A wonderful place to stay. Staff were very helpful. Ono helped us book tickets to Osaka Castle. High tea every day was special. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Room is small but very clean. This hotel has all the facilities and amenities you could think of, and there’re free drinks, free ramen and free afternoon tea! Staff is friendly and helpful, checking in and out are smooth and efficient. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

They offer alot! Just the things didnt seem to go together. The rooms are spacious. They dont make beds daily or tidy the room. They have a good kids area just a lttle out dated.

I’ve never been to a hotel that showers you with free amenities like Bali did. Even though I didn’t take advantage of it, it was still nice to experience it. Oh and also they provide free red/white wine and miso soup.

Quite small room but well maintained. Many amenities, if someone needs them. Breakfast was good. WiFi did not work properly at all which is a big minus for the hotel.

The walk way in the room between the room to door is too narrow. Pillow too soft. Not worth the amount that I paid. But I like the free items like bath salt and sensitive shower gel which available for me.

We took advantage of the hotels “eco clean” which is supposed to be a towel change, trash clean, and amenities refresh. When we returned to our room that evening, we noticed nothing had been done — no one had even come in. My wife (Japanese) called the front desk and within 10 mins they sent someone with a bag of towels and amenities. He did not apologize for the error and just stated their was a mix up. He didn’t come in the room to remove the trash. When my wife asked if the waters are included in the eco, he rolled his eyes and said he’d go get it. We were forced to remove the trash bags ourselves and had them to him when he returned with the water. Again, no apology or even offering to replace the trash bags in the room. Very surprised with the lack of apology and courtesy you would expect from a Japanese hotel. While the man still used keigo, he was very rude and appeared annoyed from the start. Don’t be mad at the guest when your staff makes the mistake!

Small room but quality. Concierge desk was very helpful and spoke good English. Raging party at three monkeys restaurant/bar for Japanese holiday. 5 min walk to Tennoji train station. Lots of free goodies. Overall a great stay and I recommend.

This hotel is very close to the train station. The room was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and was decent sized. The tv had no English speaking stations, which would’ve been nice. There are a lot of items available to use in the room such as a refrigerator, phone chargers, and a very good blow dryer and flat iron.

Interesting hotel, very closed to Tennoji Station. The hotel staffs were friendly, room was clean except it was very crowded with gadgets and decorations such as wood boxes, a few bags of teas in a big wood stand. It was hard to find space to put anything. We found the room was not too comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights while in Osaka. We got a standard non-smoking double room. It was on the smaller side, but VERY functional. They put a lot of thought into the layout of the room e.g. instead of the bathroom containing toilet, shower + tub & vanity, they're in separate rooms (sink is in hallway). I appreciated that because our toothbrushes were kept far from the toilet. I also liked how you could close the door to your bedroom as most hotels have an open We loved the cleanliness. They

As a first time visitor to Japan I was shocked at how small the room was. I had a double room that was about 120 so ft. But there was no dresser to unpack clothes and also no room to keep an open carryon roller bag so had to keep it closed and only open when I needed clothes. The closet is about 12 inches wide. That said it was an efficient unit with a nice, although cramped, bath area and an enormous amount of cosmetics, toiletries, beauty products included with no fee. The bed was comfortable and as I was a single person it was cozy. Full marks otherwise although the hotel seemed a bit dated. The toilet was more sophisticated than any other hotels I stayed in including those 4 x the price. A very good value hotel, but opt for a larger room if you can.

This is my senond time stay there in Osaka , nothing to complain about it, may the room too small? Or is this just Japanese style? If they do washing machine then I don't need walk next street to do laundry

Awesome place to visit. Really feels like you're in Indonesia. VERY intimate for lovers; had insane sex here; also good for families in that there is a free playroom with DDR, air hockey, massage chairs, racing video games downstairs. Tons of free amenities for skin care--- took a bubble bath here for the first time in a long time. Really my only complaint would be thin walls, but those did not keep us up at night as we were tired on vacation and the other guests were nice and respectful. The price is super reasonable for what you get; rooms are small like everywhere in Japan; right next to the subway station; overall a great stay.

I really enjoyed the stay at Hotel Bali Tower. The room was big. The TV in the bathroom was an interesting touch (even if the programs were all in Japanese). All the extras (bath salts, toiletries, etc.) were a great addition. The self-serve bar in the lobby was good fun. We enjoyed the Balinese pj's we could borrow. The hotel is a bit kitschy, but that adds to the charm. It was very, very clean. The staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again upon a return trip to Osaka.

the property is certainly unique and was a new experience. there were a lot of great amenities. I would say the two best things were the staff, who were all incredibly nice and helpful, and the convenient location next to Tennoji station off the JR line.
