Centric, perfect location.
If you want to use the pool, there's an extra fee even if you are already paying your stay.

Ubicación y excelente atención en recepción (Guadalupe)
Atención en el restaurante ( desayuno ) probable por la carga de trabajo de los colaboradores

Lo céntrico
Muy caro, para lo que ofrecen

Price and location, helpful front desk staff.
Restaurant food just so-so, room was noisy, and they had a live music concert in the courtroom in the afternoons and early evenings that were loud and disturbing of my tranquility. Hot water worked intermittently, and I had to change my room because of that.

very local, central to everything.
wasn’t very clean.
at least not the room.
restroom didn’t even have a mat or extra towels to step on.
fridge smelled bad.
for the price, I expected something a bit better.

It’s location is great, close to everything. I walked to most important places.
At night, the bathroom smelled strongly like sewage.

there was no water to take a bath today in the morning and the staff did nothing about it didn’t even apologize and charged me for two bottles of water that I used to take a shower

Location was key! Right next to San santalina arch, everything is in walking distance
The rooms were Guatemalan style rooms, mattress a bit hard and room very dim

Great location. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. A lot of privacy. Our kids really liked the playing area and the garden.

location, location, location -- this is the draw right in the center of the city.
This was a boutique hotel when it was first opened in the 1990's. Rooms in the old part were classy. Today rooms in the newer part of the hotel are run down and would be considered a low-end hotel in the US. Breakfast, provided at a discount to guests, was just OK, with coffee awful. Noise level was high until midnight.

right by the famous arch! never lose your hotel from the main square! my room was gorgeous and the bath tub was a big plus. affordable price for what i got.
Laundry was a little expensive although convenient.
They give you a 2 for one for breakfast but it’s pretty expensive to begin with.
they wouldn’t allow me to pay with apple pay as i had lost my wallet and had to borrow money from a friend.

The reservation was confirmed promptly and the staff was nice.
The food was ok but lacked flavor and the rooms look nicer in the pictures, I think they need to update the room facilities.

I loved the location near the Arch. This history and a former convent was wonderful. I loved the idea of the inner courtyard, but unfortunately little of the inner courtyard was inviting to hotel guests; it was mostly focused on their restaurant business.
I stayed here 10 years ago and came back because of the wonderful facilities. Unfortunately, the hotel facilities need to updated/maintained/repaired; broken cabinets, leaky shower pan, etc. Not enough to make my stay unpleasant, but the age and lack of investment is showing.

Location of the property is excellent, right in the heart of the city.
We were expecting the old convent rooms, however we were given a room in the newer side, which is not what we wanted. Plus one of the public toilets was next to our room.
