Location is good but the room need some minor renovations such as painting, repair to the door, and the restaurant is closed

Great room. Spacious with all the amenities of an apartment. Staff was professional and helpful. Everything you need is within walking distance as well as a lot of the monuments and temples. Wonderful stay:)

The staff entered my room when I had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the handle. I had explicitly stated I didn’t need room service at the time I was staying.

Not in a very great part of town. Very limited dining, shopping and entertainment. Mostly grungy markets. Very dirty streets. Construction near by that was noisy.

Tough to find out location if you don't know the city.
Comfort is just enough, great bed, but the rest was cheap quality. Nothing in the kitchen to cook.
The worst was the staff. Happened that no one was there during hours, customers waited for check in and out.

Very good value for the price! The hotel is centrally located, my room was clean, spacious and quiet, staff was very helpful and professional, breakfast was good. This is an older building, apparently from 60ies, hidden in a narrow lane and could be a bit difficult to find without a GPS. For me, this added some extra charm, some may consider the facility a bit outdated. I think the hotel is a gem and I would definitely stay there again.

the hotel is in a good location, although difficult to find because it is in a small ally. Room was ok for the price, breakfast was very basic. but the real downer was the fact that they advertise a nice rooftop bar that actually has been closed for months.

Very nice reception area and breakfast room upstairs; staff great; the bathroom very small with no separation for shower so every time you take shower everything gets wet; 15 min walk to the Royal Palace and Museum or the waterfront

Just completed a 3 night stay at the Molyan Hotel in Phnom Penh.Positives:- Able check in when we arrived super early (just after 10am)- Room was upgraded on arrival to a larger room- Location is great and within walking distance of most attractions- Lots of restaurants/bars within a short walking distance- Room was very large and bed was comfortableNegatives:- Overall the hotel needs a bit of tlc, rooms were clean on the surface but would benefit from a deeper clean especially in the bathroom and kitchenette area (old food was left in plug - not very nice)- Breakfast was probably the worst I have had in SE Asia. Very limited choice, and by the time we arrived for breakfast at around 9am, everything was pretty much gone, staff did not replenish things as they ran out. One kind member of staff made the offer on the second day to get us anything that had run out but no offer was made to a second couple that arrived some time after us.- Rooftop bar & restaurant: hotel is advertised as having a rooftop bar and restaurant. We visited the rooftop bar on our first night to find it completely deserted, looked as though it had not been in use for months and months. Same goes for the restaurant, this seems to be used as a staff room. If these are no longer on offer then that is fine, but to advertise that there are attractive facilities such as rooftop bar when there are not is simply misleading and we would have looked elsewhere having known this

The room size was comfortable with a nice balcony. I was on the 6th floor so it was nice and quiet. Good location as it was about 15mins walk to the palace. There were many restaurants nearby. The hotel has good wifi, but the cleanliness of the bathroom can be improved as there were long strands of hair all over the bathroom walls when I first got to the room.Breakfast was included but the choice were limited.

この値段ならお得だと思う。夜も静かで素泊まりには丁度いい。ちょっと枕が匂うくらい。

The hotel was a bit difficult to find. Upon arrival, tho the front desk in charge was nice, however the lobby was just a bit scary since it was too dark, and the security guard was initially sleeping on the couch.
The room was suprisingly good, they can still improve a little bit on cleanliness, but i was pleasantly surprised with how big the room was.
The location is also good, its near a lot of attractions. Just outside the hotel, theres a police station.
However, one might still feel uncomfortable walking at night since the streets are not well lighted.

Everything is good, but the internet is not reliable. I work from my computer so that was a big deal. Other than that it's a nice hotel and worth the money.

Overall the hotel is amazing... the terrace has an amazing view of the city main street and the drinks are great, definitely it is worth spending the night there... The breakfast was good and the service great!! the room was very comfortable and had kitchen and residential size fridge, could not asked for more... the only but is the location since it is inside an alley and was a little bit hard to find and the area was a little "worried" to walk outside during night.

The front desk staff was very professional. Check in was fast and smooth. The hotel is new and in good condition. However, the cleaning staff left dirty spoons and cups in our room from the previous guests.

Enjoy Cambodia by day, but rest in a gorgeous Western standard hotel by night. I did NOT do that for the first half of my trip and really regretted. I was so glad to find Molyan!
Wow! After living in Cambodia for 3 months, I was SHOCKED that this place existed at such a reasonable price! Despite it's hidden location down an alley (that is thankfully right next to a police station) and next to "Back Alley Bar", as soon as you step into this hotel you'll feel you're in a tiny resort. Great English, helpful staff who offered to assist me with everything including getting a last minute bus ticket and printing it for me, high technology, fast internet, WORKING A/C's, breakfast included WITH COFFEE!
The rooms are spotless, fully equipped with everything you would expect from a NICE hotel in America, even the fridge has beverages for purchase that are almost at the same price as a grocery store.
i was VERY pleased and have already recommended it to a dozen friends!
It's a very small hotel - only 3 rooms on each floor and probably only 6 floors, but if you're lucky enough to get an opening, you won't regret it!
I am a mother of 2 small ones and although I took this trip to PP alone for dental work, this would have been an IDEAL place to bring my kids too.
GREAT location!

What a fantastic hotel you will never guess unless you go in the hotel which the entrance is located in an alley. Get there by day time so it will be easier to find their small sign from the main street.

Lovely hotel in a great location near to the royal palace, river and war monuments.
Sky bar has superb views over the city. Breakfast was fresh and varied and tasty.
Room and bathroom was well equipped and comfortable. We were on the 7th floor so good views and quiet.

Amazing hotel! The staff were incredible and the hotel is spotless with beautiful rooms and a roof top bar with delicious food and cocktails. We are already planning our return trip.
