Loran at the front desk was tops!!! We gave a 4 star for comfort because beds were comfortable, however, we like to sleep in colder temperatures than 68, which is as low as the controls would allow.
We chose this hotel for the 1/2 way mark for our family to the Outer Banks. My 3 year old grandaughter loved the inside pool, and the location had many restaurants nearby. I always like to comment when a place was clean, and this place was super clean, which always makes me happy!

There must have been a dog In the room before us bc I found small size dog food on floor. The window coverings were not black out so early morning sun came in.

Carl was a tech who came up to my room to assist me with restoring TV service/internet connection. He was FABULOUS. He was so kind, courteous, and helpful. He is a definite asset to have on your team.

The property was clean the staff was nice. I paid online twice and had to be refunded due to expedia not giving the hotel the reservation

Guest service at front desk was great. Checked us in early. Very friendly, the room was clean. Just a slight cigarette order in the bathroom - as if someone had smoked a few stays back.

I had an excellent experience. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms with parking included! The location was close to everything I wanted to visit and the rate was reasonable. I'd stay here again.

We chose to stay here because of the online rating supposedly being above a nine which is an exceptional rating. However, it is not. The parking is absolutely horrendous. We had to circle the lot several times in order to find a spot, and then we had to walk a good amount of distance to get to our room. Evidently there is no procedure to ensure who parks where for what hotel. So that right off the back was a red flag. The inside was very clean and it seemed it’s nice as pictured online. The rooms were OK. They did like lotion, and other things as such that nearly all hotels I’ve ever stayed offered. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The traffic around the hotel at night was loud. In a nutshell if I had to do it over, I would have not chosen to stay there, especially for the price that I paid. And you would have expected to have breakfast included for the price we paid however, we had to pay $20 per person to eat breakfast.

Fast check in. When we stay the night in Raleigh, this is where we prefer. Easy to get in and out of, free parking, close to everything without being in the heart of downtown. Downtown is cool, but a lot of those hotels provide ear plugs because it's so loud. Also, this place is half the price of many hotels it's either nicer than, or on par with.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Only con is, if you're a light sleeper like me you need to request a room on the opposite side of the highway

Great hotel, Receptionist to busy on cell phones not really able to assist when you are asking questions. The pool was wonderful to enjoy, beside the kids jumping from the sidelines, splashing water all over the place

Had a great stay here. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything was in great condition and well kept. The staff was so nice and the shuttle was perfect for us to get to close by places easily. Would stay here again on any future Raleigh trips.
