6 of us (3 couples) enjoyed this home for a long weekend.
Home was clean, well equipped with plenty of room for us to enjoy meals together as well as spread out in smaller groups. Edenton is a beautiful town and the house was within walking distance of everything downtown.

Beautiful home. Decorated to fit in with the historic district. Owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. Short walk to shops, water front, and restaurants. We will be back the next chance we get.

Our family enjoyed staying in this beautifully appointed character-filled home! The home was clean, welcoming, and in a historic town with lots of shops and eating options. The owners were easy to communicate with. The house is obviously loved by the owners who take great care of it. We enjoyed taking a walk along the sound and looking at historic homes. We recommend this VRBO listing!

Located a few blocks from the center of Edenton town Dock. Walk to more historic sites per capita than anywhere I've been. Great accommodations in The South's Prettiest Snall Town.

This was our first stay in this home. We really appreciated the location since it was around the corner from our cousins and where some of the events were. But the antiques on the main level were a little much to maneuver for my mom with a walker. Just not my style I guess. The upstairs rooms were not a problem and perfect for our needs. Thank you for the opportunity to stay.

We were in town for our niece’s wedding. The house was very nice and comfortable. It was close to downtown Edenton so we were able to see the sights. The house was very well equipped. Lots of memorabilia/antique type things all around. The beds and furniture were comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roberts Rest. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the decor suited the house admirably, and overall, it was just great. I don't foresee coming to Edenton again but if we did, we'd definitely stay here over any hotel.

The place is decorated for an earlier time. We enjoyed our stay and the house for the most part was wonderful. We got to sit and talk to family members who traveled to attend a reception. Only issues were the stove was not working, ice maker not working and toilet paper holder on first floor fell off when touched.

We loved the easy walk to Water St and downtown shops. Comfortable beds.
The house had a few issues. We were notified the oven was not working 1 day before our arrival and we were planning to have dinner there and needed the oven for our casseroles.

Out stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a wedding a few weekends ago. It was so easy to check in and check out. They were very quick to answer. We had a situation happen and they even refunded us without having too. Definitely 10/10!

The nicely redone Victorian home was a comfortable place to stay when in Edenton. The kitchen has everything you need including some pantry items and updated appliances. The bathrooms had newer showers and even a soaking tub in the master. The location is but a couple blocks from the waterfront and many shops and restaurants. We recommend the trolley tour and boat tour as must-do activities. We enjoyed sitting on the upper level porch.
