Near a pub so can get noisy. They left ear plugs in the room so it was ok. I was a late arrival and they left chocolate muffins and juice boxes. A very nice touch.

The team at Tom Dick and Harriet's Hotel is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with great beds and ample space for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel’s central location makes it conveniently close to everything you need.

I really liked my stay here! The room was really nice and the location was great for everything I wanted to do in Dublin :)

Monica is an exceptional host and ensured that our needs were taken care of. We had 2 bedrooms, a microwave, kettle and a sink. She provided water, muffins, juice and coffee/tea for our arrival. The accommodations are simple and priced reasonably. It is a noisy street, but Monica provided earplugs for light sleepers. The location is very close to shopping areas of the city.

This place is average. While the rooms are tidy and maintained, the overall impression is dingy. It gave me a hostel like feeling, but single rooms with a bathroom. The reception and staff were kind and helpful.

Claudia was extremely welcoming!
4.5
Lovely clean room and bathroom, close to lots of things (Trinity College, National Gallery, James Joyce Center, restaurants). Friendly and helpful staff, and in a nice area.
4.5
Good place to stay if you just need a bed. Room was clean and nice little snacks provided. Claudia was helpful when we arrived outside of normal check in times.
4.5
This location was great for walking to restaurants and tourist attractions.
4.5
Room was great, older place but maintained. The area was a bit to be desired.
4.5
I enjoyed my stay here. The room was basically like student accommodation (and I suspect it might have been) but I have no complaints about this. The shower was really nice and the bed was comfy. The facilities for making tea were appreciated. There’s a great place for breakfast just around the corner. The premises felt safe and secure!! The lady at the front desk was very pleasant.

Secure parking friendly atmosphere

Claudia and Monica were incredibly kind and helpful and the space was beautiful and very clean. It was so nice to land here after a busy travel day and get to come home to it after long days exploring the city! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
4.5
It was small like a studio apartment, but accomadated the 3 of us perfectly as we weren't spending time there but exploring the city. Sights were very close as well as food, pubs, shopping. Would stay there again if ever in Dublin. Very affordable as well.
4.5
Parking was great. 15 minute walk to centre core. Separate "sitting area" was a table in the kitchen. Receptionist was great.

Was good would go again

Excellent stay. Everything worked, very clean, great location. Claudia was great, giving recommendations of the area.
I will definitely stay again.

I loved the coziness and that I had easy access to buses

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it was so close to everything we needed or wanted. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and we felt very secure for being in downtown Dublin. We would definitely come back here.
4.5
Clean, simple and comfortable. Met our needs. Great location. Easy to walk to everything. Felt safe with the two kids. Great dining options nearby.

It’s my second stay here . Monica and the other lady is the best host . Very helpful . Will always stay here everytime I stop in Dublin .
4.5
Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is convenient, and quiet.

it is comfortable to catch the bus 16 to the airport (40 minutes, 2.6 euros instead of the quick bus which cost 10 euros) because the bus stop is just 150m away. I slept at the top floor, not on the street but facing the curtyard, so it was quieter. Monica has been kind and responsive

What a find! The service at this guesthouse was lovely and the room was simple but clean. Claudia was a wonderful host—she took my heavy bag up the stairs for me and offered helpful recommendations and directions. Dublin was having a rare heatwave so the high quality standing fan in my room was much appreciated!
Best of all the location is fantastic—in a very walkable neighborhood in the city center. It was a lovely 30 minute walk to the river and beyond to major sights like St Stephens Green and Trinity University. There is also a fantastic little Italian restaurant two blocks east on Upper Dorset St.
4.5
Very clean, all the facilities you need, plus some welcoming cakes and juice in the room on arrival. Was surprised at how quiet it was at night, no 'big city' noise to disturb our sleep. Not central but not too far to walk into the central areas either. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend!

After a very long day this room was exactly what I needed. The staff helped with my late checkin and even left some much appreciated snacks in the room. For being so close to the city center it's surprisingly quiet!

We had an excellent stay, and loved the little 2room apartment. Beds, cupboards, kitchen, bathroom -- every aspect was clean and good quality.
The hosts' communications pre-arrival and check in instructions were clear, helpful and friendly.
We had no car and didn’t need to bother with trams or buses, the Point and shopping area was 15 minutes walk, and Temple Bar across the Liffey was 20-25 minutes.
We intend to stay again.

The property and staff are fantastic! They were super accommodating and the room was lovely. However the neighbourhood is a little rough.
4.5
Excellent! Affordable, clean accommodation close to everything, nice people taking care of the place. On repeat trip to Dublin would stay there again.

This is NOT a place for vacationing travelers! It is a flop house for unsavory workers and street kids. Apartments rented by the month in the heart of the city center. One block from what appears to be "project housing". No phones to the registration desk. This is a scary place to stay. Loud arguing through the night. Slamming doors, people in the parking area that is supposed to be secure. We had originally booked this for 2 nights so we would have a safe place to park our car while we visited Dublin. We checked out as soon as the desk people showed up for work.
4.5
Perfect location in old town Dublin! We were able to walk to everything within 20 minutes. Comfortable bed and kitchen!
4.5
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Only downside was to check in you have to call but this isn’t always possible when you’re from a different country as numbers are barred.

My incoming travel was delayed and I missed the 6 p.m. cut-off for check-in. Of course, not the fault of the property. I phoned and messaged the mobile phone number that was posted on the door for late-comers but got no response over a 2 hour period. I passed the time by watching druggies fighting and various people urinating in adjacent doorways. Eventually I gave up and stayed elsewhere. I reached out to the property, but over a week later, have had no response. Dublin's underbelly isn't for everyone but, if you want to stay there, at least choose a property you can rely on.
4.5
Great convenient simple place to stay. No frills or bells and whistles, but I just needed a place to shower and lay my head to sleep. I was staying for an international comedy festival and the hotel was walking distance to the venue. I was also able to walk, though the early Irish winter proved a bit too powerful for my California blood, to most major spots in the city in about 10 minutes. Staff was friendly when I chatted with them. Great kebab shop right next door for the late night eats, too.
4.5
First of all, the Rooms were clean but, it‘s a room only for students and for one night. If you are awake you only want to be gone. That was definetly not a superior room like we booked.
4.5
The staff were very nice and the room was clean and neat. My biggest concern was the neighborhood which seemed to be rundown. Although we did not have any issues, I would not recommend allowing a woman to walk alone. Maybe it is just my personal comfort level.

A great place to stay in Dublin

We had a 2 bedroom suite which was nice. Roomy. Small fridge. Comfortable bed. Close to main shopping street. Bus to airport very close. On Sunday night it was noisy with lots of traffic but Monday was ok.
4.5
Great room and good location

Walking distance to downtown and relatively quiet. We stayed here our last night before leaving for airport. Bus stop right down the street and cozy bed. I have no complaints and would definitely suggest staying here.
