I was a little worried about this stay given some reviews, however, I loved it. I usually only give 5 stars to a hotel that's truly exceptional, but, given the room, price, location and that I had nothing bad to say about it, I gave 5 here. I had a Studio Apt. Lake View and I have no idea if all of that room type are created equal but I had 2 floor to ceiling windows with an amazing view of the lake. Room was big and while I didn't expect to use the kitchen, it ended coming in handy for leftovers...loved the washer/dryer (which was the main reason I booked this room). I paid what I thought was a great price considering prices at other hotels in QT. Great location - 5-10 min walk into city center. I had breakfast at the hotel which was good, staff were all nice and I was able to check in early which was a real bonus. Would definitely recommend at least for a similar room type.

The Ramada Queenstown Central is a modern hotel with a good restaurant and bar, The room was immaculate with good bed and shower, and also washing machine and dryer. It is within walking distance of the CBD, Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel

Very comfortable, clean and convenient location. Handy having the cafe / restaurant downstairs but was not impressed with the service for dinner or the attitude of one of the breakfast staff. All the others were delightful. A shame when one rude staff member can make a guest uncomfortable and impact a stay. A shame for all the other pleasant and hardworking staff.

Hotel is clean and in good condition however the room was only serviced once during our stay. The tea/ coffee milk wasn’t replenished as part of this and they turned the aircon off, this meant by the time we got back in the evening the room was boiling and we couldn’t sleep.

Friendly staff, very welcoming when we first arrived. Paid for upgrade to studio apartment which had kitchenette and laundry facilities, very functional for six night stay. Convenient location, 5 minute walk into town and close to bus stops for public transport. This was our 2nd stay at the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Positive: convenient for public transportation. Many buses stop within a stone way. Restaurants & shops are 10 minutes away. Condensation causes puddles of water on windows in the morning.

This hotel is modern, very clean and importantly well located a short walk into central Queenstown. I would definitely recommend a lake view room to get you away from the main road noise and outlook. Rooms are on the small side by workable, nice beds and handy having a cafe downstairs. Ideal for a short stay.

We had a great family stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. Advise to try book ahead for onsite parking as street parking can be tricky. Tradfic and pedestrian noise a small price to pay for location. Great restaurant. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would book again.

Conveniently located a short 10 minute walk to town. There is also a Bus stop right across the road if you are headed to The Remarkables or Cardrona. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Onsite restaurent was great and the heated ski dry room was very useful. Would stay again.

The room had good views of the nearby mountains and gondola. The room was only just adequate but needed a chair or somewhere to sit if there more than one night. It did have a pouffe type thing which we had to put side on in the wardrobe as there was not room to walk past or unpack our bags. There was plenty of hot water. If you are older, the walk up the hill from town is very challenging but most excursion busses passed outside with several bus stops nearby. There was a huge steel beam going across our window and around the sides of the building but guess that's an earthquake protection thing. I would stay there again if only for one or two nights.
