Nos gusto mucho la ubicación y la comodidad de la habitación. Ese olor a madera le da un toque especial a la habitación y la cama xxxtra grande.

The staff are great very friendly and always ready to help.
Will be great if they have A/C but I guess they have to keep the colonial style.

The location was amazing, just off of the main square. The hotel itself is very attractive and the staff were very helpful.
Room was a bit small, but it was nicely decorated,

Loved the breakfast and location - it was our first night/morning in Antigua and it really made it special. I am so glad we were able to eat on a rooftop bar rather than inside.
HOtel is looking a little tired and dated

The staff was so welcoming! Unfortunately, we arrived on Palm Sunday and during Semana Santa when so many of the streets were blocked off. Monica was so wonderful in trying to help us get everything sorted. Oscar was also so lovely and friendly.
The hotel is in a centrally located part of Antigua, within walking distance to many of the main city attractions. The hotel itself is charming and beautifully designed where you feel as though you're entering your own little city oasis.
There's also a beautiful little rooftop deck where you see Volcan Agua on a clear day.
The included breakfast was great and provided a menu with a fair variety of options to choose from.
Nothing. It was great.

Breakfast was great, pretty standard Guatemalan breakfast with coffee but with an excellent view of the wonderful lobby garden.
Wouldn’t change much! Walls were a little thing and were able to hear some neighbors. Housekeeping was a little confusing as well, there are no do not disturb placards so it seems to be only on request.

the location
Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was definitely not as advertised, not ala carte, please change the photos on your website. Had breakfast outside. The room felt very claustrophobic and had to ask for a soap and shampoo after 3 days of not being replenished this sounds a little petty but the simple details make a stay. Beautiful interior garden although the top terrace was not maintained.

The property is a beautiful colonial mansion with a gorgeous garden in the courtyard that is well kept. the staff and the property manager Ruby are very accommodating, friendly and ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and we were lucky to stay in a room with AC that made all the difference. The location was perfect for us, so central, so we could come and go easily.
Nothing much we didn't like, everything was to our satisfaction.

What a beautiful quaint boutique hotel. You feel like you are in Spain or Italy. Best location ever, half a block to cathedral and town center plaza, multiple restaurants and bars to walk to. Luscious courtyard and roof top with multiple comfortable, shade seating areas. Our king size room was absolutely stunning, very large comfortable bed, lockable safe, English TV, drinking water in room, super dark and quite at night. The bathroom has everything you need, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hairdryer. They changed towels and cleaned room every day. You do not need AC and every room has an adjustable attic fan inlet. The included breakfast was very good with multiple choices, they even where able to accommodate a dairy free selection, bonus! Everyone at the hotel speaks English and is very nice and accommodating. They gave us a map of Antigua and marked historic sites and restaurant/bar locations. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel
We loved everything about it.
