were broken into overnight on Friday night 9/9/22, not mine though. I’ve stayed here before and had no issues. not sure if there are security cameras around the property but if not, I hope they consider installing them.

I won't pay $200+ per night again for the level of service I received.

room was comfortable. staff was not very accomodating, except for the breakfast lady who was very helpful way overpriced!!

Value for the price.

it was very clean

when it was Time to check the person at the front desk was arguing with a customer when I said to her excuse me ppl want to check out she became very irate and rude. I paid too much money to deal with unprofessional people.
