Very nice being close to the beach for swimming and water sports.

Hotel room service did not include fries or snacks on its own. They had restrictions of buying side meals with main meal only
What if someone is not hungry or has a kid that wants fries only. Why should someone pay for food they don’t want to eat
Plus their food menu didn’t had much options on an affordable price to purchase, room service didn’t provide for liquid milk for tea/coffee which is basic amenities that should be provided. I had to pay $10 for a packet of milk that costs $3 jn the supermarket

Amazing resort and excellent service. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was a weird sound from what we think were the pipes in the walls on a couple of our nights.

We had the best time during our stay with our 10 year old. Its a very family friendly hotel and the staff are really welcoming & helpful.

Great for families that love an inclusive resort!
Kids club is a great option. Wonderful, family friendly pool area (and adults only area too); actovoty area (pool table, air hockey, table tennis, squash, etc) lots of activities can be organised; wonderful babysitting, most staff really LOVED kids - especially the little ones.
Breakfast included for stays.
"5 restaurants" on site.
Wiked Walu - adults only. Dinner only. Must book in advance. It's good.
Japanese restaurant- should book in advance. Dinner only. This was THE BEST restaurant onsite on our opinion.
Italian restaurant - should book in advance for dinner. It was okay! Others LOVED it.
Happy hour: changes to different bars at different times of day. (Very confusing)
We found it to be more expensive than we anticipated; more isolated than we thought too, but we had to adjust our expectations for our 5 night stay.
Fiji time is a thing - for service everywhere, even when being friendly and patient (which I usually have in abundance, but was stretched thin at times with service here and opted for room service a few times which was quicker).
Glass bottom boat tour leaves from resort to local reef. Good if you've not seen much, pass if you've high expectations. Our LO loved it (about 1hr).
Village tour and waterfall. Take $$$ for souvenir/s. Walk approx 40mins through river beds. Moderate level of fitness required. You can hire a horse for $50FJD.
*PLEASE ENSURE THE HORSE IS A GOOD SIZE FOR YOU*

Turned up to find reception had no record of our booking. Turns out their system registered under different booking details and not the original booking.
Was turned away and told there was no room available or booked under this reference. gave no other references or booking details. Very poorly managed and disorganised at reception.
Wasted hours and countless phone calls trying to rectify their mistake

The resort is located in a stunning location on the beachfront with beautifully maintained grounds and a thoughtful design that allows for mutiple waterfront dining options. The resort is however not 5 star, its service represents that of a 3 star.
The rooms are tired and adorned with cheap fittings and fixtures you would expect in a 3 star hotel. Additionally, no mini bar, bath robes, slippers, hand towels, face washers, bottled water (neither free or for sale). The rooms are serviced daily but not to a high standard. Things were forgotten during every service on every day. The used glassware was simply rinsed out using the tap water we are trying to avoid drinkig and left dripping wet on the sink. The shower in our room flooded the whole bathroom every time we used it due to poor tiling.
The thing we found the most dissappinting was the quality of food and general food safety standards. We have stayed in Fiji numerous times at other properties and this was unfortunately our worst experience in terms of food quality. There is also a lack of access to botttled water and general snacks for kids between meals - even whole fruits which are non existant.
There are silly procedures that take away from the guest experience such as the towel ticketing system, the wrist band system, and the fact that when you order food at the pool bar you are told that you cant eat it at your pool chair. Why even have a menu there?
There is no poolside service at this resort.

Property had some greater sheltered bays for snorkelling and the room was pleasant. Kids all looked like they were having a blast so seems like a great place to bring the kids.
Food is very expensive, and theres a strange system were you have to book for dinner which seems to book out quickly. Tables areleft empty, yet staffrefuse ypu service which is frustrating when you dont book due to day trips making timing uncertain.
People have a practice of claiming sunbeds with unattended towels which would be good if the hotel stopped for fairness to all guests.

The dinner options were very expensive based on the quantity and price of each dish
No other options nearby to go for dinner

Great family friendly hotel, with kids club and games, pool. Staying with two children we shared a room with two double beds. It would have been nice to have the option of a queen or king for the two adults, with a double for the kids, the room size would fit this. Unfortunately two of the family got ill the last day with suspected food poisoning or similar. The kids club staff were always very friendly. The pool bar service was often slow at cocktails having to wait around 10 mins each time. Overall based on the price and facilities we were happy with our choice.

Love that there was pretty much everything you need in this property - love the private beach area the most! Went snorkelling/water sports almost everyday because of how clear the water was. So many fishes.
Also really had a great sleep and the room was so clean and quiet at night.
Didn't like how far the hotel is from everything/the city and hotel good is quite expensive, so that's a con. Day trips were also difficult as we had to wake up very early and return quite late, due to how far the hotel is from everything.
However, great experience overall!

We loved our week at the Warwick! We’re a family of 5 and shared one room. It was perfect as we were only in there to sleep. Loved the restaurant options, the beach and swim up bar. Kids loved the free water sports especially the snorkeling. The Fijian ladies in kids club were beautiful and our boys loved them. Games area, tennis courts and flat grassy areas to play with their new friends. It was the most relaxing family holiday we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing. Staff make this place 100x more meaningful.
Family of 4.
Only thing, food is over priced for my liking, but also understand if you dont have a vehicle theres little to no opportunity. so if you have the opportunity go eat at a local vendor, if not well you're at a 5 star resort so you'll pay for it - food is still up there and delicious.

Hi, as much as I liked the stay at The Warwick, the smell in the room (From mold) was not pleasant. Even though we have been give spray refreshener, the smell was still there. Also, maybe upgrade of the pillows cover will be nice. Other than that, we have a nice stay and people were soooooo nice! Thank you Warwick.

Amazing stay. The staff is super friendly, we enjoyed every moment. The only thing was that there was a bit of miscommunication regarding the included options within our package. There was a lot of confusion on how the ordering options were, but once cleared it was great. Our package included meals, and the lunch was one main or entree and one soft drink per person within each meal. The bedroom was a bit old, but the rest of the resort was amazing.

We are glad to have chosen to stay at the Warwick on Fiji's coral coast. Great location very friendly staff, nice seperation of families from romantic couples. Meal choices and activities were very good we will return :-)

5 star for Fijian charm!
If you’re after a luxury resort experience this is not the place for you but what the Warwick lacks in glamour it more than makes up for in Fijian beauty & hospitality.
The rooms are certainly a bit tired (especially the bathrooms) but the gardens, the reef views & the staff are what makes this resort so special!
Snorkelling straight off the beach where there are plenty of tropical fish & some live coral, is a daily treat. All water sports are free & after an impressive buffet breakfast, relaxing by the pool or lazing by the beach under palm trees is a very nice way to holiday.
Highly recommend the Teppanyaki dinner, it was fabulous as was the chef…remember to book all your meals or you’ll miss out!

Great place to stay with family. Amazing breakfast included. Good happy hour drinks. Fun times at the pool & spa pool & lots of fun activities. Excellent shows at night.
Loved kayaking, & SUP boards & snorkelling - when higher tide.
Don't necessarily get room that promised - make sure your inclusions & room type in writing that you booked.

Rather jaded, great for the kids, staff were awsome

Family had a very enjoyable stay. Most of the facilities and activities are pretty well run.
Room was supposed to have two queen beds but at check in they said they only had a room with queen plus single but they would put a roller bed in. Had to chase them up about 5-6 times before we finally got the bed at like 9pm at night. This was the only bad part.
Room was quite clean, little small but you don't spend a lot of time there. Was nice to have a little balcony looking out to the pool. The grounds and the setting/location of the place was very picturesque.
Buffet was busy but food refilled and quite good variety including omelette station.
Recommend when you arrive you book restaurants for every night of your stay as they book out very fast.
Buffet good some nights but average other nights. Just don't expect too much. Kids eat free for buffet but have to eat from separate kids buffet - one night it was very basic.
Tried Sazanami for Teppanyaki - pricey but very nice. Also tried a la carte which was average.
Could snorkel off the beach provided you avoid all the seaweed in the middle and head more for the rock pier where they do fish feeding. Quite a few fish around there.
Activities on offer were good (egg throwing and other games, coconut husking, weaving etc) and night time shows entertaining esp the fire show !
Sports area has a few options - squash, tennis, table tennis, pool, air hockey. Just some of the equipment was basic. The gym was quite well equipped.

Have stayed many years ago and the general condition has improved.
Food options are very expensive and fairly average. Most staff are friendly and helpful.
Cleaners servicing our room let the rest down. Had to ask for clean towels, body wash etc not replaced. Remote on tv broken and booked to repair but still wasn't done when we left five days later but most disappointingly I had bought a cute dress for my little granddaughter to take home and this was stolen from my suitcase which I didn't discover until I was packing to go home and was too late to buy another. We won't be returning.

Had to book restaurants to dine days on advance. Small pool for size.

We loved our stay at the Warwick. The staff were helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed lounging at the pool.
We are going home relaxed and happy. We will definitely go back.

Good stay, we wish we would have been informed about importance of booking dinner and what activities were on at check-in. We didn’t get a table until 8:30 on 2 of our nights (late with kids) because of this and also we missed the fire throwing show as it was on then. The food was good overall, but we also had some very average meals for the price. The best meals were pasta at the Italian and sushi. The room was comfortable and the staff very friendly and worked very hard!
