Nice hotel with large suite. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean.

The facility was quiet and very convenient to walk around restaurants, shopping, gondolas in Whistler village and Upper village. It was very spacious. I would recommend staying here.

Property and apartment was in decent condition, although very dated. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, appliances, etc. although we would have liked to see a Keurig/one cup coffee maker. It was more than enough space for two of us, which makes sense as it’s designed for families/small groups.
Communication with Whiski Jack was done well, however, the pre-check-in form was a bit of a cumbersome step as we had to send them an email address and then fill out the form before we were able to get our check-in details. I think this could be made much simpler by sending the form to the email address the booking was made with, and then sending the check-in instructions to said email a day or two prior.
The area around the property was quiet and serene. We did stay during the off-season, so I don’t know how much of that can be attributed to the soundproofing or the lack of people (we never encountered anyone in the hallways). We didn’t spend much time in the immediate area outside, but it seemed pleasant. The hallways in the building smelled musty, however, which added to the dated feeling.

My 8 and 9 year old found a used razor blade and toe nails in the dresser drawer they were going to unpack thier stuff into.
Plus my shower sounded like an alarm going off.
And the pressure was so low.

Me, my sons and grandson went up to stay for the weekend of my older son bday. We were hoping to go tubing, but it wasn't open yet!! The rental was extremely spacious for my family, although there were a few things that could be addressed.. Overall my stay was enjoyable get away with my family and was beautiful!! I would stay again...

The place has good amenities but no air conditioning and during hot days makes it uncomfortable. They also have an earlier check out and ask guest to take out garbage and recycling as well as start the dishwasher. Our door in the second bedroom wouldn’t close and although we submitted the info, it was never addressed. Overall for the cost, I would book somewhere else next time.

Was not very clean. No AC, had to keep the windows opened which caused both nights we were there lots of noise from people who did not care about others at the main entrance. Not the quality we expected for the price we paid.

Woodrun is an easy walk down to the upper village.
The unit was large enough for 2 families and kitchen was spacious enough for us to use.
The bike storage was good but full. They did put out an extra bike rack in the parkade next to the bike storage room for the overflow.

Very disappointing. Construction going on in hotel so constant noises throughout the day starting at 8 in the morning. Tough when you have napping toddlers. Unit is tired and dated. Pool was closed for maintenance one day which was disappointing as it was nicest day we were there. Front door staff was excellent.

Rooms and location were amazing. A bit of a smell to sofa furniture. Worst part about the stay was the two twin beds in the one room were very uncomfortable and noisy. Both people had a terrible sleep on this bed. The kind bedroom was awesome. Bathrooms are old fashioned and need a bit of updating.

The condo was very spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the hot tub and outdoor pool were great to take advantage of after a long day of skiing. There is an exit out the back of the condo in the ski lockers that give you direct access to the hill. It was a short walk to the village after skiing to take advantage of the amenities. Blackcomb gondola is much less busy than the Whistler gondola so that was a plus in the morning to get up the mountain.

Cant beat the ski in ski out location for Blackcomb. The building is in bad shape and needs , in my opinion good renovation. The room was ok but do not expect luxury, You will enter into a unit which is 30 years old. analogue beige thermostat, very old shower and green carpet. however the room was clean. Would i stay there again ???? dont think so, not for the price i paid. I could have stayed at the hilton (2 rooms with full Kitchen) for the same price

We enjoyed our second stay at Woodrun. It is well kept and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It is starting to so some wear and maybe upgrades on the carpeting, furniture and beds will be needed soon. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly visit again.

The condo is large but very dated. It has most things needed in the kitchen but some of the equipment is chipped or worn. The Pool is small and warm. Hot tub was not working for our week. Location is okay. 25 min or so to walk to the village.

The units we stayed in were clean and comfortable. There was an unexpected mechanical maintenance issue that required the pool to be closed for the duration of our stay. I spoke to an agent who gave us another upgraded unit on our last day, as they were unaware of the pool being closed for an extra two days. We were told we could move over to the unit at our leisure that day, but when we got there I ran into trouble as the next agent was reluctant to give me necessary access codes to the unit, beyond the first one time access code. The first agent had told me there would be no problem getting another code if needed, as the assigned access codes for the unit would come into affect at 4:00 p.m. Had to do some strong negotiating with this agent. The first agent was now on lunch. Agent number 2 did come back to me giving me another code and changing my access code assigned to the unit to start at 2:00 p.m. after speaking with management. I had to call in again as the access code I got only worked for the parking garage. Agent 3 “Ray” was very kind to help us out and also arranged to have a resort employee retrieve our pizza from the previous unit that we forgot. We enjoyed our stay at the Woodrun, the deck was nice overlooking tree tops. Our stay at the Ironwood was very nice too, we enjoyed a nice swim in the pool. Communication was a bit of a problem though, stressed me out a little on our last day there, as I was wanting to just unpack into the replacement unit.

The condo was spacious and in a good location. During COVID 19 we were concerned about the cleanliness however the condo was clean but there was only one sign to say one person per elevator. During our time there we never saw anyone cleaning door handles although this might be getting done. This is our second time in this building and we will go again.

Two bedroom condo was spacious and had everything needed for a great vacation. Kitchen was fully equipped. Ski lockers were spacious although the combination locks were a bit finicky. Hot tub was huge and not crowded when we were there. Staff was friendly. Covered underground parking a real plus in the winter.

The unit 319 is very spacious with 2 x pull-out sofas actually, a good sized room w bench, shelf and hanging space for all skiwear plus closet good for suitcases and big things. There are free ski lockers on ground floor to store skis as you come in/out from slopes. It is only a few meters walk to get to the ski run. Pools are only outside but nice and heated/hot. Parking is free and in undercover garage. We booked well in advance (and thus a discount even) which made this a very good value, esp for a ski in/out place. NB: I would not say it is easily walkable to the main village from here (looks that way on maps) but the shuttle stop is near and convenient enough. We had a car all week and with the easy in/out parking we mostly used that. Parking near village is about $5 for the day and free after hours.

So so. Prior to booking I phoned to inquire about the hot tub and was failed to be told it was empty. I also asked about a bbq and was told there should be - there wasn’t and had pre purchased steaks. I asked about additional parking passes at check in and whiski jack didn’t have them, it was too late to get them from woodruff. The dishes were 50% caked with food and greasy and not cleaned.Luckily it was a group of guys spending little time in the condo, it was disappointing to be mislead. It was nice to have a clean bed at the end of the long days.
