My daughter had her wedding at the St John’s Golf And CC. Theresa Castoney set it up and her fabulous staff made everyone in the 20 rooms we used as a wedding block feel welcomed. Friday and Saturday nights there is a full bar and every morning you can have breakfast and Starbucks coffee. Every night we caught up with other out of town family and friends who enjoyed all the amenities a couple days longer as we did, down in the lobby with their various size tables and seating!! I highly recommend The Marriott at the Flagler Center hands down. Big event or by yourself this is a good choice!!

The staff was incredibly helpful at night when I needed extra blankets and sheets and when I checked in late. The room was clean and comfortable and a great deal.

We enjoyed our stay but had a couple problems with it. One was the rooms weren’t as clean as we think they should be, there was hair in the showers. Another is we didn’t get enough towels and had to track down the cleaning ladies to get some. But other than that great place for the price and pretty good location in between Jacksonville and St Augustine.

The facilities were clean and i felt safe there but the woke me up at 11 pm to put a credircard down for incidentals that i had already done and their system malfunctioned and i was told it had to be done before shift change and that was 2 am

A good Courtyard property that is clean and comfortable. Agent at check-in neglected to inform us there would be a $4 parking recapture fee, whatever that is. Agent at check-out gave us a deer-in-headlights look. No greetings. No thank you.

Hot water control was not good. Water kept getting hot then cold, even though the lever was on hot. Toilet did not flush well. It’s like it had an air bubble when flushed, and the handle needed to be held down to the end of the flush. The refrigerator was running, but never got cold, and when we put a bottle in it, it shook loudly, and couldn’t remain.

Great experience ! Perfect if you’re going to one of the medical offices behind it. At first, I was concerned at how close we were going to be to the interstate and medical offices behind us. But it was so peaceful .We never heard. any of the other guests. And room service didn’t bother us once like most hotels. And the breakfast was delicious!

Great stay! Hotel is located within in 5 minutes of everything you can think of except the beach, that’s 30 minutes away. Convenient to both Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Within 5 minutes of a walking, running, biking Preserve that is beautiful. (Dog friendly).

I had breakfast included and there was no food or drink available during the entire stay. I was also told that if I didn’t like my room that I couldn’t change it. (First time I’ve ever heard that) Won’t go back.

The maid service for the room was poor. When we arrived there was only 1 coffee cup. The items were not stocked on the 2 nd day., fresh was cloths, the bed wasn't made.

Although the lobby is clean, the room smells, one of the shears on the window was missing, the other one was badly shredded, the shower curtain didn’t work correctly, the bathtub stopper was in pieces.

Check In around midnight.The night supervisor had trouble getting keycards programmed (10 min for key cards). Got to room, it smelled bad of feces. Decided not to move as we were exhausted. Couldn’t get AC on-no directions. Going over to check unit under window my sister realized the rugs was SOAKING WET! When I walked over to check noticed brown stains on rug. Went back down to change rooms and the night supervisor was apologetic but with an attitude. We stayed friendly and polite and he did end up being pleasant but again he couldn’t program key cards. He finally got one programmed and we got to our clean room at about 1:15 or so. I love Courtyard by Marriott but would never stay in this one again.
