The rooms are clean and tidy and are cleaned daily. It’s a no frills accommodation small tv and the smell of curry as you walk out in the morning is personally my only real gripes. However the service is excellent and the food is out of this world, with the owner employing a 5star chef from India it’s not a surprise. I’ve been to many Indian restaurants but for reasonably priced food and drink this is definitely one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of eating at! This fact more than made up for the smell in the morning.

The only thing I found What would probably benefit is more of a sign? For the car park.

Excellent staff, Room average, kettle didn’t work

Shower only worked continuously if you had it just warm, if you wanted it really warm, it was intermittent. Toilet very noisy at night, avoided flushing it during the night. Rooms needed a little updating. Person in next room had tv on until midnight, and could hear it very clearly.Continental breakfast non excitant, charged the price for basically a bowl of cereal and a banana, not even offered any toast.

Convenient- but unfortunately could be so much better.

Nice location.

It was appalling. the worst night sleep I have ever had. We had a room with a locked cupboard that made a loud noise every hour so even throughout the night whenever any room in the hotel used the toilet, shower or sink. Scalding hot shower, paper thin walls and the blinds were as useful as swiss cheese in reducing sunlight passing through
Shocking experience and can’t believe the price considering all the above

Good: fire door exit directly into car park, plenty of clean towels
Not so good: No plug sockets next to beds, very thin walls heard next doors TV all evening
Host very friendly

Period property sympathetically extended. Good service and food.
Unique headboard motif.
I was given to understand that the property will be refurbished next year.
The shower was difficult to use and required a basin or bath Tap to be run for the shower to work.
A grab rail to help with access to the shower would be useful.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable! Our room (#8) had a door that opened directly to the car park which made it super easy to load and unload luggage as well as easy access to walk the dog. The shower was a bit tricky to figure out but worked perfectly once sorted. Staff was super, friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that the kitchen was closed the night we arrived so dinner was peanuts and cocktails but it was still ok! The breakfast was freshly prepared and very generous portions. Would certainly recommend this Inn and would stay again.

There was fluffy in the bathroom. The room I was using had a boiler in it probably to supply the whole floor, so was constantly making noise through out the night if any member was using water. That's was so annoying. Room 12. The mattress are the spring mattress and makes if turn whilst sleeping 😌😴. I feel I was overcharged for those reasons. Should be half of what I paid.

Sadly fhe hotel/pub is predominately used by workmen, which reflected in the decor which needed updating/repainting There was an awful smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room and the corridors smelt of stale frying fat.

We had a very enjoyable stay last week so good that we wanted to stay this week and bring our dog along. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to.
When we visit Leighton Buzzard again we will definitely be staying here.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

Having stayed here many times previously, my last stay was probably the worst. From 4am onwards in the morning there was a very loud noise from the water tank which is located ina locked room alongside the bathroom. This continued for around 2 hours and made for a very broken sleep. The water noise always seems to be quite loud, but normally only for short epriods of time, unfrotunately I won't be returning after this experience.

Very good service. Welcoming, friendly and efficient staff. Good rooms, attractive bar and dining room (can eat in both) with a good size car park and outdoor patio and tables. Found it very handy for visiting Bletchley Park.
Pleased we found it.

Super-friendly staff/manager, and ideally located for access to Bletchley Park! We had a large family room, which was really comfortable, a fabulous evening meal and an excellent breakfast. We will return :-)

Brilliant service from Rob, the manager, really efficient and friendly, also the breakfast was the best we’d had in a long time. Will definitely be returning.

Basic comforts ok. Property looking and feeling a bit tired. Possibly due to long Shut down through pandemic. Staff friendly and hard working.

Kerry, was a great hostess on arrival, we were able to check in early. I was disappointed walking through to our room at the very outdated deco. Our room was freezing, Kerry tried turning it on but to no avail. My brother-in- law found the switch behind the bed! Breakfast was lovely although we waited to be acknowledged and had to ask to order. The server was not at all friendly, just stood with her pad didn’t even ask “what would you like “. She was on her own and seemed under pressure. Another 2 staff appeared and started clearing tables. We had 4 other family members staying so in total there were 11 of us. We were chatting at our table as they pulled there chairs over, one member of staff said that if we wanted to chat to move or go to Witherspoon’s!! This was a complete and utter shock to us all. We found all areas of accommodation very cold. My sister and I filled the customer form out and when we left the waitress was outside reading it and stopped us in our tracks to attack us about what we had written!!! I found this very unprofessional and feel an envelope should be provided for confidential information. We would not consider going back whatsoever and to be charged top rate which we expected our monies worth and by your pictures on internet (which advertised BT sport but was not available), looked so nice and homely but did not deliver.

Great staff, very plesent environment, very nice food. Wait time for food was on the longish side for dinner and breakfast but was obviously cooked to order, and when came, was really nice. Forced us to be relaxed after a stressfull day, which, we actually appreciated, and we had driven a long way. Our room was very hot. Would have liked a cot for our two year old and I emailed and left a voice message re this request, but received no reply. Lovely lady who checked us in said she would try and fulfill the request, but could not do so ( we presume as no cot there ). My concern was the single bed, warm room, open window, with an excited boy looking at the play area underneath. Luckily, he an extremely good sleeper ( oh, and two latts on his bed came off ), so that was fine. Shower was really nice, perhaps put in more than one small used loo roll roll for a family room ? We managed and we probably could have asked for more. Loads of lovely towels. Overall, a nice stay and would return

Breakfast and pub meals were delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. A little bit out of the way location-wise.
