The location was nice kitchen is alittle small the fridge froze all my food and drinks I had in there
Bigger kitchen and there was no cable

Amazing location, comfortable bed, walking distance to town
The walls were PAPER THIN, and the rooms were either too hot or cold. We heard every word of the conversation of the other room
3.7
Plenty of in-town options to walk to very easily. Staff was friendly and accommodating! The room had lots of character/history for Estes park and the winter season, during which was our stay.
The wi-fi went out one evening but it was hardly an issue since we are adaptable.
3.7
very nice room, spacious set up, cozy cabin feel.
the office was closed when we arrived and most of the time throughout our stay so it made the check in / check out process more difficult. the hot tub was closed throughout the entire stay ( which is one of the reasons we originally booked this property!)

The location was great
The room was not very clean. The light/fan has not been cleaned ever and is dirty and disgusting as well as cob webs everywhere. I also think that having the bathroom right next to the bed is a little off putting, no dresser for extended stay and having the managers staying in the same building was extremely noisy especially the kids running up and down the stairs and could hear most conversations. Also not having local channels is a bit ridiculous!

The views were totally amazing ! Wildlife right outside our window in the morning, restaurants/ coffee shops/ gas station minutes away. The room had everything we needed, space heater kept us super warm at night, comfy/ clean bedroom, full kitchen, TV and wifi. Owners were extremely nice. My fiancé and I felt right at home!

Clean, comfortable, and 2 blocks to shopping. Staff was welcoming. The bed had good quality blankets and sheets. Pillows were comfortable. The cabins are non-smoking and no marijuana smoking on the premises.
No local TV channels. I didn’t watch the news for a week, which was probably better for me.

No breakfast at this location, but we had a nice little kitchen. Location was terrific. We could walk to downtown Estes Park easily, and we were close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed the cozy, homey atmosphere, and being able to open the windows to enjoy the cool mountain air! I was happy that there were black tea Keurig pods as well as coffee, as I'm a tea drinker. It was great to have full-sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.
We had to unplug the microwave and Keurig to plug in our chargers, but that wasn't a big deal.

Location in town was excellent, with great access to the main corridor. Easy walking distance.
Staff. Never really felt welcome, felt like we were a nuisance, in a room across the hall from the owner, with no privacy. If you want to be in the hospitality business should at least be hospitable towards guests. The owner knocked on the door 15 minutes after checkout (which is super early at 10 am on a Tuesday) to inform us we had to vacate the room as it was past checkout. We were moments away from carrying the final luggage down the narrow, steep stairs. The entry door was not secure. The parking spots were super narrow and had to squeeze between car doors that could barely open enough to get out. Had a $100 cleaning fee at checkout, yet a sign in the unit to wash your own dishes prior to departure. We used a couple of glasses/cups. The room was very expensive for the amenities offered. Internet TV was soooo slow. In general, would have been fine except the gentleman owner made us feel unwelcome. Were a couple of quiet seniors and didn't bother anyone.

Great location
Our cabin was sparsely furnished. It was clean but there were clothes in the dresser drawer someone had left. No fireplace or hot tub in our cabin.

good location to town, clean, cramped kitchen
pull out coach uncomfortable

Room was small but adequate, comfortable and clean and very close by to downtown which was very nice

Location was top notch.
A mattress that didn’t feel like I was sleeping on the rock out back. They charge a $100 cleaning fee and the windows were filthy/ dust all over the fan and light fixture. Entry door was very wharped from water damage and hard to open.
3.7
Very good location. The staff were helpful and the accommodations were clean and roomy.
Bathroom didn’t have a plug in and there was only one mirror so it was a little difficult to get ready at the same time.

No breakfast. The location was very convenient.
The front office staff were unenthusiastic and not particularly helpful. Also, the office was closed most of the time.

The location was great. We could walk to the downtown area of Estes Park from our room. Room was very clean.
Pillows were a little bit too hard.

Can't beat the location. About 15-20 minutes from entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Chris and Lisa are awesome! Sat out with them by the firepit both nights we were there. Had great conversations. They're super-nice and happy to share info about things to do around the area.
Nothing that I didn't like. Just keep in mind, this is a lodge, not a hotel and it's older. Very clean and well-maintained. But, if you're looking for super-high end luxury this isn't the place for you.
3.7
the bed was comfortable and the shower was great
the noise level was almost unbearable. the traffic noise would actually drown out the tv!
the place was very run down.
3.7
The lodge felt very cozy and was nicely cleaned. Great location to just walk downtown at any time of the day.
The walls are very thin heard a lot of the other occupants.
3.7
The property managers, Chris and Lisa, were exceptionally nice. They know the area and were quick to suggest perfect restaurants and activities that met our needs. It was a pleasure to interact with them.
