Convenient location in central Bristol. Staff friendly & helpful. The room and bathroom were small & the carpet stained & a bit scruffy. We were at the back of the hotel (away from the main road) but there was a lot of noise from works just under our window. As with most hotels these days the room was badly lit - why are these rooms always so dark? Drives me mad!
4.3
Excellent hotel and great value. The staff were also super helpful when we got a timings wrong and missed breakfast, providing us with some small pastries and making us some coffee on the house.
4.3
Very good
4.3
Service was very good at reception as we were allowed on our room even though we arrived early and were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checking out.
Not so keen on the cleaner knocking on our door just after 9 to see if we had left.
We didn’t use any other facilities so can’t comment but the bed was not very comfortable; the mattress must have been quite old as we could feel the springs here and there. A little disappointing. Otherwise good sound proofing and air-con. Good location not far from train station.
4.3
You offer electric charging but don’t make it available,
Maybe you should consider charging points on all parking spaces.
4.3
Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Hotel quite dated
4.3
TV did not operate
4.3
Ideal location very clean beautiful breakfast comfortable beds and pillows would definitely recommend
4.3
Lovely stay with my friend only issue I had is we didn’t have any biscuits or water in the room at all, went to reception was given water and had to replenish tea bags as only had 2.
Walking distance to shops and on the flat
4.3
Reception friendly. Property was very good and very convenient location. Parking was expensive at £20 p/night. The let down was the room cleanliness of the room which felt like it needed a deep clean; there were splash marks on the walls, glasses and cups were not clean and the carpet could do with a deep clean.
4.3
We had a wonderful stay at The Hilton Garden, Bristol. Lovely hotel, centrally located to the Quay, train station and the town centre. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Lovely clean room with good shower, free toiletries and soft towels! Buffet breakfast was really good, so well cooked. We also had a meal in the restaurant, again a very lovely meal!
4.3
Great location, lovely clean room. Just very annoying having to pay £20 for the use of the hotel parking
4.3
All the staff were helpful both on reception and in the restaurant. The room was nice but a bit disappointing to have, on our queen sized bed, a king sized duvet cover but only a double duvet inside. Consequently, with the duvet tucked in, one person only had the cover and no duvet!!
Having a TV without a guide and programme information was a bit of a nuisance. I hope this is fixed before we come again !
Breakfast buffet was brilliant. I was a bit surprised to have a 99p service charge on two coffees in the evening.
All in all these few little problems could easily be
redressed..
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. Thank you for everything..

Hiltons have gone downhill markedly since the last time we stayed in one! .. £150+ per night for what? Would have been better off in a budget hotel, the room was a box there was only one towel provided,
for 2 of us, no room service, no mini bar, not even a biscuit with the "complimentary" tea and coffee, and as dor the buffet breakfast! The bacon was over cooked (the 2nd morning there was none left!) the eggs were undercooked eggs, the bread for toast had run out too, if it had been 5 minutes before breakfast finished i would have understood that i guess but itwas over an hour before! ... next time it will be a Premier Inn!
4.3
Over priced and toilet didn’t flush. Dirty room
4.3
Staff very helpful and polite. Room and beds comfortable. Tea and coffee in room, refrigerator, iron, hairdryer and nearby laundry which had I known earlier would have used. TV remote was difficult to navigate, some functions not available.
The buffet breakfast was well worth paying for with a huge variety of choices and good coffee. Also the special meal deal included a pint of beer, and the burger and chips were cooked to perfection. As a trained chef I noted that plates were warmed to keep food hot, specially for the chips which stayed nice and hot.
The tariff and meal prices are reasonable considering the high level of service this hotel offers. I would definitely choose to stay here again if visiting Bristol in the future.

4.3
Staff were very friendly ,even javing to deal with the i.t. outaged, they got us checked in, amd nothing was a problem
4.3
Very disappointed with hotel.service from staff very good
But for a Hilton hotel not good for the price.dirty chair with blood on . It was removed. Replaced but other chair was dirty.rusty screws in shower.we have stayed at the Hilton hotels before and this was our worse experience.
We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. And we did not enjoy outlr stay. Beds very hard even after a topper was out on by staff.
Overall happy with our stay at hotel .meant to be a 4 star hotel .marks on carpets
We paid 166 for one night .
And you can get another hotel which would be cheaper and better accomodation.
Very disappointed and it ruined our stay

Friendly reception staff
4.3
Good location for an overnight stay friendly staff and everything needed on site. No USB ports in the room but not an issue as had own chargers.
4.3
If you can find the entrance for parking at the hotel from the directions given then you deserve a free nights stay
4.3
The aircon didn’t work but the heating did… 25 and it wouldn’t turn down. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because I was sweating the whole time. Also, though it says parking, it costs £20 a day.
4.3
Very nice just wished there was some bottles water in the room and when I rang room service there was no answer which was disappointing
4.3
Hotel was really clean. We had a great welcome and check in was easy! Room was great although the bed was slightly harder than I had imagined it would be. Threshold between room and toilet was missing a door bar so hurt my foot a couple of times but once I knew about this, I knew to take a wider step to avoid this. Restaurant staff was very welcoming and breakfast was great -although a choice for vegetarian sausages would have been nice. Overall, would recommend the stay.
4.3
Queen bed was just a double, room was very small. Shower was cold.
4.3
I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly, my room was clean and I was able to move around with ease.
4.3
Comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff. Good location. Don't come by car as the car park is impossible to get in to, very difficult to find because of the one-way system and it isn't sign-posted properly.
4.3
Nice hotel but mattress very firm
4.3
For the price of the stay it was nowhere near nice enough. Value for money was terrible.
4.3
Great hotel - everything you need, quiet, clean and well maintained. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Will stay again.
4.3
Kind staff, clean room.
4.3
Hotel is looking a bit run down and dated which is a shame when it was so expensive to stay there. Room was a good size but the bathroom was uncomfortable small and couldn't move once you get out the shower. Bed and pillows not comfortable either and didnt get a good night sleep.
4.3
Clean. Easy parking. Centrally located.
4.3
Dry quiet and clean. Very polite and friendly reception staff
Smelt amazing!
4.3
We all had a wonderful time, all the staff were very friendly and helpful rooms were spotless. food was great especially the choice of breakfast yummy. our go to each time we visit Bristol from now on thank you everyone.
4.3
Handy Hotel to get to; room suitable for our requirements.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Didnt give 5 stars as breakfast items could do with being warmer; an issue that a lot of hotels have when using warmers.
4.3
Parking is limited but staff helped there. Rooms as expected but hot, pillows not comfy
