Summary: This stunning 2 bed apartment bridges the gap between heritage buildings and modern comforts. It's quite a find! Unique features such as exposed beams, jaunty angles and modern touches. Professionally redesigned and redecorated in June 22. * Warm, cosy apartment with free secure parking * Brand new high end sofa to lounge and relax * 8 mins walk from city centre * Fast Virgin WiFi with HD TV, streaming via Amazon Firestick on your own account. No terrestrial TV * Simply equipped kitchen The Space: This is a well cared for space which will provide a fantastic base for work or leisure guests. note- if you're booking through booking dot com there is a technical error for collecting payments at this property we are investigating. We will contact you before your check in date to take a card payment via our system called stripe. LOUNGE - Seating for four - HDTV w/ Amazon Fire Stick for streaming (no TV license - log in with your own accounts) - Ample storage space - Coffee table and bluetooth speaker KITCHEN - Cookware, crockery and cutlery. - Full sized double oven - Fridge with freezer compartment - Microwave and kettle - Simple cooking supplies: Salt, pepper, oil and spices - Coffee from our partner roasters - Strangers Coffee. You'll also get 10% off in their store when you stay with us. BATHROOM - Bath with shower attachment, WC, Basin BEDROOM 1 - Luxury double bed with high quality mattress - Tenderly decorated in neutral tones - Clothes rail and hangers BEDROOM 2 - Luxury double bed with high quality mattress - Feature wall with integrated shelf - Built in wardrobe - Make up table with mirror * there is a height restriction to the secure parking space. Medium vans would be fine, large vans wouldn't fit Guest Access: Guests have full access to the property. The Neighborhood: NR3 is like the Hackney of Norwich. The apartment is tucked quietly away from the Street in a courtyard. Getting Around: Close to bus routes, bicycle hire (Beryl Bike App) and 15min drive from train station. Other Things to Note: You’ll access the apartment via carpeted stairs. Please take note as this might not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Once inside there are two changes of levels of a couple of steps. If you prefer to live in a modern, perfectly square and modern apartment this space may not be for you. Here no wall is straight and the floors aren't level but this is what we love about our place. It's truly charming to stay in, but a pain to it kitchen worktops, paint and DIY in! There aren't too many buildings still standing older than this one in Norwich. Interaction with Guests: Please contact us through the app if you need advice or assistance. Please make sure you have access to the app during your stay. Whilst we want to be as helpful as we possibly can we cannot offer continuous technical support if you're not used to modern technology/the internet/smart TV/firestick.
